Ch. 4The Beginning Of The Viscount And Viscountess Russell Meeting

I don't know why Kath's feelings became erratic like this, in contrast to when Eleana left earlier and Kath was still able to calm down. Kath walked from the right pillar to the left pillar; her turquoise dress had marked some dirty spots from the water that was splashed on the way here in the rain. Now the dress was made to sweep the front floor of the mansion here and there—though the owner didn't seem to care, but it wasn't the habit of a lady to keep her clothes stained with the slightest stain.

A stagecoach caught Kath's gaze towards Viscount Thomas's mansion area. But Kath realized that it was not the carriage that Eleana had brought to Orva's residence. The train was getting closer, and Kath was wide-eyed when she found out that the gatekeepers of the mansion had let the carriage in.

"no!!! Why did you let that horse cart get in here?" shouted Kath; she immediately lifted her dress and ran over to them. Kath stopped right in front of his carriage, making both horses neigh when the reins were pulled because they were about to crash into Kath, who was in front of their carriage. After the horse was under control, a man got down from the carriage to approach Kath, who was squinting at him.

The man showed an object with the London symbol, which became his identity. "I am a messenger from the Earl of London, here to arrest Thomas Russell." There was bitterness from the look in Kath's eyes, but she didn't want to seem daunted by anything at this time.

"On what basis does your master want to arrest Viscount Thomas?" Kath's voice sounded so firm and straightforward, showing that she was not a maid in dirty clothes at this time.

"Can you tell me, what is your relationship with Thomas Russell? I can't tell this carelessly," said the man. Suddenly the gate guards scattered to the right and left of Kath, trying to protect her, and the man was quite taken aback by their sudden movement.

"I'm his sister-in-law," Kath said, not flinching a bit. "Okay, you should read this." The man gave a piece of evidence of the crime committed by Thomas, so they had to arrest him. Kath's nails turned white when she gripped the paper; they were in big trouble, and again, as Eleana's younger sister, she would definitely be involved.

"Viscount Thomas isn't here; he hasn't been home for a month, and no one knows where he is."

"Let me check into the mansion."

***

Aberdeen, 1849

Rowena smiled knowingly upon her return home with her two daughters for their first season. Her two beautiful daughters managed to become the center of attention of many people; she even thought time had stopped when they sauntered into the Duke of Aberdeen's magnificent residence. Not only that, Eleana Aldora, her beloved daughter, managed to attract the attention of Viscount Thomas, who was the target of the ladies at that time.

Thomas is a handsome man with a myriad of achievements, even though there have been several scandals in his name, but there is no proof of the truth of it all. "I'll make sure Thomas will be our first guest tomorrow morning." Rowena said confidently. While Eleana was beaming beside him, Kath was able to feel that this half sister, whose face was almost like hers, was in love.

"Am I the only one who's unsure of Thomas' image?" asked Kath, who was met with a sneer from Eleana.

"You have to go out a lot to know how popular he is with the ladies," said Eleana, then turned her gaze back to the front.

"Thomas is the right person for your sister; don't provoke her if it's true that you don't have feelings for him," Rowena, who spoke, made Eleana's gaze again oppress Kath, who was sitting beside her.

"Don't try it; he already gave the signal that he wants to make me his girlfriend!" Eleana's warning made Kath's ears buzz. Kath didn't even glance at Thomas as the man she wanted; she only glanced at him when she was about to ask Eleana to dance, and Kath was sure that Thomas was hiding something from his handsome face; I don't know what it was. And one more time when they were about to go home just now.

"If only Eleana hadn't asked to go home just now because her dress was dirty, surely you would have seen Thomas walking into the group of girls from the Orva family."

"Damn Kath! Don't make this up! He promised to come to our house tomorrow!" Eleana's scream filled the narrow carriage and made it even more stuffy.

"Are you jealous of your sister?" Kath was dizzy, and the next morning it turned out that Thomas was not their first guest, but Thomas had come just before evening. It annoyed Eleana before, but the hot kiss that Kath caught behind their house again made Eleana dream of marrying Thomas as soon as possible.

Thomas never proposed after a year; their relationship was tightly closed, but Eleana had really fallen and would only wait for Thomas to ask for her hand. When news of Thomas' affair was revealed, Eleana was furious and tried to carry out a big plan to trick Thomas into marrying her immediately. Kath finds out about Eleana's crazy idea of admitting that she was pregnant with Thomas' child.

Luckily Thomas was willing to take responsibility, and that's when little by little Thomas' ugliness was revealed. Almost no difference; Eleana and Thomas are the same. Subscriptions of men and women are often talked about in newspapers. The temperamental and seductive Eleana, along with Thomas the player and Conman, in the name of business.

Nothing can be avoided anymore; they have really fallen in love with each other. Even Thomas was willing to lose a lot of wealth to fulfill Eleana's crazy wish. They hurt each other while hugging each other; the relationship is complicated but still selfish to defend each other, even though one is cranky and one is running away. That's the love story of Eleana Russell and her husband, both in the eyes of Kath and the wider public who heard it.
