Chapter 6
KYLEE POV
We walked down a long hallway again. We talked constantly in our first class. We are going to the library, I can't wait to see their library here. I still haven't forgotten what happened earlier but I tried to put it out of my mind. The one I slapped here, the one I accidentally kissed here. I closed my eyes tightly. I will avoid two people.
I returned to my trance when we stopped at a large door. We entered there and their very ugly library with a second floor was revealed to me. Little by little my smile brightened. Is their library this big? Very cool.
"Let's put our stuff down here while I look for a book." Kate before placing her book and bag on the table. I did the same with Era. They were ahead of me. I won't look for a book, I'll just go around the whole library.
"I'm just here.." I said to the two and went ahead of them. They both nodded. I looked around everywhere I passed. My book collection is complete so I don't need to search anymore. Then we also have our own library at our house but it's really different from school.
I caught sight of the stairs leading to the second floor. My smile grew bigger as I slowly went there. I held on to the railing of the stairs before slowly climbing up. The vast library immediately exposed itself to me. I jumped then I walked to go around it.
I passed a line of cabinets full of books. I caressed it as I walked. I looked up causing my eyes to catch a book that caught my attention. I immediately smiled and tried to reach out but it was too slow. I'm tall but the book is high.
"do you need help?"
I froze when I heard that familiar voice. I slowly turned around and felt my eyes widen when the person I hit at the mall stood up to me.
Shit
I ran but before I could run he pulled me back using my uniform. I stepped back.
I'm dead!
"where are you going?" it whispered to me with a smile. I just bow down. I didn't say a word. I must have thought wrong. I bit my lower lip and closed my eyes.
"leave forever.!" I struggled but he held my uniform too tightly until I immediately felt his touch on my waist.
"not so fast little girl. Shall I run again first? You still owe me." it whispered. I know that I have sinned but...
"I didn't do that on purpose." I'm so annoyed because I want to get out of here and be with this man.
"see this? It's your fault." he showed me his nose with a band aid. I bit my bottom lip and felt guilty.
"I didn't mean--"
"Shut up."
I was silent when it shut up. I bit my bottom lip. I really didn't mean it. If he hadn't fought with me for the book, I hope I wouldn't have hit him. I felt guilty because of what I did. Who will ignore what I did here? I kicked it badly because its face hit the floor. Its poor nose. I laughed softly causing him to look at me in annoyance.
"what's funny?" It whispered to me. I shook my head even though I was still laughing. I bit my bottom lip to hold back my laughter. We have to whisper to each other because in every corner of this library there is a note written to minimize ur voice.what are you Friending in the Library?"
We were surprised by that sudden shout behind us. The man immediately let go of me and together we faced the old man who was looking at us from side to side.
It shouted again. I bit my bottom lip. We don't flirt. Cuevas closed his eyes tightly as he laughed.
"You're thinking wrong, aren't you"
I'm dead
I bit my bottom lip when I realized what I called here. The old man turned to me now looking annoyed. I looked at Cuevas who laughed softly
"I mean MAAM, we didn't--"
"I'm sorry Mrs. Cruz, it's not what you think." the old man called cuevas cut me off again. It took one step while I stepped back.
"Let me explain." the man said calmly but there was still a hint of laughter in his voice. I frowned.
"it will reach your father." that old man is ugly. I ran towards them causing them to turn to me. Before I left, I heard the man's words.
"She couldn't reach the book on top. She is short so I help her."
I raised my eyebrows because of what I heard. I'm not short. It's just medjo. I snorted as I realized that what he said was true I couldn't reach.
I immediately went down the stairs and went straight to my desk where we left our things earlier. Kate and Era, who had just arrived, exposed themselves to me. I took my bag immediately before I looked for them
"Let's go, let's go. You're done, aren't you? We stopped short of breath when we reached the library. I caught my breath. Bend to catch my breath. Good thing we left there right away.
"What happened to you?" asked the gay man who was also panting. I can't speak yet because I'm still out of breath. I let myself go.
"Nothing.." I answered simply, causing Era to pinch me on the side
"Are you gaga? I was wondering what's going on." it's annoying. I just smile here. I wiped the sweat that had accumulated on my neck then my forehead. I exhaled and then inhaled to return my breath to normal.
"Let's go to the canteen first, I'll just buy a soft drink, I'm thirsty from our run," we agreed with kate's words. The man entered my mind earlier. Am I going to change schools? Because all the sins I have committed are in my school where I study. I snorted
"we still have 10 minutes for our break." Era while looking at his watch. We entered the canteen. As usual there are many people. We went straight to the counter to buy. I separated from the two when I saw the dessert I was going to buy to drink.
I didn't pay attention to the people who were looking at me. I didn't pay attention to those who were staring at me. I'm thinking about food right now. What happened to me at school made me hungry.
I immediately ordered a drink. I drank first because I was thirsty. I looked up to drink. I bought a long plastic cup to drink. I saw Era and Kate waving at me and beckoning me to come. I nodded and paid at the counter.
"thank you." I said smiling before turning back but...

I was shocked. I almost tripped because of my sisterhood but unexpectedly. All my drinks went to someone in front of me. I don't know who I am because I only saw feet.
"oops sorry.."
I heard the woman say when she kicked me. I looked at it with annoyance as I stood up but it wasn't looking at me because its eyes were behind me.
I heard everyone gasp. All the students here in the canteen have their eyes on us. I scratched my forehead and wondered who was looking behind me. I also looked at the blood.
