"I was just surprised, Lex.
It's him." Ellea tried to explain.
"Anyway, give her your best service! She's our asset!"
"Yes, definitely."
After finishing her business with Alex, Ellea finally went home still with her heart in turmoil. She still couldn't believe that Ethan was capable of doing this.
Ethan was a very handsome young businessman. How could he want her so much. Even to the point of pouring out a lot of money for him.
"Crazy! This is really crazy! He's so handsome, so rich. A lot of times women out there who are classier want to be with him. Why did he choose me instead? Is that person in their right mind?"

[Tonight I want to meet you. Come at seven.]
A message arrived on Ellea's cell phone. Who else was the sender if not Ethan.
Ellea had just arrived at her house. She just sat down in the living room and laid down on the sofa.
"Oh my God! Inviting me to meet again? That's crazy! We just met last night," she grumbled as she patted her forehead. "I don't think this guy is right! Just for buying me!"
Ellea was honestly confused by her own feelings. Ethan was one of her guests whom she admired greatly. But on the other hand, she also felt awkward if she had to see him every day.
"He's handsome. But if I see him every day, what do I do? I have to serve him every day. I'm going to lose my temper! Hisssss!" Ellea rubbed her face roughly.
"But what else can I do, I've already made a deal with Alex. If I want to cancel, I'll be the one who gets sprayed. He'll get cranky and I won't be given any more work. What a headache!" She shouted.
Ellea seemed frustrated with her current situation. But the rice had become porridge, she could do nothing but accept. Once again, all of this was for the sake of her grandmother who had to receive treatment every week.

Jolly felt that her head was still very heavy, even trying to open her eyes was very difficult. There were faint noises around her. But she couldn't guess exactly what place she was currently in.
Slowly, she began to try to open his eyes carefully. It was dim that she found. Then a male figure was seen looking at her. Vision began to clear, and sure enough, there was a handsome man standing in front of her.
"Where am I?" she asked, holding her forehead. Jolly began to look around. A room where she was surrounded by a curtain. There was also an IV pole that was connected to her wrist. She just realized that she was in a hospital.
"I'm taking you to the hospital, ma'am. I found you unconscious on the street," the man said in a soft voice.
Jolly immediately forced her body to get up. Forced her to remove the IV in her hand.
"What are you doing? You're still weak!" the man exclaimed, trying to restrain her movements.
"Why did you bring me to the hospital. I don't have money to pay here. It's better for me to go home. I don't want to stay here!" Jolly continued to rebel. Two nurses quickly came to the center of the commotion. They calmed Jolly down and gave her some understanding. Jolly was able to calm down a bit. But still, her mind was still thinking about the costs she would have to bear at the hospital.
"But I don't have any money. I just want to go home. Please," Jolly whined.
"Mom, calm down first. You don't have to think too much about the cost! I'll take care of everything. You also don't need to pay for it because I'm sincere in helping you. I just don't want you to get hurt. She fainted on the road and no one helped her."
The man tried to give Jolly an explanation. She became more and more mellow and self-controlled. She looked at the kind man in front of her.
Since Jolly was already in a better state, the man told the two nurses to leave the room.
"Thank you, sir," Jolly said with a stammer. Her tears were finally unstoppable, falling down both sides of her cheeks.
"Why are you crying? What's wrong? Maybe you can tell me about it so I can relieve some of your burden."
Jolly seemed to be led to start narrating. Telling the story of her life up to this point. She regretted leaving her children and mother behind to find her own happiness. Now, after everything was destroyed, she tried to find her family again but was rejected by her daughter.
Hearing the story, the man looked sympathetic. He tried to encourage Jolly not to give up trying to get close to her daughter.
"I know, I realize everything is my fault. I can't blame my daughter who now rejects my return. I know she's been deeply hurt for a dozen years without me ever paying any attention. Let alone visiting her, I never even asked her how she was doing. Hiks, hiks, hiks."
The man held Jolly's gaze. "Mom, be patient. I'm sure there is no child in this world who hates his parents, especially his mother. He just needs time to make peace with himself. I'm sure, once his heart is reconciled, he will look for his mother again," he said.
"Hopefully, sir. Even if my daughter doesn't accept me back. At least I can still see him every day. Even from a long distance. I can see her living happily which is more than enough. Now I have to get a job to survive. Hopefully there are still people who will accept me. It's okay to be a washer or ironer, as long as it's halal and I can eat and pay my rent."
The man felt even more compassionate. Finally, he had an idea to give her a job in his house.
"I can't help you much, ma'am. But if you want, you can work in my house. Actually, I already have a household assistant. But if I just add one more, I think it's okay. Do you want it?"
The offer made by the man made Jolly's eyes widen. She was shocked but happy.
