Upon arriving at the mansion, Justin took Laura straight out of the car and into the man's room. He guided her to sit on the bed. Justin took off Laura's shoes and placed them on the edge of the bed. He got up and looked at Laura who was still crying. Justin rubbed his nose lightly and sat next to Laura.
Justin put his arm around Laura's shoulders and pulled her close. Laura covered her face with her hands, she couldn't stop crying from now on, it wasn't strong! It wasn't as strong as she thought.
"Shush..."
Justin let Laura cry for a long time. He didn't care if his expensive suit got wet. The woman was so fragile, Justin couldn't possibly let Laura cry alone. He was worried she would stress herself out and get sick.
After only sobs were heard, Justin pulled Laura to face him. He caught her face and wiped away the tears with his thumb. "Feeling better?"
Laura shook her head. She lowered Justin's hand and touched his dizzy head. Justin who saw that immediately became worried.
"Laura, are you okay?"
"I...I'm fine. Just a little dizzy."
Justin didn't seem to believe Laura's words. He pulled Laura's head to rest on his shoulder. And one hand gently stroked Laura's head. "Calm down, I'm right here. What do I have to do to make you calm down Laura? What do you want Laura? I can't watch you cry."
Hearing that, Laura pulled her face away from Justin's shoulder. She looked up at Justin with tears in her eyes. Laura's raised hand stroked Justin's cheek gently. Her fingers moved to stroke Justin's lips making Justin a little surprised. He didn't know what Laura was doing, but he enjoyed her treatment.
"I... want this." Laura whispered then kissed Justin's lips. Justin's reaction was shocked, but he immediately smiled. When Laura moved her face away, Justin pulled her back and crushed her lips with slow and gentle movements. Laura began to kiss Justin back. She wrapped her hand around the back of his neck. They kissed each other passionately, and even the sound of their sniffles could be heard.
Justin laid Laura on the bed without breaking their kiss. "Justin..." Laura called softly. She couldn't do this, she had to control herself.
"I can't." said Laura as she rubbed Justin's cheek.
Justin smiled, he got up and helped Laura to get up too. "I'm not going to do this to you without your permission Laura, now, what do you want to do? Or do you want to rest?"
"I want to go for a walk."
"Alright, then let's go!"
.....
"MAMA!"
Laura woke up with her tears flowing. It touched her tight chest. Images of the past came back to haunt her. Laura's tears fell again.
She was scared, but no one could calm her down. All this time, Laura had been trying so hard, she needed support, but no one understood her feelings. Laura took a breath, trying to catch her breath.
She felt her head spin. Laura got up from the bed and walked to the dressing table. She opened one of the cabinets and took out four bottles of medicine. Laura took one pill from each bottle and put the bottles back into the cupboard.
Her feet stepped out of the room into the kitchen to get a drink. Luckily it was still very early in the morning, so no one saw her.
She took a glass of water. After that, she ate the medicine and then drank the water.
"What are you drinking?"
Laura froze at the heavy voice. Obviously, it must be Justin's voice. Laura's face immediately turned deathly pale. She turned around and found Justin leaning against the refrigerator with a cup of hot coffee in his hand.
"J..Justin, when have you been there?" Laura asked, hiding her nervousness.
Justin raised one eyebrow. "Since you came."
"What?" Laura cursed her own stupidity. Why didn't she realize he was there? Laura sighed and looked at the man who was also looking at her.
"You haven't answered my question."
"I..it's just medicine...vitamins." she lied.
"Really?"
Laura nodded with some hesitation.
Justin grinned. "But unfortunately I don't believe it."
"Yeah... well, it's whatever you want it to be." Laura replied.
The man chuckled in annoyance. He approached Laura and brought her face closer." Are you playing with me princess? Answer me honestly!" whispered Justin in a chilling tone.
Feeling caught in a lie, Laura gulped down her saliva with difficulty.
"I'm not lying Justin!"
Justin looked thoughtful, rubbed his chin and then looked back at Laura. "Even when you say the word 'no' you're nervous. It's like you want to say 'I lied Justin' isn't it?" asked Justin calmly. He was hiding his anger that was about to explode.
"No!"
Laura cursed herself for always being nervous. If this was the way she was going to get caught. No, no! She wouldn't let that happen.
"Laura, you know what? I don't like people who lie to me. So tell me the truth or I'll find out for myself, and when I do, you won't know what's coming." threatened Justin still with his tone as calm as the air.
It wasn't that it wasn't scary, it was that calm voice that scared Laura. What should she do now? He knew she was lying and threatening him.
Suddenly, an idea came to Laura. She didn't want to do this, but she had to. And again, she had to lie to the man.
Laura moved around pretending to hold her head. She acted as if she had a headache even though she did have a headache, but only a little. She made her body sway. But what she got was Justin staring at her with his arms crossed over his chest.
"Trying to lie to me? I told you, Ms. Anderson!"
Maybe God was really on Laura's side. The proof? That woman was really in pain now. Her head was really dizzy, not pretending to be. Maybe this was karma for her for pretending to be dizzy, she thought.
Over time, the dizziness in Laura's head became more and more intense. One hand was holding on to the table and the other was still holding her head.
