Dinda sat with a pale look on her face as if she was overwhelmed by the things that were happening at the moment. She was not even quick to respond to the advice given by her father, Anggoro. It was until Anggoro noticed that his daughter was thinking about her pile of work.
Anggoro sighed and thought to himself, "I knew it..." The man then looked at Dinda with a deep gaze, "Dinda, you can't hide anything from me. Papa can't bear to see you like this."
Dinda looked at her father with a confused expression, but after a moment of reflection, she finally nodded in agreement.
"Ah! S-sorry, Pa. Maybe Papa is right. I really need to rest for a while."
Anggoro smiled understandingly, a look of satisfaction radiating from the smile of a man with glasses and a few bleached hairs.
"Alright, Papa will organise your schedule and work to be handled by Indra later."
Dinda was immediately stunned, "Indra??"
Anggoro nodded and continued, "Do you think Papa just told you to work here without any preparation? Of course Papa doesn't want you to still have to work after marriage and leave the care of Papa's grandchildren to a baby sitter."
Dinda was silent, but not wanting to protest too much she nodded, "Hmmm, okay. I will follow your advice. Thank you, Pa," Dinda said with a nod and a smile.
Anggoro nodded in agreement.
"Remember, don't do too much activity. Prioritise your health and your foetus. Papa really doesn't want anything to happen to you, the only one Papa has.
Dinda smiled and nodded, feeling the full support of her father.
Anggoro looked at Dinda with pride, although his heart ached when his only child had to go through such a bitter experience.
When Anggoro got up from his seat, he was silent for a moment and looked back at his son. "Ah, yes... One more thing, please don't think about anything else. Eat regularly and get enough rest."
Dinda nodded in understanding. "I understand, Pa. Don't worry."
Anggoro just smiled and excused himself to leave the room. His slow steps and the look on his face that seemed a little gloomy made Dinda feel curious about what the man was thinking.
Dinda then let out a long sigh as she leaned her back on the shoulder of the chair. Although she felt a little surprised by Anggoro's attitude, the woman was still grateful that Anggoro did not hate her after knowing the existence of the fetus in her womb. Instead, Anggoro embraced Dinda when she was down, and he even increased his attention more than before.
But for a moment, Dinda remembered something. She got up from her backrest with both eyebrows raised and said, "Ah! That's right... Sonia will definitely come back here to look for me when I take my leave. There's also a good chance she'll meet Papa here."
"This can't be allowed. I have to talk to Indra." His mind was filled with things about Sonia again.
On the other hand, Indra was just getting out of the car after meeting a client outside, accompanied by one of Anggoro's confidants to guide him to the lobby. His steps suddenly stopped when he saw a woman walking out of the building. They immediately locked eyes.
"Indra?" whispered Sonia as she realized who was in front of her.
But Indra didn't seem pleased with the presence of Sonia, who was his ex-girlfriend—quite the opposite. Curiosity was instantly aroused in the man's mind.
With a tilt of his head, Indra then asked, "What do you need to come here?"
Instead of answering, Sonia was surprised that Indra's question seemed harsh and sarcastic.
The woman chuckled as she turned her face away. "Can't you be nice in front of me?" But the next second, Sonia said, "Ah! I know you belong to someone else now, so you're trying to behave yourself, especially with-"
"If you don't have anything to do with me, I'll excuse myself. I still have a lot to do. Come, sir." Indra deliberately interrupted Sonia's speech and quickly invited Ken to leave. He didn't want the people in the office to know that the woman in front of him was his ex-girlfriend. Because it would cause a bit of trouble, he also didn't want to create an uncomfortable atmosphere with Anggoro.
Without much comment, Ken nodded and said, "Okay." Then he walked after Indra.
Ken certainly felt strange about the situation that had just occurred, but it was not his right to ask about it. He was also only assigned to guide and accompany Indra while working at the company, according to Anggoro's orders.
Sonia, who was treated like that, was furious! She clucked in annoyance as she stared at Indra's back, who continued to move away from her sight.
"Tsk! How could he be so cold and rude to me?"
With rough steps Sonia walked out of the building; fortunately, it didn't disturb her mood, as she had already gotten what she wanted from Dinda moments ago.
As for Indra? After arriving at his office and settling into his chair, his mind was still racing. Especially after meeting Sonia in the lobby earlier.
Indra unconsciously bit his lip with a blank look. "Did Sonia meet Dinda on purpose? What did they talk about?"
For a moment, Indra was immersed in his reverie and continued to think about several things related to Sonia's arrival at the office, to the point that Indra did not really listen to the explanation from Ken, who had been conveying several things to her. Until one day...
"Sir?"
Indra blinked, "Ah! Y-yes?"
"Do you understand my explanation?" Ken asked with a slight narrowing of his eyes.
The inching Indra tried to control herself. "Okay, I understand. Sorry."
Ken slightly shook his head as if he couldn't understand Indra's attitude. He then sighed and said, "Don't forget, tomorrow we also have several meeting agendas."
Indra nodded in understanding. "Okay, thank you."
"Then I'll take my leave first because the leadership seems to be waiting for me," Ken concluded.
"Ah! Please..."
Ken then left after bowing his body to salute his new superior.
But after Ken left, Indra leaned back and sighed. His mind was still filled with question marks involving Sonia. For some reason, his feeling was that there was something Sonia was doing in that place.
"Should I just ask Dinda?" She mumbled thoughtfully, but the next second she shook her head and said, "Ah! Noo, no she must be busy in her room."
Indra tried to calm his mind by trying to drive away his negative thoughts, but unfortunately, they still lingered in his mind, disturbing his concentration.

Sigh...
Dinda breathed a sigh of relief after focusing on finding several housing options that could meet Sonia's expectations. Even though she had to spend the past few hours, the woman seemed satisfied with the results.
"One problem solved at last!" Dinda stretched and glanced at the small clock on her desk. "I didn't expect her to use this deal as an opportunity to drain my wallet."
In the middle of that, her phone rang, and she quickly picked up the receiver and spoke.
"Yes? What's wrong?"
"Ah! I see, yes. Well, just tell him to come in."
Dinda sighed lightly after picking up the phone, and finding the news about Indra's visit made her a little surprised.
"How come Indra came to my room? Has his work with sir Ken been completed?" she murmured as she squinted. Her head felt full of business, but she realized that getting things done well was the key to maintaining balance in her life.
Not a minute had passed when the sound of knocking on the door surprised her again. Dinda immediately invited the person behind the door to enter her room.
SLAM!
"Indra?" A small grin spread across the woman's lips.
