CHAPTER 8
Finally, the event was over, they began to decide when the wedding would take place. Wulan asked for it to be as soon as possible. In two weeks the ceremony and reception would take place. When everyone had gone home, Amel's house was now quiet.
"Alhamdulillah, everything finally went well." Sekar expressed her gratitude, and the woman was now sitting on the carpet.
"Right, Bagas told me that Raffa would be late because of the traffic, Mom. Just look at him after coming home straight here, not taking a shower or changing his clothes first," Bagas replied with a nod from Sekar.
"Amel wants to go to her room first, she's tired. I want to rest," the girl said to her mother, to which Sekar nodded in return.
"Go rest, let my brother take care of it all. You can rest too," Bagas said to the woman he loved.
Amel went languidly to her room. She threw her buttocks on the bed, then hit the pillow to vent her frustration.
"I have to call Uncle Duda," Amel said and then looked for her cell phone, she exhaled harshly because it was out of battery.
"Pake runs out again," grumbled Amel he immediately charged the flat object, then chose to go to the bathroom to soak and relax his body.
Meanwhile, at Raffa's residence, the man has just finished cleaning himself. When he came out of the bathroom, he was surprised by his sister who was in his room. The girl was seen lying on the bed playing with her cell phone.
"What are you doing here, La?" asked Raffa, fortunately, the man was already dressed when he left the bathroom.
Shilla immediately turned to look at Raffa, she got up and put her cell phone in her pocket. The girl approached and leaned in front of her brother. A sharp gaze was sent by the woman, making Raffa raise a confused eyebrow because of his sister's behavior.
"What the hell! No need to be so fierce, why, "Raffa grumbled because he was annoyed with his sister's gaze, then hit Shilla's forehead.
"This brother! You don't have to do that either. There will be Amel when she becomes your wife if she asks for a divorce because of domestic violence," grumbled Shilla who rubbed her forehead.
"It has nothing to do with that, why did you go into your brother's room? It's really rude, just come in, can you not knock on the door first and wait for you to open it!" Raffa snapped back at his sister, which was greeted by Shilla's grin.
"Usually like that, Ka! Oh yeah, I want to talk about something with you, please don't change the subject," said Shilla, which made Raffa raise his eyebrows and then chose to sit on the bed.
"Come on, hurry up! What do you want to talk about? You're busy here," scolded Raffa who instead took the laptop and started typing this and that.
"Brother! I want to talk seriously, you know! Please listen without you working first, can you!" growled Shilla then grabbed Raffa's laptop and put it on the man's desk.
"Okay! This brother is already not doing anything. Now what do you want to talk about, hurry up! You have a lot of work here," Raffa exclaimed annoyed with Shilla who snatched his laptop.
"This brother! Already want to have a wife too, don't be too crazy to work lah Ka. I feel sorry for my best friend, from now on please try to reduce the workaholism," nagged Shilla, with a backward style.
"Oh yeah, you really love Amel. Don't just because you want to take revenge on him for calling you a widower uncle, so you get angry and vent like this," continued Shilla again making Raffa get up and approach his younger brother.
CHAPTER 9
"Already feel like an adult, advising him brother," Raffa sarcastically with a backbone, making Shilla's guts shrink the girl immediately bowed her head.
"Yum... that's not it, big brother. I mean ...," Shilla's speech stopped because she was surprised when her brother's hand suddenly grabbed her shoulder.
"Alright, I understand. You're worried about your best friend, don't worry! I don't mess around when it comes to marriage, sweetheart. Maybe he's your soul mate, just pray for the best," Raffa said, making Shilla look up and hug the man.
"Ahhh ... I pray that you are indeed a match, Ka. I really love you guys," said Shilla who was returned by Raffa's nod, after which she released the hug on her brother.
"That's it, go! You have a lot of work to do. So that later when the day of the contract arrives, you can rest, so I am now really trying not to ignore your best friend, uh not deh. Your prospective sister-in-law, "said Raffa, making Shilla who had been frowning then chuckled at Raffa's last words.
"Sorry for being prejudiced against you, cheer up, Ka!" the word came out of Shilla's lips as she moved her hand up and clenched her fingers which Raffa nodded back.
"But yes ... don't push me away too, I'm offended," continued Shilla but was ignored by Raffa, the man moved his hand away.
"Ahh ... you're really ignorant, I hope Amel doesn't get tired of seeing your behavior," complained Shilla as she stepped out and closed the door to Raffa's room.

Now the sun was shining very high, but a girl was still wrapped in a blanket. The sound of knocking on the door did not disturb her, making the one knocking furious and then doing it even harder.
"Ishhh... hold on," Amel shouted at last, she tried to open her eyes then stepped closer to the door and opened it.
"What are you doing? This hour is still sleeping, let's take a shower quickly! We're going to Raffa's brother's office," exclaimed Shilla pulling her best friend's arm then grabbed a towel and pushed Amel into the bathroom.
"What the hell, La! I'm still sleepy, let me sleep again," Amel pleaded as she was about to leave the room, but stopped her steps when she saw her mother.
"Why haven't you showered yet, Mel? Let's hurry up and take a shower! You have to bring food for your future husband," Sekar nagged Amel, making her sigh and close the bathroom door tightly, Shilla really wanted to laugh but she held back.
"Let's go out, La. Have you eaten yet?" Sekar asked and the woman came out at the same time as Shilla.
"I haven't eaten rice yet, Auntie," Shilla said as she bared her teeth, making Sekar frown and pinch the girl's cheeks.
"Then let's eat with Amel," Sekar said, to which the girl nodded in return.
They ended up having a great conversation. Meanwhile, Amel continued to grumble because her sleep had been disturbed. After they finished, the girl came out of the room and saw Sekar and Shilla who were very close.
"You guys are so close, I wonder if Shilla and I are switched princesses," said Amel, who had just landed her butt on a chair and started devouring the food.
"What the hell are you talking about, don't go on and on. You've switched princesses, and you're older than Shilla," Sekar snapped, pinching her daughter's forehead, making Amel groan.
"Ihh... Mom is really mean, just hitting my forehead," Amel complained, rubbing her forehead.
"Don't keep rubbing your forehead, what kind of magic teapot will a genie come out that can grant wishes when you rub it," said Shilla, who immediately grinned at Amel's cynical look, while Sekar laughed at the girl's jokes.
