Ryn and Noah opened their eyes and saw they were in a strange large room built with rocks, they both sit up and wondered where they are. Ryn and Noah looked around the room as they stood up, they saw a throne and a well in the room.

Ryn asked Noah ''where the hell are we?''.

''I was going to ask the same question'' said Noah.

''You are in Gathride'' said a voice behind them.

They both looked back and saw a lady dressed in a blue gown and a crown on her head. The lady walked past Ryn and Noah as they confusingly stared at her and went to sit on the throne.

''Where did you say we are again?'' Noah asked the lady.

''You are in Gathride'' said the lady to Noah and Ryn.

''And where is that?'' asked Ryn.

''Gathride is a kingdom that is beneath the water, you are beneath the water'' said the lady.

''Wait, beneath the water, are you saying we are under the river?'' asked Noah.

''Yes but not under the river only. Our kingdom expands to the ocean and sea'' said the lady.

''Are you a mermaid?'' asked Ryn.

''No am not but am the one who brought you both here" said the lady.

''So you are the one that made the water came through the cave, the singing, and the one that drowned us?'' asked Ryn.

''The singing yes but didn't drown you, as you can see you are still alive. I only did that to bring you both here'' said the lady.

''If this is a dream please wake me up'' said Noah in disbelief.

''This isn't a dream king Noah'' said the lady.

''Am not a King, and how did hell did you bring us here, and how did know my name?'' asked Noah.

''You will know why I called you that one day, and I was able to bring you both here because I have the power to'' said the lady.

''there is so much I don't know about this world, first the Shape town and now Gathride which exist beneath the water and its habitat is human. What the hell is going on in this world'' said Noah confused.

''There is a lot you don't know your royal majesty and you will know all one day'' said the lady.

''Please don't address me as a king. And who are you really?'' asked Noah.

''Am the goddess of water and the queen of Gathride, you can call me Queen Lindsey '' said the lady.

''Okay, let me process for a bit'' said Noah.

Noah thought for some seconds and said to Queen Lindsey ''you are the goddess of water and the Queen of Gathride named Lindsey. You are the one that brought us here, you even knew my name even without me telling you and addressed me as a king, so am gonna be asking questions. First, I want to know how you know my name, why you address me as a king, why are we brought here, and how come humans live beneath water''.

''I know you will have a lot of questions to ask which I will answer but before that, there is something I need to tell you'' said Queen Lindsey.

''What's that?'' asked Noah.

''Marcelos will be awakened, and the world and I will need your help'' said Queen Lindsey.

''That is impossible, Marcelos will never be awake'' said Noah.

''No one can change the future, Noah. Marcelos will be awakened and the world has to be prepared for him and you too'' said Queen Lindsey.

''What do you mean by me too preparing for Marcelos?'' asked Noah.

''When the time comes you will know that also. Your forefather gave me something very important to keep, and am sure you know the story of King Damon who is also one of your forefathers'' said Queen Lindsey.

''Yes I do'' said Noah.

''I knew King Damon when he was alive and we fought together against Marcelos'' said Queen Lindsey.

''You knew King Damon?'' asked Noah surprised and confused.

''Yes, I do and I tried to warn him then but he didn't listen'' Queen Lindsey.

''That is impossible, we are talking about a thousand years ago. How could you know him and still be alive not to talk of warning him against what?'' asked Noah.

"We have to get out of here now, this lady is crazy'' said Ryn to Noah.

"Shut your filthy mouth shape-shifter. Your father was also the root of what happened and that caused the banishment of the shape-shifter too'' said Queen Lindsey to Ryn.

''What did she just call you and what does she mean by your father is the root of what happened?'' Noah asked Ryn.

''I don't what she is talking about, and my father has nothing to do with nothing. I told you this lady is crazy and she is saying rubbish'' said Ryn to Noah.

''I have been watching you for a long time now Ryn. Every time you come to the waterfall you always tell the water your troubles and your wishes, and I always listen to them. There is a lot you don't know about your father, your brother kept a lot from you'' said Queen Lindsey to Ryn.

''Can you please shed light on all that is going on'' said Noah to Queen Lindsey.

''Thousand years back, Ryn's father Jack, me, King Damon, and Marcelos were all friends.....'' said Queen Lindsey.

Queen Lindsey was cut short of words as Noah cut in ''You mean Marcelos and King Damon were friends?'' asked Noah surprised.

''Yes. Back then we were all young and we never thought our fun and happy days will ever come to an end. Marcelos and Damon were the only ones that possessed magical powers and were best friends, the bond and love they had for each other was so strong that people do call them brothers. Damon was a prince of Axrax and Marcelos was a son of the great wizard of then, and they were both trained together by Marcelos's father on how to use their magical power.

I was the only heir to becoming the leader of my people after the death of my father. I was so young and didn't want to become the leader, so roaming the city of Axrax was my hobby then and that was how I met Damon. I and Damon fell in love and he showed me to his friend which was Jack and Marcelos.

Together we both spent our day having fun not worrying what was happening around us or what people talked about us. Then Marcelos went on a journey and returned home with a dragon egg and a dragon gene. Marcelos showed us the dragon gene and the dragon egg, and we were all happy that we will be seeing a dragon in our lifetime but we all don't know what the dragon gene was about.....'' said Queen Lindsey.

Queen Lindsey was cut short of words as Noah cut in ''What is a dragon gene?'' asked Noah.

''It was a magical ball and inside of the ball are powers from the dragon that humans can possess, and having that powers will make you be linked to the dragon.
It wasn't long before the dragon egg hatched and we were all happy to see a dragon after many years of extinction. Marcelos raised the dragon like his own child and named her Ethusa'' said Queen Lindsey.

''So Ethusa belonged to Marcelos?'' asked Ryn.

''Yes. As Ethusa was growing, we began to use her to make money. We collected money from anyone who will love to see Ethusa and told them to keep the secret from the authority so Ethusa won't be taken from us.

Damon began to grow jealous of Marcelos when people seem to give Marcelos more attention and respect than anyone because of the dragon. Then Damon went to the palace library and learned about dragons, he also found out what the dragon gene is about. After Damon learned about the dragon gene he told me and Jack about it, and that he shall make the dragon his, and people shall divert all their attention toward him and respect him as a prince that has a dragon.

I told him not to do that, that the dragon belong to Marcelos and not him, and if he took the Dragon it might result in a dispute between them. But Jack sided with Damon and told him a prince should be the one to have a dragon, not a wizard.

At that same time, Marcelos had just learned about the dragon gene from the oldest wizard of then. But when Marcelos got back home, he saw that Damon already took the magical ball and had already absorbed the dragon gene power inside the magical ball, and he had also been linked to Ethusa.

Marcelos got angry on seeing what happened and asked why Damon took what was his but Damon said the dragon and its power should be owned by royal blood, and that he is going to keep Ethusa safe. Marcelos said to Damon that he trusted him but he betrayed him and took the only thing he cared about Damon insisted the dragon should be with him not Marcelos. Damon took Ethusa with him as he left and Marcelos tried to call Ethusa back but he couldn't, that broke Marcelos' heart and their friendship.....'' said queen Lindsey.
