The room felt increasingly awkward for her and more terrifying when he said he needed to paint Adriel but without any clothes at all. Adriel widened her eyes in disbelief. She stepped back and pushed Nikolai to distance him from her. They stared at each other. This was an unpleasant act and one of the worst things Adriel had ever heard. It was like she had just escaped a heated pan only to fall into a frying pan. Problems kept coming to her, and she couldn't just save herself. She didn't know how she initially intended to go to another pack but ended up trapped in the human world. It was quite shocking and frustrating for her.

"What do you mean by that, sir?" Adriel asked, but the man was confused by her question, wondering why she said such a thing. Nikolai frowned. Perhaps Adriel misunderstood, that's what he thought. "I don't want to paint you in this dress. I have a more beautiful and suitable dress for you."

Before Adriel could process the master's words, the door suddenly opened, and Daniel entered the room, surprising both Adriel and Nikolai as they looked at him. "I'm sorry to disturb you, sir, but we are under attack." This statement made Nikolai's previously calm face tense. He took a deep breath and exhaled slowly and angrily. He then grabbed his brown jacket and was about to leave. But before he left, he said something. "Lock her up." He then walked out without looking at Adriel.

"What?" Adriel frowned and looked at Daniel. She shook her head, not wanting to be locked up. Who would want to be confined and locked in a room? Of course, no one would. "Don't, don't touch me!" Adriel said as Daniel tried to pull her back.

"Oh miss, I don't take orders from you." Daniel pulled her arm and dragged her out. She was dragged into a large but messy room, a warehouse that would be dark without sunlight, filled only with darkness. She was thrown in there, making Adriel grab the man's shirt and say, "Don't leave me here, please, that man is crazy and insane, he asked me to take off my dress and paint me, he's crazy, I need to leave!" Adriel pleaded, but Daniel didn't care. He was about to walk away, but his hand was held back by Adriel.

Daniel looked back, staring into her wet eyes, Adriel's eyes looked tired as if they had been through a lot of pain. Daniel understood that, but he was just a subordinate and nobody important. Even Adriel's soft touch couldn't make him brave enough to defy Master Nikolai. "I'm sorry, miss, but you have no other choice but to listen to my master Nikolai." He gently released her hand, but he stood still for a moment after looking into her wet eyes. He couldn't even smile and just walked away.

The door closed, leaving Adriel in the darkness, with only her inside, crying and calling for her mother. She didn't know how she would escape from there. But occasionally, the image of her mate appeared very clearly in her head. Charles was still dearly loved by Adriel, and she pleaded to return to the pack, even if she became an omega as long as she could see her mate.

She curled up on the cold floor until evening came, and food was brought in through the door, which was opened and then closed again, leaving Adriel with no hope. While Adriel was now in the warehouse, hoping that everything would be okay, nobody knew that anxiety was brewing in the young man's heart. Daniel, who seemed silent while driving, had a blank stare ahead.

Nikolai van Marsell himself remained silent, not saying anything about Adriel, while Daniel felt confused. What had happened to his master? Why was he suddenly interested in a woman when he had never shown any interest in anyone before? Not even with the hundreds of women he met at the club.

So why did this suddenly appearing girl attract his attention so quickly? What was happening that Daniel didn't know about? He had served Nikolai for years and never once had Nikolai talked about a woman or allowed any woman to be alone with him in the same room. That was why he was surprised when he was ordered to leave the master's study.

"Sir," Daniel murmured, trying to ask. "Hmm." "May I ask a question?" Daniel asked, while the master, who had been resting his head on the car seat with his eyes closed, suddenly opened them, waiting for what Daniel would say. "About that girl." Daniel piqued the master's curiosity.

"Adriel?" Nikolai asked, already knowing her name while Daniel didn't know at all. "Yes, sir, the girl with blue eyes, what will you do to her?" Daniel asked, making the man raise his eyebrows. He didn't expect Daniel to ask that question, forgetting for a moment that he had to punish her. The girl who had entered his territory.

"Oh, you're right, what should I do to her?" Thinking aloud, he continued, "Find out who her family is, about her, and everything related to that girl. She didn't want to mention her last name, so you can use other means to find her identity."

Daniel wondered if it was that important. Nikolai had punished someone without knowing who they were, and why was he now interested in finding out about the girl he was going to punish? "Isn't that too much, sir, to find the identity of the girl you are going to punish?" Daniel asked, and Nikolai laughed at Daniel's words.

"Oh my, Daniel, am I going to punish her just because she entered my territory?" Daniel nodded at Nikolai's question while Nikolai continued, "If sleeping with her is a punishment, then it will be the best punishment for her." He said again, his ayes so sharp and he full of anger in his
even he can’t handle and she felt so scary in the front of him.
