The news broadcast on television had been completely controlled by someone. Whether Viana's body was found or not, the perpetrator covered this up and immediately broadcast Viana's death.
That meant the person who did all this to Viana had a lot of influence in the capital.
Dean. "So, what do you want to do with this, Commander?"
Alen didn't answer immediately but asked, "Did you do what I ordered last night?"
Dean nodded. "We managed to hide everything about Miss Viana's identity, even from the hospital. Only the two of us know that the head of the Harvey family is still alive."
Alen sighed, then approached the girl's bed and watched her closely.
The girl's body was now clean. The part of her skin that was not covered by bandages looked white and smooth. Her long, dark brown hair fell on the pillow, looking very soft. Her body was slender. With a physique like this, it was obvious that she had been pampered in a wealthy family since birth.
Had Alen known Viana Harvey before? Yes, he had. Alen himself was one of Viana's friends in her childhood. She was indeed the most beautiful girl Alen had met a few times as a child, then met less and less as an adult. Because of these rare encounters, Alen doubted that Viana still remembered him.
As Viana grew older, all the men from the capital's most prominent families fell in love with her and sought her out for her beauty and power.
Unfortunately, fate took a cruel turn. The number one girl in the royal capital met with a tragic accident and almost lost her life. Her beautiful face was injured with several small scratches on her cheeks, nose, and forehead. Fortunately, the scratches were superficial and would fade slowly without leaving a mark. Her body was severely injured. Even more unfortunate was the possibility that she would experience temporary amnesia.
Alen observed her deeply. Not sure what he should do about this childhood friend he once admired.
But the best decision now was to help hide her temporarily and protect her. If Viana's whereabouts were exposed now and the perpetrator came after her again, Viana wouldn't be able to fight back, and her life could be in danger once again.
"Dean, find a maid to look after her in the hospital while she's in a coma," Alen ordered.
Dean was a little surprised. "Are we just going to leave her here?"
Alen blinked. "Why? Did you get so caught up in taking care of a girl that you forgot your obligation to come here?"
Dean choked slightly and quickly shook his head. "It's not like that. I just felt a little sorry when I saw her."
Alen did not respond. "After this girl wakes up, we'll take care of the rest."
After that, they had a serious discussion about other matters.
Viana experienced unexpected moments of consciousness as the two of them talked, but she was still very weak, and her senses were not fully functional.
Her mind was blank. She only saw the blurry silhouette of a tall man looming over her bedside, then her vision faded again, and she fell into a deeper coma.

Viana was unconscious for a week in the hospital.
During that time, she was in a state of endless darkness. No sense of time and space. Her senses drifted very lightly, entering dreamland again and again.
Sometimes she dreamed about her childhood, sometimes about her big house, sometimes about the faces of her father and mother...
Viana had just separated from her father, so the shadow of sadness still loomed large in her mind. Viana was lost in those feelings, even in her dreams. It was very difficult to get out.
"Father... mother... can I still live well if I'm alone in this world?" Viana asked in her dream sadly.
She was abandoned by her mother as a child, then abandoned by her father when she grew up, and had a tragic accident that almost took her life.
In her dream, the flashback of the accident that night happened again so vividly. The crash, the broken glass, the violent shaking, and the pain of being scratched and falling hard all hit her at once, as if she were experiencing it all over again.
Viana couldn't stop screaming in pain, but she could only groan weakly. She felt the sensation of falling into the abyss of darkness once again, then everything slowly became a blur in her dream...
Viana felt the soft bed beneath her after the sensation of falling faded, and her ears began to pick up small sounds around her. All her senses gradually returned to work.
Finally, she found the strength to open her eyes again. A soft light immediately entered her eyes, and she saw the blurry silhouette of a person.
There was someone who was always on guard in Viana's ward. At this moment, that person was startled when heard the weak and hoarse voice of the bedridden girl. That person approached quickly and checked Viana's condition.
The person who had been waiting for a long time became happy when she saw the girl on the bed open her eyes. She cried out with joy. "Miss, are you awake? Thank goodness!"
Viana blinked slowly, her vision still blurred, then slowly became clear. She realized that she was approached by a young girl.
The girl quickly pressed the bell button on the wall near the bed to summon a doctor. When the doctor examined Viana's condition earlier, he suggested calling for medical personnel immediately when the patient woke up.
Viana just stared at her blankly before feeling her throat dry and burning.
"Water..."
Her voice was hoarse. The girl on duty immediately poured a glass of water, raised the top of the bed so that Viana's head was higher than her body, and then carefully gave her the water.
Viana only felt alive after drinking. But immediately, she felt her whole body was very stiff and painful. She tried to move her body with difficulty, but only her right hand and left leg could move, while her right foot and left hand were paralyzed.
Viana frowned and took a long time to accept what had happened to her. She sighed weakly. Her gaze fell on the young girl who had just helped her, then scanned the room she was in. "Who are you? Is this the hospital?"
The young girl nodded. "My name is Ellie. I come from a small family in the countryside. I am eighteen years old. You can call me Ellie. Miss is right, we are now in the hospital," she replied politely.
Viana was now twenty-one years old; apparently this girl was three years younger than her.
Her face was beautiful and adorable. The more Viana looked at her, the more she realized that this girl had the beauty of a rural girl. Viana's heart softened at the sight of her.
Before the two of them could say anything else, the doctor that was called by Ellie entered the room. Ellie invited the doctor to examine Viana while she went to the corner of the room to get the phone.
Ellie entered the number given to her by the man who hired her, then dialed the man.
"Hello?" came the voice from the other side.
"Sir, she's awake," Ellie answered.
Dean paused for a moment on the other side of the phone before replying, "Then you take care of her first. Someone will come later."
Ellie nodded. "Yes, sir."
Ellie had completed her second task, which was to notify her master through this number when the woman in her care woke up.
The doctor finished examining Viana when she finished the call. Ellie returned to the doctor and listened to the results of the examination.

Dean walked into Alen's room immediately after receiving Ellie's call.
Alen was reading the report when he heard a knock on the door. Since not just anyone could enter the room he occupied in this secret base, Alen immediately knew it was Dean and told him to come in.
"Commander, the girl I hired last time just gave me the news that miss Viana is awake," Dean reported.
Alen's activities stopped for a moment. He had almost forgotten about the girl. A week had passed. He was so busy that he almost forgot about the matter.
When Dean noticed the commander's silence, he took the initiative and asked, "Would the Commander like to go and see for himself?"
Alen smiled slightly as if implying something.
