"Did you see the girl wearing the tosca green syar'i dress? She was sitting on that bench over there," Hilman asked as he turned around. His right hand stretched forward, pointing towards the seat where they had been.
The officer flicked his gaze in the direction Hilman was pointing. Then he looked back at the man while shaking his head slowly. "I didn't see it, sir. Sorry!" he said guiltily.
Hilman sighed a little, then nodded slowly to the medical officer when the man asked to leave him. "Where are you going, Sarah?" he asked softly, not understanding and wondering where she had gone.
With unsteady steps, hilman swung his steps back to the chair, then sat on it.

Meanwhile, Sarah finally arrived in front of a cellphone shop on Ahmad Yani Street, close to the bakery where she worked. The woman hurriedly walked towards the bakery to try her luck, asking the shop owner for help. She slowly pushed the door of the shop until the bell above the door rang, signaling that a visitor was coming.
Not long after, there was the sound of rapid footsteps from inside to outside followed by a typical shop greeting from the shop owner named A Cien Luen. "Welcome to Diamond Bakery, there's a bi-, oh... you're Sarah coming! I thought it was a customer!" she said sarcastically. The middle-aged woman was annoyed with her workers who she felt were just doing their jobs.
"Well... sorry, ma'am... I'd like to have a one-on-one talk with ma'am, would you?" asked Sarah politely, reluctant to take issue with her boss's sarcasm.
"What do you want to say?" asked A Luen, still with a sarcastic tone as well as eyes starting to glare.
Sarah, who was stared at in such a way, could only smile awkwardly. But she still dared to ask for help. "Can we talk in Taci's room?" she asked politely.
"No need! You can talk here too, while there are no customers coming in! If you're embarrassed to talk in front of your friends, just think of them as stone statues! What's more, they're just playing with their cell phones! When it's quiet like this, they can wipe the glass or make bread or sweep! It's not relaxing!" said A Luen curtly, openly insinuating Sarah's two coworkers who seemed to be rushing to put their cell phones in their pockets, then pretending to be busy doing something so that the shop owner wouldn't get angry again.
A Luen chuckled sarcastically at the behavior of the two. But he immediately turned his eyes to Sarah again. "Now anyway, what do you want?" he asked half-naggingly. "I want to continue cooking because Engkoh and A Chie are coming home from school soon!" she snapped with a sour face.
Sarah, who was yelled at in such a way, then cleared her throat briefly to reduce her nervousness as well as to prevent her heartbeat from coming out. "Look, Ci... I'd like to ask a favor, is that okay?" she asked politely.
"What favor?" asked A Cien Luen quickly.
"Hmmm ... well ... I'd like to borrow some money for my mother's surgery, Ci," said Sarah nervously while squeezing the strap of her sling bag.
"How much money?" asked A Cien Luen.
"Fi-fifty million, Ma'am. But it could also be up to ser-"
"Heh...!" screeched A Cien Luen loudly, cutting off Sarah who immediately pursed her lips as she winced in surprise.
"How dare, you are! I just came here to borrow money! That much again! What kind of bank do you think I am?!" she scolded, her eyes glaring.
"You haven't come to work since yesterday! Eh, coming here instead want to borrow money! Later if I lend you money, then the next day you do not come again for the next alias run away! It's my loss! Not to mention having to call the authorities as well as lawyers to get you in jail!
What is there, I lost many times over! Not necessarily my money will return! Instead, I'm out of money again! Bye ... there's no borrowing or lending money, because I've fired you!" she scolded while pointing at Sarah who could only look down in shame with a red face.
"Why don't you ask your ex-husband for help! Isn't he rich?! You can borrow from him or ask him for a loan. Think of it as helping a sick ex-in-law! Also, the clothes you're wearing look expensive! He must have bought it for you, right? Or don't... who bought this shirt... your new prey?!" she accused with disdain.
"Sorry, ma'am! I'm not as low as you make me out to be! Thank you, I'll excuse myself!" retorted Sarah, reluctant to prolong matters. The woman hurriedly turned around, then walked quickly outside. She slammed the door slightly in response to her frustration with her former employer's accusations.
"Woy! Don't slam my door! You ignorant worker!" screeched A Cien Luen angrily, which was faintly audible to Sarah's ears. But the woman was reluctant to respond because she felt it was useless.
"A salary of only seven hundred and fifty thousand rupiah, feels like having a salary of five million rupiah! What a stingy woman!" grumbled Sarah in annoyance as she tightly squeezed the strap of her bag to channel her resentment towards her former boss.
The woman then walked straight towards the cell phone shop there. She immediately entered the store yard, then climbed the stairs to the second floor, where the cell phone shop was located. While on the first floor there is a cosmetics shop, while the ground floor is used as a parking lot and for the third floor, aka the top floor itself, there is a food court which is usually crowded with young people every holiday.
She had just extended her right hand to open the door. A saleswoman had already opened the door from inside and greeted him. "Welcome to Dunia Hape! Can I help you, sister?"
"I want to buy an android phone at a standard price, around one million rupiah. Is it available?" asked Sarah politely, smiling back.
"There is, sis. What brand do you want? There are Siomay, Samsul, Popo, Vivi. But the price is not exactly one million rupiah, but there is a little more. Do you want it? Let me get you the phone you want," said the saleswoman as she invited Sarah inside. "Please sit down first, sis!" she invited Sarah to do so, when the two of them had reached the side of the sofa designated for customers.
"Anything, as long as the price is not more than one million five hundred thousand rupiah," said Sarah as she sat down in the space provided.
"Okay! Please wait a moment, sis!" the saleswoman asked again. The woman hurried inside to get the cell phone that Sarah wanted. Sarah, meanwhile, sat quietly and let out a long sigh.
It wasn't long before the saleswoman returned to Sarah. The woman immediately explained all the specifications of several brochures that she brought, where finally Sarah chose a cellphone with the Siomay brand for one million one hundred and twenty-five thousand rupiah.
Both of them were seen completing the transaction, not forgetting Sarah buying a new sim card. "Thank you," she said with a polite smile after completing all the payments.
"Thank you again, Sister! Hope you like our service!" said the saleswoman with a big smile.
Sarah just nodded in response. She then turned around and walked out.
"Thank you for visiting, sister! Hope you buy again next time!" greeted the saleswoman who was opening the door for her.
"Thank you!" said Sarah, reluctant to respond to the saleswoman's words. The woman quickly descended the stairs again. Right on the last step, she immediately took out her cell phone from the bag she was wearing. Then immediately pressed the numbers that she had memorized.
Sarah immediately put the phone to her right ear as soon as the line was connected. "Mas Adit, it's me Sarah!"
