(REDS POV)
Yellow seems really angry. I missed what Yellow said about holding their chest.
"YELLOW MYERS!!" I shouted because everyone seemed scared of Yellow.
But I didn't listen. I was about to teleport to where Blue was when Yellow fainted, caught by Alexer. The leader was really beaten up, full of wounds from Yellow's lightning strikes. Oh, by the way, when we arrived earlier, the leader wasn't undressed.
"Red, we need your help," Hera called me over.
So I approached.
"Why?" I asked.
"Red! Bring him back to normal, someone with dark magic entered his body, causing him to do these things," Myera explained.
"What? Do you know who?" I asked.
I was surprised when Aphro started crying.
"Sob please, Red! Bring my brother back to normal huk," Aphro pleaded.
What? This is her brother?!
I was shocked when Aphro kneeled in front of me, so I helped her up, and then I sat beside the unconscious leader.
I closed my eyes.
Holy healing set on.
And the leader's body illuminated.
I saw the dark magic come out and turn into ash by Blue.
And its appearance slightly changed; it looked like an addict and a demon earlier, but not anymore.
It looked noble now, making me even more stunned.
"Wow! Your brother looks handsome, Aphro," I said.
"Hmmm."
I helped her brother sit up, then I sat beside him. He touched his head, confused.
"What happened?" He asked while I supported him.
"Brother sob don't you remember?" Aphro asked tearfully.
A moment later,
I saw guilt and conscience in his eyes.
"Did I do that?!" He asked himself.
We nodded.
Aphro hugged her brother, so I stood up. They then went home with Alexer carrying Yellow.
"Brother, I missed you," Aphro cried, hugging her brother.
"I'm sorry, little sister. I promise I won't leave again," he said.
After their hug, we decided to go home, and it was already afternoon.
There's a celebration tonight in the field.
We've also met Juno. Juno is Aphro's brother's name, short for Junodex.
Blue, Juno, and I stayed at home because the others were already at the field, while Yellow was sleeping.
"U-uhmm, Red?" Juno called me, looking down.
Did you know that Juno is shy, especially around girls?
It's funny to think that he's shy considering how tall and handsome he is.
We were sitting on the sofa, with no plans of going to the field since we're leaving tomorrow afternoon.
"Why?" I asked.
"B-because??? C-can I t-talk to Y-Yellow?" Juno stuttered.
"Sure, you don't have to ask us for permission. Just go upstairs to Yellow, he's probably awake by now," I said.
While I'm cutting something.
He nodded.
"Uhmm, o-okay."
Juno went upstairs.
(YELLOW'S POV)
Uhmmmm... I felt someone sitting on my bed, so I woke up.
I slowly opened my eyes, at first, my vision was blurry, then it became clear.
I pushed him, and he fell on the bed.
"O-ouch," he groaned.
"What are you doing here?!!! Why aren't you dead yet?!!! Answer me!" I shouted.
He bowed his head, his ears turning red.
"Uhmm, I-I was g-gonna a-apologize... for what I did," he stammered, looking at me and then bowing again.
"What's your problem?!! And why are you here?!! You're our enemy, right?!" I frowned.
"Uhmm, b-because??? T-the dark magic c-controlled my b-body, and I-I'm A-aphro's b-brother," he said, still bowing.
Why is he bowing?? He seems embarrassed.
Wait, does he not know what he's been doing?
It seems so. (-_-) How can I get mad at that?
"Ugh!!! But do you remember what you did?!!" I asked.
He just nodded while standing and hiding his hands behind his back.
"I'm sorry for what I did."
He seems genuinely sorry.
"Okay, apology accepted. But where's Aphro?"
"Uhmm, they're at the field because there's a celebration," he said, still bowing.
"Wait! Why are you still bowing?!!! I already forgave you!"
He looked at me and then bowed again.
"Wait, are you shy?!!" I asked.
He blushed even more.
Damn it!! Is he really shy?
"Don't be shy with me. Sit here," I said, patting the spot next to me.
He hesitated to sit down.
He seems like a coward.
"What's your name?" I asked when he finally sat beside me.
"J-junodex, but they call me Juno," he said, looking at someone else.
"Ah," I said.
And silence filled the air between us.
Seriously? It's so quiet.
"Why didn't you go to the celebration??? Did Red and the others go?" I asked, looking at him.
Oh well!! He looks better now than earlier... brighter and more innocent.
"B-because I-I didn't go there, and Red and the others are downstairs," he said.
He still doesn't look at me, it feels like I'm contagious or something. So, I held both of his cheeks slightly surprising him.
And I made him face me to remove his blush.
"Look at me," I ordered, and he looked at me.
Wow! He's handsome up close.
Perfect face shape, tight jaws, handsome face, pointed nose, and red lips.
I'm defeated.
"Wh-why?" he stuttered.
"Haha, nothing! I didn't expect you to be shy," I said.
And he just held my hand that was holding his cheeks.
"Your hands are warm," he said, closing his eyes as if feeling the warmth of my hand.
.
.
.
"Especially your lips."
I moved my hand away when he said that.
"A-ah, I'm sorry again."
He said softly.
I'm already annoyed with his apologies.
"Can you stop apologizing?!!"
"S-sure," he said.
So I stood up.
"Let's go," I said, feeling him follow me.
I went downstairs and found Aphro and the five Sy brothers awake.
"Oh? Are you awake now, Yellow? Did you meet your brother?" Aphro asked.
"Oh, no, Aphro. I'm still asleep. You're probably seeing things, right?" I said in a sarcastic tone.
So Aphro pouted, and they laughed except for the five Sy brothers and Blue.
We sat on the sofa, and Juno sat beside me.
"Why did you come back here??? I thought you were going to party," Red said.
I looked at the person in front of me.
