"Hey Lilia! The cameras are ready!" bumalik ako sa katinuan nung tinawag ako ni Hershey.

"Wait up Hersh."

I am currently here to watch a photoshoot of some models. Hershey said that they're the next professionals. Oh yeah whatever.

"Hersh, I don't really know why do I need to watch this goddamn photoshoot." umirap ako sa hangin at pinagkrus ang mga braso ko.

"One of the most famous clothing business here in the country needs a professional model for their next issue and you're here to help me kung sino ang pipiliin ko Lilia dear." pagpapaliwanag niya sa akin at kumindat.

"Whatever." dumiretso ako sa upuan ko habang pumunta si Hershey sa mga models.

"Models assemble!" as if on cue a set of people came.

"Bakit kulang kayo?" tanong ni Hershey.

"Eh Ms. Hershey may pinuntahan pa daw eh." sagot ng isang stacf

"God!! Lilia dear can you wait a little longer?" I call Patricia my secretary.

"Pat.. Do I have an important meeting for today?" sana wala.

["Uhmm.. You have a coffee meeting with Ms. Tasha for your paintings."] its just two paintings. Hindi ko alam kung bakit nagkukumahog ang mga tao na makuha 'yon.

"Okay, tell her na iba muna ang papapuntahin ko. I'm quite busy." sagot ko sa aking sekretarya.

["Sure Ms. L."] after that I call Dixie.

"Hello Dix can I have a favor?" bungad ko sa kaniya

["What is it Lili?"] halatang iritado. Tsk, ano na naman kaya ang naabala ko??

"Go to my penthouse and get the 2 paintings then meet Tasha and give it to her." sabi ko.

["San ko naman siya kikitain?"] mukha bang alam ko?

"Just ask her."

["You owe me one."] wow utang na loob pa pala 'yon.

"Yeah whatever you say. Thanks!" and I ended it.

"You owe my time Hershey." tinarayan ko ang bakla na ngumingisi na ngayon.

"Oh yes! Thank you dear!" tuwang-tuwa naman ang bruha.

"Just start this whatsoever photoshoot. Isiningit ko lang ito sa schedule ko kaya bilisan mo diyan. I don't want to waste my time." I just don't get it. Bakit pa niya kailangan ng tulong ko? I'm very much sure that she can handle it.

"Sure Lilia dear... Modelss start na!" sigaw niya at pumalakpak.

I carefully look at the models so I can choose the best one. Well kung ako ang mamimili. I knew Hershey, siya lang din mismo ang pipili dahil ang gusto niya ang masusunod.

"Hershey, ilang models ang kailangan?" tanong ko sa kaniya.

"Only one dear. Yun kasi ang makakapareha mo." ngumisi siya sa kaniyang sinagot. Wait what?? My partner??

“Partner for what?” takang tanong ko. Don't tell me...

“Of course, they want a professional model kaya ikaw na ang isa sa inilista ko.” tumaas baba pa ang kilay niya habang sinasagot ako.

“Why me? You know that I'm always busy!” sigaw ko sa kaniya.

“But you're very productive. Tsaka alam ko namang hindi mo hihindiaan ito.” I rolled my eyes. This is unbelievable.

“How can I f*cking decline?! For sure you already told them that I will do their freaking photoshoot. Tsaka bakit ako? Nandyan naman sila Sara.” of course! People will die just to have my time.

“Talino mo talaga. Anyways, Sara is assigned to do the summer runway for their fashion show. Ikaw lang ang kilala kong professional na free.” Hershey laughed at me.

“Hershey, I own tons of business in case you didn't know.” di hamak na mas busy ako kay Sara tapos ako ang pinili niya??

“Yeah I know that. That's why you're amazing Lilianna Alexa Roxell.” kaya inabuso naman niya.

"Hindi na nga ako nainform na magphophotoshoot ako, hindi din ako nainform na may partner pa pala ako." I replied while rolling my eyes. Bwisit ka talaga Hershey.

“Huwag ka na magalit diyan. Just look for the best one.” she even got the guts to winked at me.

Pinanood ko silang kuhaan ng mga litrato. Saan ba 'to pinagkukuha ni Hershey?? Parang hindi naman ready para maging model sa isang sikat na clothing business. Tsk.

