Ch. 23She's Gone

That afternoon, Neon witnessed how Matcha almost lost her life and how Matcha entered the operating room. Only two people were waiting outside. Aryan and himself. Until Green and Om Wira appeared after that. Both sat outside, anxious beyond belief. Neon He had to stand up once in a while to relieve his trembling body, his hot eyes, and his tight chest.

Then, the thing that made her feel shocked was when Aryan suddenly stood up after receiving the call, choosing to go to the office to meet his client, who had come there on purpose.

Instead of waiting for matcha,

It was just her and Green after that. Along with a grown man who tried to calm their panic. She saw Green continue to sit, staring at the operating room door, his hands intertwined, waiting for good news. However, reality slapped them hard. Matcha did not. regain consciousness.    After a post-operative examination, the girl was declared comatose.

He also heard about the death of Permata, who was declared dead as soon as she arrived. at the hospital. The Navy was berserk at that moment. Famila continued to stand by. Permata's side, holding her cold hand, along with Ana. Both of them were crying. hysterically, sadly.

Two days later, Neon met up with Famila, sitting across from each other in a cafe near Haryaka High School. He had to listen and watch Matcha, who deliberately threw herself. into the lake to help Permata, who had slipped. While by the lake, Blue was silent, there There was no look of surprise, and there was no intention whatsoever to help the two.

"Uncle Aryan and Tante Ira already know. Aunt Ana and Permata's father also met them." Famila whispered. "But everything was done just like that. With money. Even though Aunt Ana didn't want it, Uncle Nila still accepted the money. After that, Auntie Ana asked for separation."

"Don't you like Matcha?"
Neon shook his head at the question. He was a high school boy who was still taboo about his feelings. However, "I don't like seeing Matcha being bullied by her family."

"We have to do something. It's useless to stay silent, Neon." Famila reached for the glass. of lemon tea on her table. "Blue won't shut up. If we keep quiet, he might do more than this."

"Doing... what? Revenge?" Neon shook his head. There was one bigger refusal to do that.

"Evil him? I can't, Mil."

Famila leaned in. "Nope. Just a little bluff."

The girl's hand rubbed the side of her tall glass. "Yon, Blue has already lost a lot. No, not just losses, more than that."

"Why me?" said Neon. The man still didn't accept. "There are still many of your friends."

"Because you have the same feelings as me."

With his mind in turmoil at that time, Neon agreed to a deal. The agreement with Famila that made her upset a little bit avenged.
"But we can't do it alone," Neon said again. "Green. He has to do this."

Neon will trap Green.

That's his determination.
---
Green screamed hysterically as Matcha's body was pushed into the sea, trying to free his hands that were held even tighter after the beating. Her face was already bruised. There was a spot of blood at the corner of her lips, so when her tears came out, it made her face feel even more painful. All of her body.

In the end, Green still lost Matcha. In anybody.

Again, her body was thrown back as the one who had pushed Matcha earlier kicked her. and the siren sounded loud. They were about to escape into the car. However, as if he had the chance, Green beat up the one bald man who had also pushed Matcha from behind.

Her foot kicked the man in the chest as she turned around. His hands were no longer locked, allowing him to fight back. But, alas, Green was still a snot-nosed kid who couldn't fight four grown men. He fell back to the ground with an increasingly frail body.

They coincided with the police, who managed to surround them. Green could breathe a sigh of relief at that. There was one policewoman who approached him, confirming Green's condition.

"MY FRIEND WAS MADE THERE!" he screamed, pointing at the rock. "Please find him. I BEG YOU TO FIND HIM!"

At least, those were the last words Green said before his vision turned blurry and dark. The A collapsed again, carried away by the ambulance that arrived shortly after. At least, that's what Green remembered. He only regained consciousness just as the sky began to darken.

"Which one hurts?"
Wira stumbled over to him, his shirt already disheveled with his pants out, the fabric on his sleeves rolled up to his elbows. The tie he wore had already loosened.

Green grimaced briefly, glancing around the emergency room, not finding Matcha on any of the beds around him. So, "What about Matcha?"

"Matcha?"

Green shook his head. "I mean blue."

"She hasn't been found yet."

Green sighed heavily. He tried to get up so that he could sit up. Even if it was with difficulty. "We need to find Blue."

"Don't make a mess. You have to stay here. Let me go find Blue. You stay quiet. Vio will be here later."

Afterward, Wira left, just as Violet came to accompany him. Green continued to stare at the emergency room door. Matcha must have been brought here too. That girl must have been found. Green was sure. There was enough conviction this time.

However, the sound of crying that was getting higher and higher made her turn her head. briefly to Violet, who was sitting on the opposite side of the bed with her face covered by her palms. The girl's shoulders rose and fell, her cries sounding very pitiful. Even though Green was wonderful. Well, not really, but it's not so bad that he needs surgery.

"I'm fine!" Green emphasized. "Relax."

"I'm not crying for you." Violet wiped her wet cheeks, giving Green an annoyed look.

This kid was pretty shy, too. "How did Blue disappear, huh? What's going on? I got a call from my dad. He just said that you went to this hospital, and then Blue went missing. at sea. Why did she disappear?"

He was dumbfounded for a moment. The thing was, this was Violet talking. She was the one who had openly raised the flag of war on Blue, and now the girl was talking like that.

"I thought you'd be happy."

Violet glared. She almost hit Green's hand if he didn't dodge her. "We were once close. friends. Even though we were enemies—or maybe I was the one who fed the fire to her—I'm still afraid of what might happen to Blue."

Violet sighed for a moment. "I swear, my knees went weak when I heard you say that. Green."

Green didn't reply again; he just nodded. His estimation had been wrong all along.

The man was still faithful enough to stare at the emergency room door. Until a gurney entered with a doctor by his side while providing help, Green's body straightened up, and he tried to get out of bed. He kept looking at Matcha's pale face.
