Ch. 84Chapter Eighty Four

Vihana:

"Thank you, Anoop. I need the details of the staff who works in that warehouse and who transports the manufactured goods to that place. I need all the details of every person who has a connection with that warehouse," I asked Anoop.

Anoop called his manager and handed over all the details to me.

"Okay! See you, again in a better situation," I said and left Anoop's company but not before noticing a photo on Anoop's table. It's a photo of Anoop with his fiance and the Central Minister who is his fiance's father. I remembered the minister who killed Anoop's parents and abducted Anoop's sister. It's the same minister and I don't know how Anoop got engaged to his daughter. I was shocked for a minute.

Does it mean Anoop is involved in the case? Does Anoop join hands with thar minister? Or is Anoop going to take revenge against the minister after marrying his daughter?

I should find answers to my questions to clear the confusion. I should save those missing girls before it's too late.

I enquired all the staff working there in the warehouse but everyone said that their duties were diverted to other branches of Anoop Industries. I saw the written order copies regarding the diversion of their duties. It clearly shows that Anoop words were not true. I came to my office thinking about everything that happened until now.

I remembered the Kanika's case. I found Vegan killed her by adding the poisonous gas to the A/C which comes out when the A/C was switched on. That killed Kanika but before I could prove Vegan as the culprit, Aahan killed him. Aahan and his team are faster than us in catching the culprits. His team gathers information prior to us and of course, punishes the criminal as soon as possible unlike our police department which awaits for years to get the culprit punished. But, this time I should catch the missing girls and the master mind behind this game before Aahan kills the criminal.

In the evening, I went to the home and finished the dinner as quick as possible along withmy family. I came to my room and brain stormed to find the clue. Aahan came to me.

"Vihana, I want to tell you something!" Aahan said.

"Tell me!" I said without looking at Aahan but thinking about the case.

"You shouldn't lose your hopes or strength after listening to this," Aahan said.

"Is everything fine?" I asked Aahan as I sensed the sadness in his tone.

"Your brother Varun expired two years ago," Aahan said, shocking me.

I couldn't believe what I have heard.

"What did you say?" I asked again.

"Your brother Varun is no more," Aahan said.

"No! It's not possible. Varun bhaiya can never go leaving me," I said, crying.

Aahan hugged me tight to his heart while I was letting out my tears.

"Varun bhaiya!" I said, sobbing.

I remembered the moments I had with my brother Varun. Varun bhaiya saved me many times from my dad and every danger. He helped me to escape from the house and win my goal. Bhaiya inspired me to create an identity for myself and claim the ladder of success. I reminisced those moments where we used to fight a lot but still love each other immensely. Having a brother like Varun is a blessing which I lost forever in my life.

"How did Varun bhaiya die?" I asked Aahan.

Aahan explained how Varun bhaiya and Aahan started The Venom and how Varun bhaiya was killed. I closed my eyes remembering the most tragic death of my brother.

"Vegan is the one who is the reason behind Varun's death. I did the justice to Varun and I am sure now his soul rests in peace seeing the death of Vegan in my hands," Aahan said.

"I didn't say this to disturb you, Vihana. I want you to investigate the case with more dedication. Varun became a martyr in the war against this women trafficking mafia. The only tribute we can pay to our Varun is to eradicate all forms of violence against women from India forever. I don't mind even if it requires to kill many people as the Venom or if you are going to do it through your police department. I just want to prove that India is a safe and better place for a woman to live," Aahan said.

"You are right, Aahan. That's the only way to respect the sacrifice of my Varun bhaiya," I said, wiping off my tears.

The next day, with the help of the statement from Anoop's employees who were transferred to other branches from that warehouse, I arrested Anoop.

"Vihana, you are misunderstanding me. I didn't do anything wrong," Anoop said.

"If you didn't do anything wrong, why did you divert the duties of your staff from warehouse to another branch? Why did you hide that from me when I asked you about that warehouse?" I asked Anoop.

"Vihana, I didn't transfer any of the employees from that warehouse. I think this is a plot against me by someone. You can even ask Aahan about me," Anoop said and then stopped his words.

"How do you know, Aahan?" I asked.

Anoop didn't say anything.

"Tell me how did you know Aahan?"

"I know Aahan from my college days. He is my classmate in my graduation and I am a part of The Venom. The Venom mission is not handled by just Aahan. Of course, he is the leader but he has many followers like me who loved his way and joined his team with admiration.

I continued my fight against women trafficking through the Venom though I left the job. I got succeeded in punishing the criminals who see women as a pleasure giving toy but not as a human who deserves respect and has feelings. Staying in the department, I couldn't succeed to punish those idiots but I did it after joining with Aahan. You may think we are wrong but I am proud of what we are doing and everyone in the team are ready to sacrifice even their life for saving the women," Anoop said.