After two freaking hours, natapos din. Wala namang maganda. Inaaksaya lang talaga ni Hershey ang oras ko.

"So Lilia dear, may napili ka na ba?" wala.

"I can't see a perfect model for the photoshoot but the nearest to what I want is--" naputol ang pagsasalita dahil sa lalaking kakapasok lang ng studio na ito.

"I'm here Hershey!"

My mood changed when I hear that voice. That freaking voice! What is he doing here?! Don't tell me siya yung kulang na sinasabi kaganina ng assistant ni Hershey?

"Oh the great Harrey Montero! Great to see you! Can you do the photoshoot now? My friend here is quite busy." mukhang alam ko na ang binabalak ng baklang 'to. Hershey ipapalunod talaga kita mamaya.

Lumingon sa paligid si Harrey at tumigil ng magtama ang paningin namin. What is he doing here? Kailan pa siya naging model?? And why is he acting like he didn't know me?? Hello? Ex here.

"I see. Thank you for waiting Hershey." sapilitan siyang ngumiti kay Hershey bago pumunta sa pwesto niya.

When he face the cameras, he project himself perfectly. Just the model I needed. Morelike, just like what Hershey wanted to happen.

"Perfect!! I think you're the perfect one right Lilia?" see? Sinasadya niya 'to.

"Really? You're really asking me?" I asked her with full of sarcasm.

My phone rings and I saw a call so I answered it.

"Yes Pat?" sagot ko sa aking sekretarya.

["Ms. L you have a duty in the hospital in 10 minutes. I'm just reminding you."] now I'm a doctor. Bakit ba ayaw pa ni Roquelia magtake ng test sa pagdodoktor? Masyadong busy sa pinagkakaabalahan niya.

"Yeah thank you." and I turned it off.

"Lilia dear, I choose Harrey for the photoshoot." paalala ni Hersh at tumango lang ako. May choice ba ako? Hindi naman halatang pinlano niya 'to.

"Harrey, yung sinasabi ko sayong photoshoot, makakapartner mo doon ang nag-iisang Lilianna Alexa Roxell." and he nodded with a smile. Oh crap it, hindi ako natutuwa.

"I'm looking forward to that Ms. Lilianna." yeah looking forward my ass. Hindi ko alam kung paano siya nabudol ni Hershey.

Walang sabi-sabing tinalikuran ko ang mga tao doon. What's the use? I can't stand seeing him.

"Hey Lilia! Ayaw mo bang makipagchit-chat sa mga models dito?" parang ang sarap ibato kay Hershey ang heels na suot ko. Bwisit siya.

"I don't have time for chitchat Hershey! Binabayaran ang oras ko." I replied to her while waving my phone.

Tuluyan na akong tumalikod at mabilis na naglakad paalis. Hindi ko kakayanin kung magtatagal pa ako doon. I quickly went to my car and I was about to open the door when an arm stopped me. Lumingon ako sa taong pumigil sa akin.

"What are you doing here?" I asked Harrey at pilit na inagaw ang braso ko.

"Quit it Lia! Akala mo ba hahayaan kitang umalis ng ganun-ganun lang??." at bakit parang siya pa ang galit?!

"Harrey what the hell is this?? Aalis na ako dahil may trabaho pa ako. Now will you please let go of my arm??" sagot ko sa kaniya at pilit pa ding binabawi ang aking braso.

"Liar. Why can't you stay there? Because you can't stand in a place with me?"

“Yes! Now that I will answered your question, pwede ba pakawalan mo na ako?” sagot ko at nung tangkaing bawiin muli ang kamay ko ay hindi na ako nabigo.

“You can't run away from me.” he smirked but I didn't care about it.

"Whatever Harrey!" sigaw ko sa kanya at umalis na.

Hindi ko naman akalain na ngayon kami ulit magkikita. Years had passed and we never had an interaction. Akala ko umiiwas siya. But after what happened earlier? I'm sure as hell na hinintay talaga niya ang pagkakataong ito. But the question is, why? Siya ang nakipaghiwalay kaya bakit niya 'to ginagawa? Kung anuman ang rason niya, sana hindi na niya guluhing muli ang buhay ko.

Many years had passed at wala akong balita sa kaniya. I'm clueless about his words earlier. But one thing is for sure.
