Ch. 23Her Connection with Siblings

Tara had two twin brothers, a sister, and a younger brother in her whole family with her parents.
Rumi and Mani were very similar in age and appearance because they were twins and were born at the same time but different.

Rumi was very quick and emotional while Mani was a very serious and sensible person, Soni was also an emotional type but a very sensible and strong girl, and Ayan being the youngest was a very pampered child in the whole family.

Soni and Tara's relationship was more like that of friends than sisters, they loved each other very much and were afraid of each other because they scolded each other whenever necessary.
She never hesitated to say anything to Tara, most of the time Tara would treat Soni with love so that she would share everything and Tara would always guide her to the right path, unlike if Tara scolded her, If she did or intimidated her, Soni would not have shared her special things with Tara, and there were more chances that she would have taken the wrong path.
Soni was a wiser and stronger person than Tara and dared to open up about her rights and easily explain things in front of her father.

Being emotional, Soni was very quick to anger and mostly vented her anger on Tara and the rest of the brothers, but as a pure-hearted girl, she quickly admits her mistake and apologizes, but she is often blamed for her words and behavior used to disturb Tara.
After Mrs. Ahmed, Tara resorted to Soni to convey her message to Mr Ahmed.

She was a very hardworking person and she always adapted herself like Tara, but she never backed down for her right, whenever she needed Tara. Sharing her every worry, Tara would gently explain and encourage Soni with love.
Soni was not able to make her own decisions, but whenever it was time to make a decision, she would rely on Tara and thus depended on Tara, she did not believe in herself and believed in Tara more than herself.
There was a slight difference in temperament between those two sisters as their natures and living conditions were different but Soni was following Tara's footsteps and thus their lifestyles looked similar.

Mani had a very strong relationship with Tara.
Like Tara, he loved Mr Ahmed very much and was similar in habits to Mr Ahmed in many ways. His confidence level was very high and like his father, he often dared to go on stage and speak in front of the crowd.
Of all the siblings, only Mani could go on stage and speak and this courage was inherited from Mr Ahmed.
He overthinks and feels every little thing and gets upset.
He lived very close to Tara and used to talk and act bigger than his age. He was also very afraid of Tara as she got angry with him for his mistakes and loved her sister very much.

He always tried to be like Tara and took care of everyone like her. Tara also kept him closer than other siblings and supported him in his happiness and sadness because she knew that Mani was also like her. Tones and attitudes were felt by him. Whenever Mr Ahmed spoke in a bitter tone, Mani would start crying and get up then Tara would explain and encourage him.
Even in the absence of Tara, Mani would always take Tara's side and support her in every decision. He was intelligent and conceptual like Tara. He used to tell and prove his love for Mr Ahmed with his actions.

Rumi was very emotional but a pure-hearted person, he used to say the wrong words many times in anger and hurt Tara, that was the reason why Tara didn't share most of the things with Rumi, she used to smile at Rumi's coming home. But if Rumi was angry, he would reprimand Tara, on which she would sit silently with her wet eyes.
Rumi had the same behavior with other people in the family and that is why he was not very happy with anyone at home.
He had no interest in studies and used to take care of all the arrangements and responsibilities of the house.
When Tara got angry, she would cry and hide all the silent pain in her heart, while as soon as her anger subsided, she would start talking like before without punishing everyone.
But Tara didn't communicate much with Rumi because he didn't seem sincere to her and he was losing his innocence due to resourcefulness.
Soni and Rumi used to fight often due to their emotional nature and Tara liked a peaceful environment so she got irritated with both of them. Considering the situation Tara had shared some secrets with Rumi and he trusted Tara a lot that she could never do anything wrong.

Ayan was the youngest and the most pampered child and everyone loved him immensely. Tara did not treat him like everyone else but if Ayan got hurt or had a fever, Tara would take care of him a lot and she would get angry as Ayan was being pampered and spoiling his love and that's why she often scolded him.
Ayan was afraid of Tara and also loved her. Whenever Tara scolded or explained something to Ayan, he understood immediately, On the contrary, he did not listen to the rest of the family, so she kept a distance from him so that he would be afraid of anyone at home.
Tara's favorite thing to do was to catch Ayan on his little mistakes and correct him by teaching him new things with love.

Tara always thought that "a person's worth is in his own hands, so the shorter a person is available, the better, whether it is a child or an adult, but not to be too available to maintain one's dignity in front of anyone".

Ayan's relationship with Tara was more like a mother and son than a sibling because Tara was 15 years old at the time of his birth and Ayan was brought up under Tara's care and in her hands.
Tara was worried that everyone's pampering was making Ayan so self-indulgent.
While Tara wanted to make him a civilized citizen!
