Vihana:

My stomach started aching, and throat was dehydrated. I don't know what's happening to me. From last 24 hours, I didn't take even a drop of water. I held my stomach and tried to water my dry lips with my tongue.

Why is he suffering me to this extent? It's too much for me to bear. I was a princess in my home where maids used to provide me with whatever I want within seconds. I was about to fell unconscious, but suddenly a dim light entered into the room, removing the darkness.

I looked at the direction from where light passed. I think it's a zero volt bulb often used as a bed light. I examined the room once. I was at the corner of the room on the floor. But, the room consists of a chair, bed, refrigerator and an oven. I walked to the fridge with much difficulty and opened the door. I found juice, soft drinks, pastry, fruits and milk packets in the refrigerator. I emptied the bottle which had juice in one go. I threw the bottle aside and sat on the bed.

"You have everything in the room you want, but you can't use them at your will and few things are invisible to you," the same voice started speaking again.

The bed started vibrating. I didn't understand what's happening and got out of the bed immediately.

"You can use everything in the room, but according to my wish. I didn't want you to fell unconscious because I want to enjoy your pain. This bulb was switched on not to bring you out from darkness but for me to enjoy seeing you in pain."

"Who are you?"

"You know me so well. I am the one who is in your heart. You are visible to me, but you can't see me. Vihana, every answer to your questions are in the room. Search for the answers. The refrigerator is controlled through a remote by me. I locked it now. Try to find a clue about your answer and food will be provided to you. If you fail to find out the clue within 30 minutes, you will be given no food for today. Your time starts now," he said.

I tried to examine the room. I looked around once again. I searched behind the curtains but of no use. I searched under the bed and chair. I examined the door of the refrigerator and opened the oven. I didn't find anything. I tried to search the bedsheet and pillow on the bed. Suddenly the light was switched off. Then, different coloured lights started blinking making my eyes painful and search difficult.

"You idiot, what are you doing. Please stop it," I shouted.

"It will be switched off only if you find the clue," the voice said.

I removed the bedsheet and pillows. I searched the whole bed, but I didn't find anything. My head started spinning due to the blinking of lights. I closed my eyes. Sometimes the things which were invisible to our eyes will be noticed by our mind.

"Focus Vihana, Focus. You will find it. Just focus on the things registered in your subconscious mind. You can do it," I said to myself.

All the things in the room appeared before me as they were registered in my subconscious mind. I left the things that were checked by me. Few things, which were left unchecked, appeared before me. I eliminated one by one, and finally, one thing remained stable, insisting me to check for a clue.

Yes, I got it. I got the clue. I got the clue to find out the person who abducted me.

I took the bottle which I threw away earlier after finishing the drink. I observed the label of the bottle, which had the alphabet "V". My thoughts came to a halt suddenly. The past which I was trying to forget, struck me at once so hard. My breath became difficult, and legs shivered making it quite tough for me to stand.

Is it the Venom who abducted me?

"Do you remember me, Mrs Venom?" I heard the voice clarifying me that it's the Venom of my life.

I shivered with fear and unbearable pain in my heart, which I had subsided all these days trying to forget and forgive. Forget to find peace; Forgive to forget the incident. Nevertheless, nothing worked for me.

"A..a..h..a...n." That's the word came out of my mouth, which was registered long back in my subconscious mind and can never be removed ever.

"So finally we met again. I am happy to meet you after two years. Aren't you glad to meet me after such a long gap?"

I burst into tears, finding it impossible to hide them anymore. I wanted to cry harder and harder until I die. My intuition already helped me to predict the upcoming pain of my life from today. Pain which I wanted to bear and pain which I gave to him.

"So, what's up Vihana? Should I call you as Vihana or Mrs Venom or Jessica? You have created a lot of confusion."

God, please give me the death. I can't face him. I can't bear that torture. I can't imagine what's going to come into my life. No, I didn't want to stand helpless before him. I can't see into his eyes as it scares me to death.

"Come on Vihana; silence is killing me. Speak out. Your silence has the power to break a heart and kill a soul. Do you remember our last encounter where you have crushed my heart into pieces and started building your dreams on it?"

"I think I learnt the art of killing a person either with words or silence from you. Pistol, RDA, poison are nothing before your silence!"

"Okay, let's leave it for some time. Shall we play a game?"

"Game?"

"Yes, you can find a mobile beside the oven. It has just 10% charging and has only two numbers. Call them and beg for forgiveness."

"What? Why should I beg for someone's forgiveness?"
