"Where else are you going? Obviously, I'm going to work," Indra replied briefly and dryly.

"On an empty stomach like that?" Sonia raised her eyebrows.

But Indra just nodded slowly and walked away, leaving her to get ready. This then made Sonia instantly silent, she looked upset but tried to hold it in because if she vented her frustration, it was possible that Indra would immediately kick her out of the house.

Eventually, Sonia returned to the kitchen to finish cooking and preparing a few other things while waiting for Indra to finish getting ready. All the while, her brain couldn't stop thinking about what Indra had been doing lately. Was he really going to work? Or was there something else? It was really bothering her, and it lasted for the next few minutes.

Until finally...

"I'll go first, you can do whatever you want here as long as you don't cause trouble," said Indra, who had just come out of his room neatly dressed and smelling of perfume.

Meanwhile, Sonia who was sitting at the dining table, suddenly got up and said, "You really don't want to eat with me?"

Indra then paused for a moment as he let out a long breath. "Didn't I tell you I can't, Sonia? I might be late. You can eat alone."

Will Sonia comply this time? Of course not! It was not Sonia's fault if she was a submissive girl. Instead, she clucked her tongue and glared at the man while holding her hands in the air.

"If you continue to reject me, I will stay here and follow you wherever you go."

"What the hell is that!?" Indra widened his eyes, feeling very angry at the moment.

Sonia, on the other hand, wore a cynical smile, as if challenging the man who had once lived in her heart. It really made Indra lose his mind! Until finally Indra let out a rough breath, trying to control himself, he certainly could not make a scene in the rented area if his good name did not want to be damaged.

"Well... " Indra lowered her tone again. "What do you want?"

"Tch!" Sonia stifled a laugh mixed with annoyance. "You're still asking me what I want?"

Indra was silent, waiting for the next words to come out of the bully woman's mouth.

"I just want to have breakfast with you."

Indra didn't respond and turned her gaze to some of the food that had been served on the dining table not far from her. For a moment, the man was silent.

"Right, I'm probably a bad man for not appreciating her efforts," she thought with her gaze still fixed on the dining table. "Tsk! Why does she have to cook that much?"

Indra turned his gaze back to the woman standing in front of him, who was staring at his so intently as if he wanted to finish his off.

"Hmm... if I obey you, you promise to let me go?" he asked.

Sonia slowly lowered her hand and gave a small smile. "Yes! Agreed."

In the end, Indra reluctantly relented and said back, "Alright..." The man immediately took his seat and had breakfast with his former lover.

There was no other choice, although it was hard for the man to finally comply with his former lover's request because he didn't want anything else to happen to him, especially if Sonia suddenly got angry and acted up in her rented house.

The two of them had breakfast together, with silence from each other. Indra, who was focused on eating his breakfast and seemed a little rushed, was, of course, noticed by Sonia, who had not stopped paying attention.

She snorted in annoyance and said, "Are you that unwilling to be with me!?"

Her eyes rounded perfectly at the man before her, it was so upset that, for a moment, the woman felt regret for forcing Indra to eat with her.

However, Indra did not pay much attention to the woman's chatter. He was only busy enjoying the food until it was finished, and there was no leftover. That infuriated Sonia even more, to the point of wanting to eliminate the man.

"Tsk! How could you?" Sonia finally decided to continue enjoying the breakfast, even though anger continued to overwhelm her.

Until a few minutes later...

NO!

Indra put down his spoon and fork and then looked at Sonia, who was still chewing, with an annoyed look on his face.

"I'm done. Can I go now?" he said flatly, "You said you just wanted company for breakfast."

With a rough but resigned sigh, Sonia replied, "Okay. Just go..."

Indra then got up and moved from the dining table. "Ah! Yeah, hurry up and find a place to stay by yourself. I don't want people to misunderstand you because you're staying here."

Short, concise, and clear. Without further ado, Indra said that and did not want to hear any more excuses from the woman. Indra then left the house with an attitude that was colder than an ice cube.

Sonia, who heard those words, could only be silent with a flat face, as if she couldn't believe the man's attitude, making her decide not to respond too much to Indra's ramblings until the man disappeared from her sight.

Sigh ...

Sonia let out a long breath as if feeling tired. She,  who was still sitting while supporting her chin with one hand, then thought, "Tsk! He really makes me sick, but why do I still love him?"

Yes! Sonia was completely blinded by her love for her ex-boyfriend, who no longer even wanted her. But the woman was always trying to turn things around, even though it seemed impossible. Because lately, Sonia has not been able to understand the situation that the two are going through.

At that moment, Sonia was again lost in her reverie, guessing about some things that happened in her ex-lover's life.

"Should I just follow him today?" The words suddenly flashed through her mind, until, in a moment, the woman blinked and even got up from her seat.

Without even thinking, she immediately got up from the dining table, grabbed her bag, and left the rented house. She didn't know what she was going to do this time, but the look on her face showed a deep conviction.

As she continued to run, the woman continued to think hard and look around.

"I have to hurry if I don't want to be left behind!"

The woman continued to run in her heels along the side of the road and found an ojeg base; her breathing was really heavy as well as her heart beating wildly.

"Tsk! Where is she going in a taxi?"

Sonia then turned her head to the street, not far from where she was standing. Then she walked back and approached a crowd of Taxi drivers who were playing cards at a post.

With her breath caught in her throat, Sonia shouted, "Who can... take me? I'll pay double!"
