Victoria was with her friends in school talking and gisting when another friend of hers came to her and told her with a smile to go into a social media account of hers and check out his brother. Hearing that, Victoria wondered what her friend meant by that and asked her friend what was it about but she insisted that Victoria check it out herself and so Victoria did.

Victoria was greatly shocked when she saw the video of Blessing dancing nakedly and happily on her phone. Victoria couldn’t believe her eyes that it was Blessing that she was seeing dancing in the video so she had to watch the video and zoomed in multiple times to confirm it was Blessing she was seeing dancing in the video.

After confirming it was Blessing that was truly in the video, Victoria knew what kind of state Blessing would be if he watched the video and she became scared and worried. Victoria also couldn’t even comprehend how such a thing was able to happen or why Blessing would do that in the first place. Victoria began to call Blessing's phone to talk to him but Blessing refused to pick up his call and then Victoria left her friends to go find Blessing.

Victoria's first idea was to go to Blessing's class to check up on him if he was there. As Victoria ran toward the class, Victoria could see the other students looking at her weirdly and at the same time smiling and talking silently amongst themselves that she was Blessing's sister but Victoria did not mind them because finding Blessing was her priority at the moment.

Getting to class, Victoria could not find Blessing so she made her way home thinking that was where Blessing might be but upon getting home, Blessing was nowhere to be found. Victoria got more scared and worried when she couldn’t find Blessing at home because she was anxious about what Blessing might do next when he saw the video knowing he couldn't have been the one to post the video online.

Victoria spent the whole day looking in places where she thought Blessing would be or find him but she was not able to find him. Victoria also keeps calling Blessing and he refuses to pick up his call even though it is ringing.

Victoria couldn’t have peace of mind or rest since she couldn’t find Blessing and it was already night so Victoria did what she thought was another way she could use to find Blessing. Victoria went into the city and began to show anyone she met on the road Blessing's picture on her phone asking them if they saw Blessing but all the people she asked said no.

After asking many people and they said no, Victoria was already getting tired but she couldn’t stop until she found Blessing. Finally, Victoria gets to five little girls eating ice cream and shows them Blessing's picture, asking them if they have seen him. The girls said yes and he was the one that bought them ice cream. Hearing that, Victoria was relieved and asked the girls if they knew where Blessing went and the girls said to Victoria “we asked if we could play with him but he said there was no time left for him that he has to reach the tall building”.

Victoria wondered why Blessing would say that to the girls then a thought came to her mind that got her terrified and then Victoria asked the girls where the building was and then the girls pointed toward the building. Seeing the building, Victoria realized it was the only tall building in the area and then she ran toward the building without thanking the girls.

Upon getting to the building, Victoria barged into the building without minding what they were doing inside the building. The guards guarding the building tried to stop Victoria upon seeing her but they couldn’t get hold of her as she made her way toward the rooftop through the stairs knowing that would be where Blessing would be. The guards also went after Victoria to catch her and find out what the issue was with her.

The guards were not able to catch Victoria till she got to the rooftop before them and Victoria locked the door leading to the rooftop from her side so the guards wouldn’t get to the rooftop. After locking the door, Victoria looks around the rooftop for Blessing and she sees him standing at the edge of the rooftop on the retaining wall and he is looking at the city. Seeing him standing at the edge of the retaining wall got Victoria scared and worried, and Victoria wanted to go meet him but just then she heard the guards banging on the door telling her to open the door.

Victoria decided not to mind the guards and walked toward Blessing. Upon getting closer to Blessing, Blessing asked Victoria “what are you doing here?”, without looking at her, and that made her stop.

Victoria moved closer to Blessing and asked him “what are you also doing where you stood?”.

“What does it look like I am doing? I am only enjoying the scene of the city from here” said Blessing.

“But you shouldn’t be that close to the edge of the retaining wall being on it. You should be close to the retaining wall not be on top of it. You can also have a better view of the city from there” said Victoria.

Blessing smirked and said “I know what you are thinking Victoria and if I did it, it is my life”.

“You are wrong. Immediately you stepped into my life, your life was no longer yours alone but that of mine and yours” said Victoria, as her eyes were filled with water.

Blessing smiled and said “funny of you to say that. I can remember clearly that you had abandoned me for weeks now and here you are telling me my life is not mine alone but mine and yours”.

“That has nothing to do with this” said Victoria.

“It has everything to do with this. Because if you hadn’t left me then none of this would have happened. If you hadn’t pushed me away then none of this would have happened. If you hadn’t left me to live alone” said Blessing out loud with annoyance.

“That was your fault. If you hadn’t turned a little diary issue into something else then there wouldn’t have been distance between us. And I never abandoned you or pushed you away or left you, we just gave each other space and it was you who started it first” said Victoria feeling sorry.

Blessing walked a little bit forward on the retaining wall which made Victoria more terrified but then he stopped and looked back into the city. Blessing said “all my life, I have always been lonely and I had learn to live that way. I have learned how to survive alone all by myself and it was something satisfying but then you came and it all changed. You changed everything about me, you brought me to the outside world and brought back the thing I had lost. You even made me into someone who will need someone by his side to live. Someone who cares about others and wants friends. Someone who needs you by his side to live. But then, you leave me. You made me realize all of you are the same”.

“What are you talking about? And I never left you. We live in the same room remember but just distant from each other and you caused that. You made it seem like I did something extremely bad that I needed to apologize for every time after apologizing to you all because I read the diary. But let's forget about that now. You know how much I care about you so come down and let's talk about this” said Victoria.

“Don’t tell me that bullshit”, (shouted Blessing), “how is that any different? You said you cared about me but then you distanced yourself from me all because of a disagreement knowing I am still new to the outside world. It was all your fault that this happened” said Blessing out loud angrily.

