{ Cassandra office during board meeting}

" Ma what are we going to to the stocks that are going down " Mr. Wu one of my major shareholders asked.

" I'm still looking for a solution, " I answered. If not for Hazel I would have not answered that question, seriously, I don't know how and why the stocks are falling, and also at this rate, it is giving me a lot of headaches.

" What nonsense are you spouting out, for how long would it take you to look for a solution, you better look for a solution or else..." Mr. Mark, one of the uncontrollable blubber mouths and major shareholders stated.

" Or else what, Mark Andrew Clark right now I want you to sell all your shares and leave my company. Your service is no longer needed, meeting over," I bellowed and left.

I'm not gonna leave that man easily, I'll make sure I wreck his pathetic life miserable to the extent that he would never be able to rise to his feet anymore.

" Cassie, Cassie, Cassie, please give me a second " Hazel said as I stopped

" Now what? I don't need you to counsel me right now cause i'm not in the mood " I said

" No, no, no, that is not what I want to say, um actually I will need to leave the country for two weeks,"

" WHAT!!! Hazel are you gonna ditch me now that I need you the most " I uttered in annoyance

" Of course not, it's just two weeks I promise I won't spend more than that," she replied

" Hmm ok so when are you going, " I asked

" Am going to California tomorrow " she answered

" What!!! Since when have you been planning this? "

" Last month "

" And you did not bother to tell me about it," I frowned

" I wasn't sure if I was going or not " she said

" Hmph ok, you can go, but don't extend it cause I won't like it,"

" Yes boss, " she dashed away.

I was in my office still looking for a solution to solve the problem at hand.

'Oh! God, how am I going to solve this problem ' I thought and heaved a sigh almost immediately my phone rang.

" Mom gosh has she found out already, f*ck," I said

[Phone conversation]

Me: hello mom

Mom: how are you doing

Me: am good just stressed a little bit

Mom: Well, actually…

Dad: I need you to come back home now

Me: dad

Dad: don't dad me just listen

Me: ok, I'll be on my way.

Gosh dad is so angry, it's not my fault I thought as I packed my bag and left the office, I was so messed up.

[At home]

" Where is dad," I questioned Ine of the servants

" He's in the library " she answered as I walked swiftly to the library

I could hear the argument between the both of them, so I entered the library.

"It's good that you are here, now what's this " he threw a newspaper at me, I looked at it and frowned, this is so messed up.

" Dad, I don't know how to explain this,"

" What nonsense are you ranting, you don't know how to explain this, I let you take over the company since I was sure that you could handle it, but no, this is what I get in return, I let you handle it in your way, even though I didn't like it one bit, even your staffs have been complaining about you, but I pleaded with them to cope with you, and again why did you tell Mark to get the f*ck outta the office, are you out of your mind " dad screamed in anger.

"Take it, easy dear, stop shouting at her, she's just a kid," mom tried to console him

"Listen to what you are saying, she's just a kid, she's 21 for crying out loud, she's an adult " dad brawled

" So Mark reported me to you, he's so dead am gonna ruin his life and that of his generation to come, " I said to him

" Are you normal, am talking about how we are going to fix this mess you created and you are here thinking of how you will destroy someone's life and his generation, now look at the child you called a kid, sometimes Cassandra you make me regret ever giving birth to a monster like you, seriously, I don't know where you got this attitude, do you think I am happy with the way you behave and the way people call you Jezebel uh? " dad fumed

" Dad pls, I am not a monster ok and let these people say what they want to say it's none of my business and stop letting out your frustration on me, am getting sick of it already and I am looking for a solution to the problem," I answered in a rude tone, rolling my eyes.

"Well, this time around you are going to do it my way,"

" Dad " I called

" Am tired of your nonsense Cassandra so now you listen to me, you are lucky to receive a marriage contract at this crucial time from the Willow " dad paused

" Why would they send a marriage contract, I don't wanna marry now, I don't even know what their problem is right now," I sassed and dad's face planed.

" Can you see how stupid your daughter is, well you have no choice kiddo, they also allowed you to choose between their two sons Miguel and Alexander and I want your answer tomorrow or else I'll choose myself?" dad said, and walked out.

Mom gave me a pleading look.

" I'll see what I can do to change your dad's mind if you don't want to marry now but still look for a solution to all these " mom said and went out

This is utter rubbish, I Never imagined my life would be like this in how many weeks.
