With a very puffy face, Sarah came out from inside the emergency exit. Right in the visitors' car park. With unsteady steps, the woman walked outside. But at the same time, Hilman, who happened to be looking for her, finally saw her. He hurriedly ran after her while shouting loudly. "Sarah!"

The people who happened to be in the parking lot then turned their heads towards him, making him feel embarrassed for shouting like that. He then closed his mouth, but replaced it with running faster, when he saw that Sarah had arrived at the front, where a car seemed to be waiting for her to get inside.

Meanwhile, Yatno, who saw that the same man was running after him, quickly pushed Sarah's body into the car. Then he closed it tightly, making Sarah jump in surprise when her head accidentally hit the glass of the door next to her. Without realizing that the cellphone she was holding fell to the ground and was slightly kicked by Yatno's foot as the man rushed around the car to leave the place.

Yatno quickly turned the key and drove the car to the destination ordered by his employer. "Sorry, ma'am! I didn't mean to!" he said apologetically when he saw Sarah rubbing her forehead on the car.

"Where is Satria?" asked Sarah coldly, reluctant to answer the driver's apology.

"Safe with my wife, ma'am," said Yatno, not minding the cold tone his mistress had adopted.

Sarah then fell silent. She leaned her back against the back of the chair. Her right hand reflexively shot up, her eyes darting around as she realized that her phone was no longer in her hand. The woman looked panicked as she reached into each of the pockets she had in her bag. Afraid that she had tucked it in there, she couldn't find it.

The frustrated look on her face was clearly visible in the rearview mirror where Yatno was now staring at her in surprise. "Why, ma'am?" he asked curiously.

"It's okay," Sarah said. Still reluctant to explain. She turned her head to the left, preferring to stare out the window rather than answer Yatno's questions.

Yatno, realizing his employer's reluctance, remained silent. However, he accelerated the speed of the car he was driving because the road seemed deserted.

Meanwhile, Hilman who failed to catch up could only put on a frustrated face while adjusting his breathing which sounded irregular. "What's wrong with him? How come she's acting so weird!" he grumbled in annoyance as he stared at Sarah's departure, who had disappeared around the corner. "That too, who picked her up? Does she actually have a boyfriend so she refused my proposal of marriage?" he asked in surprise.

Just as the man was about to turn around. His foot felt like it stepped on something hard. The man hurriedly looked under his feet, there was a cell phone lying there. He immediately squatted down to pick up the cell phone. His brow furrowed in surprise when he saw that the cell phone was not locked. "Whose is it?" he muttered as he got up. He then carried the cell phone in his hand to hand it over to the authorities.

Just as he was about to continue his steps towards the security post at the left corner of the hospital, his cell phone rang loudly. The man quickly reached into his pants pocket to retrieve his cell phone from there. "Yes, Mike!" he greeted his colleague who had studied at the same medical school.

"Bro, I'm getting married to Fransiska next week. Can you come to my wedding? Don't forget to invite the beautiful Marissa Nasution, aka my future daughter-in-law, yes!" asked Michael, who was now soaking in the jacuzzi with his future wife.

"Wow, congratulations Bro, you finally married your girl, after you went back and forth with her like a toy!" quipped Hilman with a chuckle.

"What a bastard you are! Who told you about this?" asked Michael again.

"Siska told me herself. She said she's been unboxed and used it a lot, but she didn't marry me! I feel bad for your son, who cries every time he tells me that story. Although now, thank God you've changed too," said Hilman without stopping his footsteps. "Once again, congratulations, Bro and Sist! May it last until death do you part!" he prayed sincerely.

"Test drive, pig! Let me know if it's a good product or a flop!" Michael retorted without noticing the change in his fiancée's face. "I'm responsible for her anyway! Especially now that I've managed to get her pregnant," he said as he turned to his left, where Fransiska was now staring at him fiercely. "Ho-honey!" she said in a nervous tone.

"Does that mean you fucked me on purpose, just to find out if I'm a good product or a bad product?" asked Fransiska softly. She sounded so disappointed that her boyfriend was thinking that way about her, while she thought it was because he didn't want her to leave that he had tied her up like that.

Michael quickly switched off the line and placed the phone on the edge of the pool to approach his future wife who was now standing up, making her bikini visible with her bulging belly. "Honey... that's not what it's about," he fended off as he tried to grab Fransiska's left arm as she tried to climb up the stairs.

"I clearly heard what you said, Mike! So don't dodge the accusations!" scolded Fransiska, who was forced backwards by Michael, and now stood facing each other. "Oh yes, just cancel our marriage, it's okay! I'll take care of the child myself when he's born, even if it means that I'll never be married for the rest of my life!" she scolded as she tried to push the man's body to stop holding her arms. "However, it's possible that I'll find a husband when she's born, so that I can take care of this child and give her a last name!"

"You can't do that, Beb! That child is my child! So the one who has the right to take care of it and give it a last name is me! The same applies to you. That's why I made you pregnant, so that you can't be ogled by other men when they see your huge belly!" Michael retorted angrily as he pulled Fransiska's arms a little harder to get her into his arms.

"Let me go, Mike! You're a crazy guy today! I don't want to play with a sick guy like you!" said Fransiska, who was aware of her future husband's hunting gaze and breath.

"Oh yeah, how about I make you sigh deliciously here? Up here or in there? Haven't we ever tried the sensation of making love in a jacuzzi pool while enjoying the view of London?" Michael replied while cutting the distance between their faces.

Hilman, meanwhile, could only gape as his best friend switched off the phone without permission. "Is he fighting with Siska again?" he asked confused.
