Gilbert handed it to La Rossa. Then La Rossa grabbed it and reached into the envelope. Her eyes widened at the sight of the person in the photograph, who looked so much like someone she knew.

"Is this Aunt Magdalena?"

"That's what I'm trying to find out," Gilbert said in response to La Rossa's question.

"At the funeral I saw her buried right next to Papa," Gilbert continued.

"Is it possible that Aunt Magdalena faked her own death?" asked La Rossa.

Gilbert shook his head, "No! I saw her clearly, her body was intact with her face still intact."

"But now she suddenly appears in a fresh state," continued Gilbert.

La Rossa was deep in thought, her forehead blackened. She tapped her chin with her fingertips.

"Is it possible that Aunt Magdalena has a twin sister?" asked La Rossa curiously.

Gilbert smiled slightly at La Rossa who was thinking so hard, however, La Rossa's behavior was always funny in Gilbert's eyes.

"I'm serious! And you take it so casually. That's too much!" pouted La Rossa, crossing her arms over her chest.

Gilbert was even more delighted to see La Rossa's pouting face, as during his interactions with La Rossa, he had seen all kinds of expressions that La Rossa made.

"I'm happy to see every change in your face. It's not always stiff and cold. You know your cold expressions and your face can freeze even boiling water," Gilbert teased.

"Are you mocking me?" La Rossa stood up. She walked away from Gilbert who continued to tease her.

"Hey! Where are you going?" called Gilbert when he saw La Rossa walk away, leaving him alone.

"Wherever I want to go!" a cold aura emanated from her body. His stiff and cold face was back on his face.

"Oh my! It turns out you're not only cruel, you're also angry," Gilbert teased.

La Rossa ignored Gilbert's words and walked out of the room. La Rossa headed towards the south of the inn. She continued to walk down the inn's hallway.

Her cell phone rang while she was scanning every room in the inn. La Rossa looked at the phone screen, a phone number she did not recognize.

La Rossa picked it up, "Hello! Ka Ros, this is Miller," Miller greeted from the other side of the phone.

"Miller? Are you alright? How are things over there?" La Rossa peppered Miller with questions.

"It's not good here, brother. The base was attacked by the BLACK WOLF, and right now our people are running for their lives," Miller explained.

"There are also those who died in the fight against the Black Wolf. And they are searching and tracking your whereabouts. That's why I called you using the new contact," Miller continued.

"So the base has been taken over by the Black Wolf?" asked La Rossa.

"Yes."

Then suddenly there was the sound of gunfire from the other side of the phone, La Rossa was so shocked that she forgot to hang up. She hurriedly ran back to her room. La Rossa took out her laptop from inside her backpack, she tracked Miller's whereabouts through the phone line that was still connected.

La Rossa found Miller's whereabouts. Without thinking, she immediately prepared a dessert Eagle and Raging Bull pistol complete with spare bullets. Not only pistols he also brought along blades and other weapons.

His entire body was covered in weapons. His eyes were sharp and red with a murderous aura.
As La Rossa reached her destination, she saw an old, worn-out building. La Rossa ducked down while brandishing her firearm, keeping watch.

'Why is it deserted?" muttered La Rossa.

He continued to walk further inside the old building. The old building seemed to be a former construction factory building, there were many unused building tools.

La Rossa continued to look around, her eagle eyes caught a corpse lying there covered in blood. She kept her feet alert and watchful.

The more she went inside, the more she turned over the lifeless body. He didn't recognize him, it looked like he was from the Black Wolf group.

He continued to look for Miller and his comrades, he found someone he recognized. La Rossa went over to him, crouched down and checked his breathing by placing two fingers near his nose.

La Rossa felt no wind coming from his nose, he then listened to his heartbeat by putting his earlobe to the person's chest, no heartbeat was heard.

La Rossa left the body, she went back to look for Miller's whereabouts, but had gone so far inside past the frozen bodies. But, she still couldn't find Miller.

There were many corpses that had been shot to death and some were even slashed by swords. It was a tense and terrifying atmosphere. But, not for La Rossa, she continued to pass by the corpses.

Continuing to search for Miller's whereabouts. Her eyes found the figure she was looking for. Miller was lying covered in blood with his head perforated by a bullet that had pierced through his skull.

La Rossa froze, frozen where she stood. She was petrified and motionless. Her eyes continued to stare in disbelief at the body before her.

The Miller she was looking for was now in front of her, already a lifeless body. La Rossa continued to stare at the body without reaction. La Rossa had forgotten how to cry, she just stood still, petrified.

Unable to believe her vision, she walked over to Miller's body. She touched the bullet hole in his skull. Her eyes red, she silently shed tears.

The pain and wounds they had now inflicted on her heart hurt more than the swords perched all over her body. La Rossa knelt before Miller's frozen body.
"Miller...," was all she could say in a trembling voice.

"Arrghhh!" she finally released the weight on her chest that had been tightening with a scream.

La Rossa hugged Miller's body, she continued to hug him. Tears dripped from the corners of her eyes. La Rossa cried silently.

From behind came Gilbert, he saw La Rossa hugging a corpse covered in blood. Gilbert wordlessly embraced La Rossa.
