THIRD PERSON P.O.V
All of Adam's employees were eager to get back to work when he walked into the wolf company because they could immediately sense the evil aura that was around him. Five years later, he had grown even more callous; now, even one mistake will get you yelled at, and being even slightly late for work will get you fired. He became heartless as the years went by.
When a woman nearly spilled coffee on him as adam walked, Adam just passed her, making the woman turn pale because she feared he was going to yell at her.
Adam clenched his fist as he stepped into the elevator because his father wanted to marry him to his business partner's daughter.
Since that time, they have never spent time together as a father and son, but he is aware that his father will always be able to achieve what he wants because he always finds a way to make it happen.
He exited the elevator, went to the 98th floor, where his office was located, opened the door and shut it, then walked to his swivel chair and sat down, scratching his stressed-out head as he did so.
"Hubby, hubby, I miss you.."
"Hubby, hubby, I miss you.."
"Hubby, hubby, I miss you.."
Even though his cell phone rang repeatedly, he didn't answer it because he preferred to listen to Eleanor's recorded voice, which he had made into a ringtone. This was another indication that he was still using the ringtone that had been recorded six years earlier when his wife was still living with him.
Due to his wife's innocence, she took his phone at the time and recorded his ringtone. He also discovered that Eleanor had numerous videos and pictures of his cell phone.
"Wife...I miss you too please come back to me," he said.
He was still leaning on his swivel chair when the door burst open and Kierra entered.
As she walked approaching him, Kierra questioned him, "Hey, darling, are you okay? Does your head hurt? Do you want me to massage you?"
"Don't you dare touch me if you don't want me to smash your bones," Adam said coldly, as Kierra didn't move, Kierra sat on his lap, her hand around his neck. Adam suddenly shoved her away from him before yelling out.
"DAMN YOU! I ALREADY TOLD YOU DON'T EVER F*CKING TOUCH ME! ONLY MY WIFE CAN TOUCH ME, NOT ANYONE NOR EVEN A SLUT LIKE YOU!" He screamed fiercely, his two gray eyes on fire.
However, Kierra didn't move, and she got to her feet before she felt drawn to him.
"Really?! Only your wife can touch you? Does that mean when we got married I'm the only one who can touch you? Why didn't you tell me right away to make our marriage easier, come on Adam, let me touch you in addition to the fact that I'm your fiance and soon-to-be Mrs." With a smile, Kierra pleaded with him.
"I will never marry you, Kierra, even if the sky falls to the ground and you die, I have no interest in being your husband. So leave my office before I do something you wouldn't like." He declared emphatically and angrily.
"Why are you going to hurt me? Maybe you're forgetting that I will be part of the Hamilton family and there is nothing you can do about it because it's your father who wants me to be your wife, and why don't you want me? Don't you have a girlfriend? Or maybe you're gay?" Adam Reigo's eyes darkened as Kierra laughed, but she didn't seem to care because she had grown accustomed to it over the past five years.
"Leave Kierra, I don't want to see you, you're making me upset." He said.
Kierra exclaimed before sitting on top of her desk, "No! I want to leave until you kiss me." Out of frustration, she grasped Kierra's arm tightly.
Adam grabbed Kierra's arm tightly and dragged her out of the office. "If you don't want to leave, I'll drag you out of my office and out of my company myself!" Adam yelled angrily.
Adam was still holding Kierra when they entered the elevator, despite her protests, "Damn it, you're hurting me, Adam!" Adam continued to hold Kierra.
Kierra yelled, "Are you not going to let me go? Your going to shatter a bone in my arm," but Adam didn't appear to hear her and his eyes were still flaming when the elevator doors opened and they exited to the attention of his staff.
Everyone they pass is moving to the side because they can see their boss's angry countenance. Adam pushed Kierra as soon as the two of them reached the wolf company's entrance, allowing her to sit directly outside the establishment.
Adam turned his deadly stare on her, "The next time you step foot inside my company, I'll make sure you end up in your grave."
Before returning inside, he sternly told the security officer, "Don't let that woman inside my firm if you don't want your job say goodbye to you." He then stopped in the middle and turned to face each of his workers one by one.
"Don't ever let that girl enter my company or else you'll face the devil, and you! find a new secretary for me and give me the paper that I need to sign later, I want it in time so don't be late if you don't want me to fire you." He sternly warned his employees and the person seated at the front desk on the opposite side where you are admitted to the company that he was the one to be questioned, nodding palely.
Adam returned to his office, and when he did, his phone rang once more. Even though he couldn't see who was calling, he picked up the phone.
The person on the other side asked furiously, "Why didn't you answer my call?!" and as soon as he heard his father's voice, he held his phone tightly.
"You don't care if I answer the call or not," he growled.
"When are you going to fulfill my commands? When are you going to show up at the event that will take place at Silver's Hotel at night if you don't show up I will make sure your life will be messed up!" Adam Reigo's father was on the other line, demanding.
"Trouble? Try me, dad, you don't know that if you're a devil I'm even more of a devil so don't try me, and stop talking about marriage, because I'm only going to marry the lady I love!" He screamed furiously, unable to control himself.
"Damn this life!" He shouted in frustration, Suddenly, his phone rang once more, and he answered it.
"HOW LONG ARE YOU GOING TO STOP ME, DAD!" He retorted fiercely.
"Bro, easy, it's just me, who loves you so much," On the other side, Alexander said, which caused him to sigh.
"What do you need?" He calmly asked before settling into his swivel chair,
"Bro, I'll just let you know what's the latest in your wife." He sat down properly as a result of what he heard the man say.
"What's new, have you already located my wife?" he inquired.
"Wonderful news bro," Alexander said, and eagerly anticipated hearing what good news his friend would share.
"Straight to the point Alexander." He remarked icily,
"So that's it, bro, the good news is that we haven't been able to find your wife's location yet." He yelled when he heard.
"DAMN IT ALEXANDER, YOU SAID IT'S GOOD NEWS DAMN YOU!" He screamed fiercely.
"Bro, I just told you the good news to lighten your mood because you seem to be furious at the world, bwahaha." On the other side, Alexander laughed,
"By the way, bro, we haven't heard anything yet, especially now that Atticus has escaped and we are unable to find his hiding place. He may have run away from his wedding." Alexander continued.
"Don't contact me again," Adam simply muttered, and hung up the phone with Alexander before setting the phone on the table and moving the swivel chair to face the glass office wall where he could see the tall building and the entire city, especially from the top of his building.
He simply stared out the window, crossed his legs, and took a deep breath. Five years had passed, but not even his wife's shadow had materialized, so he wasn't sure how long he could hope to find her.
Then, when everything changed in an instant, he was practically insane. He will admit that when he used to hang out at the bar, he didn't even touch a woman. Even if he wanted to have sex with someone else, however, his body didn't want it because all he was looking for was his wife. Because of this, sometimes he has hallucinations in which his wife is hugging him even though he is not present.
No matter how many women are drawn to him, his heart only screams for the name of his wife, and he doesn't want to forget her. He may lose his wife, but he still has power over his life by choosing to only love his wife.
