Ch. 9Chapter 9: Illegal Sales Inquiry

Rakha is a former syndicate member who is now trying to expose their crimes from within. He once worked under the orders of Frans, the rich and powerful head of the Frans family, who was involved in various illegal activities. When Rakha learns of Frans' plans involving threats against Arabel and her children, he feels guilty and decides to leave the syndicate.
However, leaving the syndicate is no easy task. Rakha knew too much, and her life was also at risk. Therefore, he went into hiding and collected as much evidence as possible to be able to fight the syndicate. When he found out about Arabel's situation, he saw an opportunity to make amends by helping her.
Not only does Rakha have evidence that can expose the syndicate, but she also knows many of the internal secrets of the Frans family. His decision to help Arabel is his final attempt to destroy the syndicate and bring justice to those who have been hurt by Frans and his cronies.
With Rakha's help, Arabel not only has a chance to protect her children, but also to fight the threat that has destroyed her life. However, this journey is fraught with dangers and challenges that require extraordinary courage and perseverance.
Arabel and Rakha decided to meet again that night in a safer place to plan their next move. Rakha gave Arabel a new cell phone that could not be tracked, to keep their communication safe.
That night, Arabel returned to the temporary shelter with her children. She made sure they were sleeping peacefully before going out to meet Rakha. Feelings of anxiety and fear still surrounded her, but her determination to protect her children gave her unshakable strength.
At an old warehouse on the outskirts of town, Rakha was waiting. The warehouse was deserted, far from the bustle of the city, and looked safe for the time being. They sat at a rickety wooden table and began to discuss their plan.
"Frans has several locations that are often used for illegal transactions," Rakha said, showing a map of the city. "We should get more evidence from these places. I have contacts who can help us infiltrate."
Arabel nodded, trying to understand every detail. "How can we ensure the safety of my children while we do this?"
Rakha looked at Arabel seriously. "We need outside help. I know some people in the police who we can trust, but we have to be careful. Frans has connections everywhere."
They decided to start by observing one of the locations Frans often used for secret meetings. Rakha arranged a meeting with one of his contacts in the police, a detective named Reza, who was known to be clean and of high integrity. The meeting was scheduled for the next day.
The next day, Arabel and Rakha met with Reza in a quiet coffee shop. Reza was a middle-aged man with a face full of experience and firmness. He listened to their story carefully, then said, "I'll help you guys, but we have to move very carefully. If Frans finds out we are approaching him, we are all in great danger."
Reza gave some important instructions and tools to infiltrate the location. That night, Arabel and Rakha, with Reza's help, managed to get into one of Frans' warehouses. They found some important documents and recorded conversations involving several syndicate members. This evidence began to strengthen their case.
However, when they tried to leave the warehouse, one of the guards spotted them. There was a thrilling chase inside the warehouse, and they were almost caught. Thanks to Rakha's ingenuity and bravery, they managed to escape and take the evidence to safety.
At the shelter, Arabel felt relieved despite her exhaustion. Her children were safe and she felt closer to their goal. However, the threat from Maxime and his father Frans was becoming more and more real.
The next morning, Arabel's new cell phone rang. The voice on the other end was Maxime. "You think you can escape me, Arabel? I will always find you."
Arabel gripped the phone tightly, trembling with anger and fear. But she knew, with the help of Rakha and Reza, she had a chance to end it all.
"Frans, you will never touch my children again. I will stop you," Arabel replied in a firm voice.
The war had begun, and Arabel was ready to face every challenge that came her way. She knew that she had to keep moving quickly and carefully. With the support of Rakha and Reza, and unwavering courage, she was confident that she could protect her children and bring Frans to justice.
That night, Arabel, Rakha and Reza gathered again to discuss their next move. They knew that their actions had disturbed Frans, and that meant they had to move faster.
"We need stronger evidence," Reza said, looking at the documents they had found. "Something that can directly tie Frans to these crimes."
Rakha nodded in agreement. "Frans keeps a lot of records in his private villa. If we can get in there, we might be able to find the evidence we need."
Arabel felt the tension rising. "But the villa must be heavily guarded. How can we get in?"
Reza smiled slightly. "We have someone inside. I know a staff member at the villa who can help us. Her name is Dina, she's been wanting to get out of there for a while, but she needs security."
They agreed to contact Dina and plan an infiltration operation into Frans' villa. Carefully, Reza arranged a meeting with Dina in a safe place. Dina, a young woman with a tired-looking face, explained the situation at the villa and provided information on the security schedule and weak spots that could be exploited.
A week later, the fateful night arrived. Dina had managed to turn off several surveillance cameras and ensure safe passage for Arabel and Rakha. They entered the villa with the advanced equipment borrowed from Reza, walking carefully through the dark hallways.
After a few minutes that felt like hours, they reached Frans' study. Rakha quickly opened the desk drawers and found several important files. Arabel recorded each document with the mini camera they had brought.
However, while they were busy, the sound of footsteps approached. They both froze, hearing Frans' voice speaking on the phone.
"We must find them immediately. Arabel and Rakha cannot escape," Frans said in an angry tone.
Rakha signaled Arabel to hide behind the large sofa. They held their breath as Frans entered the room, continuing his phone conversation. When Frans turned around and left the room, they quickly resumed their search.
They found a small safe behind a large painting. With Rakha's expertise in unlocking, they managed to open it and found several important documents linking Frans to various illegal activities, including human trafficking and smuggling of illegal goods.
