Ch. 1Prologue

Greed, arrogance, contempt, selfishness, and greed for power. Attitudes that will lead us into darkness.

There are things and events that we cannot prevent. The only thing we can do is face the truth and strengthen ourselves to overcome the challenges.

Like the battle, good against evil. Whether immortal or mortal, they are involved.

In a place of emptiness where the battle between Zeus and Hades took place, light against darkness. Hera and Athena against Persephone. Poseidon against Erebus. Ares against Minotaur. Hephaestus against a creature called Cerberus. Artemis and Aphrodite against Medusa and her serpent followers. While Zephyrus and Pan are in the mortal world to fight and defeat the minions of darkness.

Some mortals bravely fought against different creatures. Their appearances are indescribable. Their eyes are dark and their fangs sharp. Their saliva is thick, their claws sharp and dangerous, and their skin dark and thick. Different creatures with the same dark eyes, like their master.

But even though their appearances are terrifying, the immortals and mortals remain undaunted. They relentlessly fought against the endless minions of darkness.

Different kingdoms united. Their villages are protected. Different countries have come together to keep each other safe.

The righteous intentions fought against the wicked. In one mistake of evil, the battle ended — the mistake of belittling goodness.

All mages and charmers, even the mortals, rejoiced. They could not measure their happiness because of a great victory.

After the bloody battle, the gods and goddesses gathered in a forest — the home and world of fairies where Calypso also resides. Some immortals call this place the Forbidden Forest, but its true name is Ogygia.

They all stood by a spring where there are beautiful flowers of various colors. But the flower in the middle captured all their attention. It was large and had various colors so they immediately approached it.

They glanced at each other before holding hands and surrounding it. Hera uttered an incantation simultaneously with their collective light and then they disappeared.

In this flower, a child was born to end evil one day. The gods and goddesses know that evil will live again so they need to prepare for it.
Months passed, and the gods and goddesses descended again to the fairy world. Eros was also there to witness the blooming of the flower.

They all surrounded the flower while floating and waiting for the right moment. Suddenly, it was illuminated along with the moonlight. They all closed their eyes because the light was too dazzling. After a few seconds, it disappeared so they immediately looked at the flower, which was now open, and they saw a sleeping baby inside.

"It's so beautiful..." commented the fairies around.

They started to give gifts to the baby. They gave it the powers they possessed. They also gave it various emotions. They gave almost everything, including a good heart and a beautiful appearance that no one else could surpass. Eros also gave the baby a man who would love her one day.

They were all startled when suddenly the sky thundered but it quickly stopped.

After the baptism, they entrusted the baby to Calypso. The fairy agreed because it was an honor to be the guardian of a baby who would defend everyone against evil one day.

In the following months, the baby grew quickly and changed rapidly. In Olympus, where the gods and goddesses reside. As they observed the child, they noticed something wrong with its identity. They learned that they were not the only ones who gave gifts to the baptized child but there were others unexpected guests.

The soul of Hades is still wandering and waiting for someone to resurrect him.

That became the reason for them to decide that as the child grows up, they will teach her how to use her powers because if not, it might destroy her, as well as the entire Peculiar.
This power is called the power of...

Destruction.