“I don’t see my fault in anything that has happened. If you hadn’t taken the matter so seriously and hadn’t been careless then none of this would have happened” said Victoria with annoyance.

“How do I take the matter so seriously? All because I refused to talk to you and then you thought I took the matter seriously. If you truly care about me you will try to find out why and then end whatever it is that was creating the distance. Well, it is done. It has already happened and right now I have become a laughingstock in school” said Blessing with a smile.

“Okay, I agreed that I failed in that place but ……..” said Victoria pitifully.

Victoria was cut short of words as Blessing cut in saying “all my life I have been abandoned by the people I thought loved me. I have a father and mother who never knew how I have been living until now or even cared about me but then I met you and I thought I have had everything I want……. But that seems to be a lie. I have been living a life based on the lie that I have you next to me not knowing you are just like the others so I think I should just end everything now and then find out from my creator why he wrote such a script for me” said Blessing, and moved closer to the edge of the retaining wall.

Seeing that, Victoria got crazily terrified and said to Blessing “don’t this, Blessing. We can talk about that and then I will accept anything you have in mind as my punishment. We can also talk about the video and what should be done to those people too. There is no need for this, we can talk about everything so take my hand and come down, Blessing. You know I love you and care about you”, and then stretch her right hand forward.

“It is too late, Victoria. You don't love me and I hate you. I don’t need you or anyone anymore. You will all just continue to fail me” said Blessing.

“Don’t do this, Blessing. Think about grandma and your mum. Think about what will happen to them. Think about how devastated your death will make them. You might think you don’t need them but they need you. I know about all you gone through but your death will only mean life won. Don’t do this, Blessing” said Victoria pitifully with teary eyes.

“I am sorry, Victoria, but it has to end. My cowardliness, being a weakling, and loving this kind of life has to end and I am going to end it” said Blessing, and then placed his right leg in the air.

Seeing that, Victoria got more crazily terrified and fell to her knees with her bow saying Blessing should please look at her. Blessing looked at Victoria and said she was on her knees and her head was bowed and then Victoria said to him “if you ever think no one needs you, don’t ever think that I don’t. I need you more than you think I do. Everything I have had from the moment I met you until now was all possible because of you. The love, family, and everything was possible because of you. You gave me the happiness and life I have now. You are my saviour and my life so don't do this. So can I ask you, what are expecting to become of me if you leave this world?”.

Blessing smiled upon hearing Victoria but she didn’t know because her head was bowed. Then suddenly Blessing heard Victoria crying and she said as she cried “please don’t do this, Blessing. How do you want me to live without you? How do you expect me to continue to exist without you beside me? You are my life. Ending yourself is as well ending me. Please don’t do this. Please……”

While Victoria cried pleading that Blessing shouldn’t kill himself, Blessing got down the retaining wall and walked toward Victoria. Upon getting in front of Victoria, Blessing suddenly burst into laughter, and at that time, the door was still being banged by the guards who had failed to open the door.

Victoria was still crying when she suddenly heard someone laughing out very loud and wondered who it was. Victoria stopped crying and raised her head to see who was laughing because she couldn’t believe it could be Blessing since the voice sounded like his.

Victoria was surprised and confused when she saw it was Blessing laughing and then asked him why he was laughing. Blessing controlled his laughter and said with a smile “it is so funny to think that you could actually believe that I was going to kill myself. I kill myself? Why would I do that?”, and then continued laughing.

Victoria was confused by Blessing's words and stood up asking Blessing “what do you mean? What are you talking about?”.

Blessing controlled his laugh again and said with a smile “even if I refuse to believe there is no one in this world that loves me, would love me, or care about me, I could never believe that you would love me or care about me. You can’t even stop caring about me or loving me because you made a promise. All this was just a show so you could talk to me”, and then continue laughing.

Victoria couldn’t believe all she had just heard from Blessing and was greatly shocked as she wiped her tears before asking Blessing “you have got to be kidding me right? Tell me what you just said is a joke. If you hadn’t come here to kill yourself then why did you come here?”

Blessing stopped laughing and said “if I actually want to kill myself I wouldn’t come to an obvious place where you could find me. I only came here to strategize and think about what I should do to those girls and guys that had me drunk and made me lose my senses, and then posted my nude video on the internet”.

Victoria couldn’t believe her ears and asked Blessing again “you mean you never plan on killing yourself? What about the video? How are you even coping concerning that?”.

“Come on, I am not that old Blessing who is weak and always whining about how he is abandoned by his parents. You change me remember that. Why would I kill myself when I have much to learn and want to enjoy about this world? I am here to think about how to pay those bastards back and find a way to get to talk to you because you will also be aiding in my plan to pay those guys back. I haven’t learned much about the outside world or else I would have seen through those bastards. But I would have thought about killing them if they had opened my mask. I am glad we get to make……..”.

Blessing was unable to finish his words as Victoria slapped him very hard on his cheek. Blessing had to hold his cheek because the slap was hard and then wanted to talk but Victoria pushed him backward.

Victoria keeps pushing Blessing backward while Blessing tells her to calm down and they should talk after noticing Victoria is angry at him but Victoria refuses to listen to him and continues pushing him backward toward the retaining wall. Victoria made sure he pushed Blessing to the retaining wall while Blessing was pleading with her to calm down and they should talk, and then Victoria angrily told him “I think you should die now. No one needs you anymore”.

Blessing was shocked and confused to hear Victoria say that and then asked her “what are you……”.

Blessing couldn’t finish his words because Victoria suddenly tried to throw him down from the building. While Victoria was trying to throw Blessing down from the building and at the same time, Blessing was also struggling not to get thrown down begging Victoria to calm down which she refused, just then the rooftop door was broken open and then police swarmed into the rooftop with guns in their hands making the both of them stopped upon seeing the police.