I noticed Xero being silent, I couldn't even talk to him.
Then he suddenly looked at me, and I avoided eye contact.
"It's boring there, so we decided to join you guys since you're leaving tomorrow afternoon anyway," Myera said.
"Ah, then let's play the question game," Red suggested.
"Sure," they all agreed.
"We'll go first... where are you guys from the Elemental Kingdom? I thought each one of you had a kingdom, don't you?" Red asked.
"Ah, about that... the wolves' clan is dwindling, and they're separating, so we don't have a kingdom, and there would be many conflicts if we had one," Lex explained.
We all nodded.
"Okay, for us, it's true that we're triplets. We're from the mortal world and were brought here by Mrs. Crystal, a fairy," I said.
"Eh? Princess Crystal, she's supposed to rule the fairy kingdom, but she went to the mortal world, and we heard she also had a child there," Lex said.
"They have five sons," I answered.
"How many mountains are there here? Red said you can reach Selkon Town faster if you pass through here, but it doesn't seem like it," Hera said.
"Actually, if you pass through here, it will take longer. It's not true that it's a shortcut; it just seems like it. To get to Selkon Town, you need to pass through Mount Yuego, then Burning Mountain, and finally, the V-territory," Hera explained.
"That's a lie!! We've been deceived, now it's even longer," Blue said, teleporting to another room.
We gave him a peace sign.
"He's impatient," Red said.
They nodded.
"Are you sure you're not from the Dark Kingdom?"
We all looked at Terence, furrowing our brows.
Do we look like enemies?!!
"And why would you think that?!!" I asked, annoyed.
"Don't get me wrong!! We don't know anything about you, so it's natural to think that way. Plus, I saw Blue using dark power," Terence explained.
I was surprised by what Terence said.
The heck!! He saw Blue using dark power?
We all looked shocked.
We all became serious.
"Think what you want, but if we were spies from the Dark Kingdom, you would've been ashes a long time ago!!" I said.
"Ha!!! You guys are something else, always thinking the worst of us... Do you know how hard it is for us to get along with you???....our whole lives, we didn't have any friends, no one approached us because in the mortal world, they didn't accept us. Now that we're here in our real world, sigh! It's so unfair!!!!!!" Red said.
And he went upstairs.
I could see their surprise from how Red acted.
And after a while, they looked at me.
"Don't worry, I won't walk out like them. I want to know many things, so I'll stay. And besides, we're used to being judged unfairly. When we were in the mortal world, they said we would conquer their world... how narrow-minded, they don't even know us," I said, shaking my head.
While looking at the glass.
"W-we're sorry," they said.
So I looked at them and sat on the sofa.
"It's okay, we're leaving tomorrow anyway. You won't have to worry about our presence, and I'm sure things will change... so back to questioning, it's your turn," I said.
"Uhmmmm... where are your parents?" Xero asked.
.
.
.
I stared at Xero for a long time because of his question. I was stunned when they called me.
So I looked back at the glass.
"Where are our parents??? Where do you think they are?" I asked them, surprised by their question.
"Do you not have parents?!!!" Myera asked in shock.
"I hope not," I muttered, unsure if they heard me.
Myera covered her mouth.
"Can I pass on your question even though we don't know?" I forced a smile and said.
"O-oh, sure... uhmm, what about this? Uhm... do you have a boyfriend?" Hera asked.
It's obvious she's not sure about her question.
I laughed.
"Hahahaa We're feared in the mortal world, always judged, no friends, always kept at a distance, and you're asking if we have boyfriends? Hahaa," I laughed.
"So you don't have one yet?" Lex asked.
I stopped laughing.
"Red is the one you should ask about boys. He changes them like clothes, with his appearance mostly changing with Blue's help," I said.
"Ha? How is that possible? Wait, what kind of ability is that?" Lath asked.
So I held my chin as if pondering.
"Blue can change his appearance to whatever he wants, even to other people's appearance. For example, he can change my appearance to yours, Myera... that's how powerful Blue is, so don't mess with her, she's even a demon to demons," I grinned.
Oh, by the way, our skin color is pale due to extreme whiteness. Blue used his power to make our skin look normal, not too pale.
We're tan in short.
They all widened their eyes.
"But is that really how you look???" Juno asked.
"Of course, that's us. Wait, what are your abilities?" I smiled.
"The few of us with abilities in the wolves clan only have speed and strong senses," Aphro said.
"But they have nature power," Lex pointed to the Sy brothers.
So we all nodded.
"What do you call yourselves, uh, with powers?" I asked.
"They call us Lightannians, and their enemies are Evilanians, dark users... and their dark kingdom is called Dekier. They have a queen named Kira, and there are two men and a woman as her children," Myera said.
We all nodded.
"Do you guys have guardians??" Juno asked.
"Guardians?" I asked.
"Because each Lightannian has guardians, and they have different kinds like the Earth Snake, Snake Turtle, Lightning Bunny, Dragons, Fairies, and the rare Foxes with different numbers of tails. And the most special of all, the foxes with three tails and the rare ash-gray eagles, golden lions with golden wings, and many others," Aphro explained.
...
.
.
"Ah okay, thanks for the information. I'll go up now."
I stood up, turned my back on them, and walked upstairs after asking them some questions.
I didn't look back at them.
"Wait! Do you believe in love????" They asked.
I smiled bitterly.
And I walked away.
"No, because love has no place for us... It's worthless," I said.
And I left them there.
When I entered the room, I found Blue and Red already asleep. I lay down and just stared at the ceiling.
It's true, for us, love is worthless, such a crazy thing. Don't get me wrong, in our lives, we've never experienced love—love from parents, friends, or even lovers, none at all!
Because love will make you weak.
"Love is everyone's weakness."
That was my last words before I fell asleep.
