Nala didn't answer me. In the beads of his eyes there was a wet mist. I guess if I stayed here longer, he wouldn't be able to hold back his tears and I wouldn't have the heart to leave him.
Like a cruel man, I left him and said I had an appointment with my boyfriend. Even though after arriving at the parking lot, I called Rachel and asked if she wanted to watch a movie at the cinema. Yes, we did not make an appointment in advance.
Then here I am, hand in hand with Rachel. This spoiled woman leaned her head on my shoulder, enjoying scene after scene on the movie screen.
Cup. This 160 sentimental woman kissed me on the cheek at a glance.
"Honey, what are you having?" He whispered.
"Huh? No, you're hungry, Yang?"
"I want to eat sweets, how do we find cakes?"
"Okay, wait a minute, the movie is almost finished."
The sweet woman nodded. I also put my arm around his shoulders. How lucky I am to have a boyfriend like Rachel. She looks elegant but her behavior is very cute and spoiled. When he was near me, he always clung to me, like hugging or leaning over.
After the movie ended, we headed to take a cake at the mall. Because I don't like sweet foods, I ordered iced coffee late. While Rachel ordered two pieces of strawberry and tiramisu-flavored cakes.
"Didn't you say there was an afternoon class this morning, Yang? Skipped?"
"Yes, I was waiting for Nala to go to the hospital for a while, she was sick."
Rachel immediately put down her fork. He pouted.
"What kind of pain is he?"
"I'm not feeling well, it's like exhaustion," I said quickly. If you want to lie, you must be quick to find answers.
Rachel snorted again at my answer.
"I sometimes envy Nala. He is with you more often than I am."
"Not sometimes, but often," I teased him, poking at his chin.
"Eh, I seriously know, honey. All this time I was able to hold him back from throwing you because you always said that you thought he was like your own sister!"
Akesh blinked after hearing this. Is that statement still valid in the future?
This student majoring in Communication Studies pretended to be glaring. Because of different faculties, we didn't see each other often. We meet two to three times a week. If you are busy, you can see each other once a week or even not at all.
"Yes, you already know that, so don't be jealous anymore, Cantik. What should you be jealous of? You're my girlfriend."
Rachel grinned. While I smiled bitterly. I felt like I was bragging. Continuing to say nonsense made my tongue bitter.

The next day, I decided to let go of Akesh. No, I mean for a day only. After all, my schedule is tight. As a substitute for the course, the lecturer told us to attend the seminar from noon to evening. Then continue to attend art performances or faculty pensions.
This series of events is assisted by the department student association (HMJ) or it can be called KMSI (Indonesia Literature Student Big Family) in order to welcome the language month. Previously, there was also a competition to create poems, short stories, and comic strips.
Language seminars feel very boring to me. Because I didn't bring a book and a pencil, I couldn't draw. My eyes are easy to low when receiving material. I fell asleep.
"Eh La, wake up! Let's get ready for the multipurpose building."
Agas woke me up. He was my only close friend in the major. Unlike me, he was a nerd. This man who is five centimeters taller than me wears glasses. Oh but it's just an accessory, to support her appearance.
Well, even though many nerds today don't wear glasses. Perhaps he wants to live as a true nerd? Just look at the novel in his hand every day is different.
"Huh, what?"
He hit me on the head with his novel. Damn it, it hurts!
"Pikun, huh? Tonight is the peak of the commemoration of language month. Tonight the winners of the three competition categories will also be announced."
"Yes, yes. I congratulate you now. Unfortunately, you will win two poetry competitions this time. If you are rich, usually, the first place is the best," I replied lazily.
He hit me again with his novel. But this time it's in my arms. Damn, don't he bring those novels to torture people.
"The participants are the same university! Who knew there was a hidden talent coming out of the cage tonight. Who knows?"
"Huh? Give it up, I don't care."
We also headed to the multipurpose room. This room is only able to accommodate two thousand people, at least that number of seats are available. The rest can stand. In addition, there is a large stage in front.
Pensi tonight was quite festive and I enjoyed it. There are many stunning performances, ranging from theater, traditional dance, to poetry musicals. Until the peak night, the moment that some people have been waiting for arrives: the announcement of the race.
"My feeling is that you will be the champion for the comic strip category."
"Don't be surprised, you. I also participated perfunctory because you forced me, forgot?"
"Your picture is bag—"
I cupped his lips with my five right fingers. Noisy.
As expected, Agas won. But why did he win second place? The first winner is even Kak Bina? Unfortunately, Kak Bina was not present. This time the children of my department did not win many championships.
The winner of the short story creation competition was from the faculty of medicine and animal husbandry. The third and second place comic strip creators were even from the faculty of law, and ... Hah? Am I the first winner?
I walked up to the stage nervously. Shake hands with the dean who handed over the trophy and envelope filled with cash. After that, the winners took a photo with the dean and chairman of KMSI Ardhit.
Getting off the stage, I remembered the object that inhabited my jacket pocket since yesterday.
"Hello Marvin, I'm Nala. I want to return Ka's bracelet—"
"Oh, you're my fan too?"
He immediately snatched his bracelet from my hand, after which he immediately put it on. He even kissed the bracelet at a glance. His face looked very satisfied after doing that.
"Huh?"
"But my advice is that you don't want it," he said with an uncomfortable look.
I was even more confused.
"Because we are seniors and juniors, if we meet on the street, we just have to say hello."
Did I just chat with a mentally ill person?
"You know Marvin, Dek? I mean close (?)," said Kak Ardhit.
"No, Sis, it's just bad luck to find his bracelet," I smirked.