I froze where I stood. I couldn't move when I saw who was in front of me. I looked at my glass and saw that it was almost empty. I slowly raised my eyes and I didn't realize that all my cold drink went on his closed face. I was immediately nervous when I saw his fist. I was really blown away by its crunchy texture. It echoed throughout the canteen. Everyone was silent and the other student stopped and looked at us. My drink hit his face so cold that I can't imagine how cold it felt.
He slowly opened his eyes. I remembered him more in the mall. He's the one I spilled coffee on at the mall. I bit my bottom lip.
"It's you again?"
I can feel his strong voice. Confused, I grabbed my bag and opened it to get the handkerchief I always carry with me. I slowly approached. It's my fault why my drink ended up on his face. I'm too careless.
I slowly approached it even though my heart was racing. I raised my hand with a handkerchief to wipe his face. He was looking at me and I couldn't read what emotion was in his eyes.
"sorry, sorry, sorry, I didn't mean it. I was cut. My voice was weak when I spoke as I slowly wiped his face. I can feel how cold his face is. What have I done? I bit my bottom lip.
"I can wash your clothes if it's okay with you?" I asked again. He didn't say a word and kept looking at me. Well, I can wash it with our assistants. It still hasn't spoken.
"Excuse me, I'm there.. go away."
I fell back when someone pushed me. I looked at it in annoyance and the woman who cut me off earlier revealed herself to me. This is the culprit, but before I could react, someone violently pulled me and my two friends exposed me "what did you do?" They asked while pulling me. I can't speak because we are running. I looked at them again and saw that the woman had already covered the man's face. I have never apologized properly.
"Sh*t kylee? You don't know that?"
We stopped after two people pulled me. I looked at them who were also looking at me as if I had committed a great sin. I wish I hadn't been too big to apologize. I was immediately nervous, are they all here? I closed my eyes tightly, what's the big problem? How can I avoid them? I have so many sins.
"what are you doing?" they said after looking at me in disbelief.
"I didn't do that on purpose, someone hit me so all my drink went on the man's face." I told them while snorting. Their jaws dropped looking at me.
"You don't know who I am?" I couldn't believe what they said that made me frown. I shrugged and nodded. I really don't know. I just saw it at the mall, I also spilled coffee. Enzo's fault for chasing me.
"really?" I nodded. They looked at me in shock. I frowned. Why is that man and why are they looking like this? Their shoulders slumped before they looked at each other.
Before I could react, the bell suddenly rang signaling that our break was over. I stood up and faced them.
"Well, we'll tell you who he is." I shrugged because I wasn't interested. I just want to apologize and avoid the three I met earlier.
My first day here was stressful. I was just about to enjoy my first class and then this opened up for me. I sighed loudly before I entered our classroom, I followed the two because like they said, we are classmates except for one subject. I followed them to sit. I am very tired today.
I took out my note and my pen at the same time as a beautiful woman entered who I think is a beautiful woman followed by the entrance of some men who I did not expect to see again. oh no
Why am I unlucky? I just said that I should avoid it but why is this? Enzo's eyes were right and I immediately saw his smile. My classmate whispered. I could almost hear them breathing.
"I'm sorry, I'm late." Enzo smirked causing the woman to moan even more. I frowned before turning to Era who was next to me gaping.
"it's Mr. Ynarez, ur just in time." I immediately turned to the teacher when I heard his soft voice. I went home.
"you can find ur sit now." the teacher started writing on the board.
"I want to sit beside her." My eyes widened as the chair next to me pointed to where Era was sitting.
He couldn't wait for our teacher to speak. It immediately came to us and stopped in front of Era who gaped while looking up. My jaw also dropped and I couldn't believe what it was. What is this man doing?
"excuse me?" He couldn't get rid of his grin while looking at my friend who was stunned and didn't even move. Is this man crazy? Before I could react, Kate was immediately pulled away at the same time as Enzo sat down in front of me.
"Nice too see you again and again?" it smiled before winking. My eyes widened and I moved but the muzzle pulled me closer to its seat. I looked at my classmates who were staring at us with their jaws dropped. I swallowed before turning to my friend whose eyes were also wide.
I slapped Enzo's hand that was on my armchair. I looked at it while it was staring at me. God! Today is stressful. I don't want anymore. Why is my bad luck one after the other?
"Are you okay?" I looked back at Enzo who still had a smile on his face. I dreamed.
"don't talk to me, I don't know you." I'm already annoyed. He grabbed his chest dramatically as if he felt the pain, sh*t I'm going to be highblooded with this man.
"You know how to break my heart now huh?" it whispered. I was even more annoyed, what he did was not funny. I touched a woman who was blushing while looking at us.
"change the seat? do you want?" I smiled. Please call me. He smiled sweetly but it slowly disappeared when he looked at my side. I also looked at my neighbor who now looked at the woman badly.
I swallowed. If I was smiling before, now it's like being possessed by seriousness. I slowly adjusted my seat and looked ahead. I moved a little but it stopped me.
"can you?" I whispered here because I saw his smiling face little by little. Is that so? How fast does this man change mode?
"Mr. Ynarez and Ms. Montenegro are you two listening?"
we turned to the teacher at the same time when he suddenly spoke. I sat down but Enzo kept looking at me as he immediately returned his gaze to me.
"I'm sorry ma'am." I smiled and ignored Enzo who was now dumbfounded as if he was deep in thought. I didn't pay attention to it. It's up to him because I just want it to end.
