ELEANOR MIA POV

I was approaching the door of the room where Fia was located when I heard her sobs, when Percy opened the door I immediately entered and saw my daughter hugging a teddy bear and crying. My heart seemed to break a million times when I saw her red face and the tears streaming down her cheeks.

I couldn't stop my tears when I got close to her.

"Mommmmmy, I d-don't.. want to be here... I wanna go home huhuhu." She cried when she saw me and immediately hugged me. I immediately kissed her forehead and touched her back to calm her down.

"Hush now baby, let's go home don't cry mommy is here."

"I want my daddy..." I stopped because of what she said softly, while she subbed on my chest. I looked at Percy who was now quietly watching his sister and I could still see the anger and concern for his sister on his face.

"Percy, did you tell something to your sister?" I asked him and he looked at me, I saw that he immediately looked away from me.

"Percy," I called him and I knew he knew I was serious.

“Fine! I couldn’t stop her from crying earlier, so I told her that tomorrow she will see dad, because we will be going home to the Philippines even though I know it was next week, but I don't know that she will remember it even though I told her that earlier.” He reasoned while his gaze was in another direction.

"Mommmmyy, I want to see my daddy." I heard Fia whisper and I felt the heavy breathing of her, knowing she was already asleep, I immediately adjusted her on my lap before picking her up and standing up.

"Percy let's go, we are going home and tomorrow we will leave back to the Philippines," I said, I signaled Percy to open the door, and when he opened the door we went out, while walking we ran into Lux which made me stop.

"Mia baby, where are you going?" He asked and blocked our path.

"We're going home." I gave him a cold answer because I was still very angry at what he did.

"Let's fix this, if you're angry at what I did, I'm sorry, it won't happen again, please stay with me..." When he begged, the anger in my heart won’t go away.

"Mercy? Damn, you Lux Lazarus! If only your men hadn't hit the back of our car while we were on the way, Fia wouldn't have been scared like this!" I said to him annoyed and angry.

"W-what do you mean? I did not tell my men to scare you.” He asked in surprise and explanation.

"I don't want to see you first, Lux gives us space especially now that my daughter is going to have a trauma," I said and we passed him while Fia was still in my arms. I left him stunned there knowing he wouldn't follow me if he knew I was mad at him.

We got to the outermost part of this place and I saw my car on the side, so we immediately got in, I asked Lux's staff earlier to show me and give me the car key.

I carefully put Fia in the backseat and told Percy to sit in the front seat next to me in the driver's seat. Even though I knew it was late, I still went home, I made sure I drove carefully so that Fia wouldn't fall behind.

Time passed too fast, and we reached the house safely, I immediately lifted Fia in my arms again and we entered the house, when I entered the house, we immediately saw dad and mom, who were in the living room while having coffee. As if they were waiting for us. Their attention immediately went to us when they heard the door of the main door of the house open.

"Oh, Daughter, it's good already home, and you came late at night where you went?” Mom asked me, I just take a deep breath.

"Percy, kiss your grandparents before you go upstairs and sleep," I told him he immediately kissed his grandparents on the cheek before saying goodbye and going upstairs.

"Mom, book us a flight tomorrow, we'll be back in the Philippines," I told mom.

"Why do you want to come back to the Philippines so early?" She asked in surprise.

"Fia wants to see her dad, but I will not show Fia to Riego, I will let fate meet them, I know that will happen." I calmly promise.

"In that case, let's go back to the Philippines together tomorrow because your father and I have nothing to do here," Mom said.

"Okay Mom, I'll just go upstairs and we'll rest," I told her before kissing her on the cheek and signaling to dad that I was going upstairs, he nodded.

When I went upstairs and came to my room, I immediately put Fia on my bed and hugged her, I didn't want to get dressed because I was comfortable in what I was wearing, so I just removed the rose from my hair before letting it go. and lay beside Fia. I hugged her tightly because I felt that she would cry again later even in her sleep.

I fell asleep in no time, but I also woke up because of the sudden crying of Fia next to me while shaking that's why I got nervous, and immediately sat up to look at her, I saw her sleeping and sweating while tears were dripping down her face eyes and accompanied by sobs.

“Daddyyyy…. Mommmmyy don't leave me..” She cried so I touched her neck and she was burning with fever.

I immediately left her side and went to the bathroom to get some warm water and a small towel. When I got it, I immediately returned to her side and adjusted her position before wiping her sweat.

"Don't worry princess you will see your daddy too just be patient," I said weakly while wiping her with a wet towel. Even though I don't want her dad to see her and to see me anymore, I can't do anything because I don't want her and Percy to suffer without a father.

When I saw that she was in good condition, I immediately put the small basin on the side table and lay next to her again but I was no longer sleepy. While I was touching Fia's hair, I could feel she was comfortable and sleeping soundly.

I frowned and stood up to go to the terrace of my room and observe the twinkling stars in the sky. When I got outside I saw the stars and the bright moon.

While watching the moon with its stars, all my memories came back to the times when I was still with Riego, I will never forget how I saw him smiling on TV before, holding the waist of the woman he married.

I don't know if I can see him again, what if he has a family, does he still love me, or did he even look for his son and me? There are so many questions in my mind that I can't answer. I just shook my head and smiled bitterly while looking at the sky.

"How do I know that he still loves me, if he gave up very first and made me feel that I am not lost to him, if he still loves me, he should have found us because he is a billionaire and he can do everything in just a blink of an eye, but he didn't do it, that just means that he doesn’t want us." I laughed out loud.

The stars in the sky are good, they have a moon that alone can't be taken away and can't be replaced. I feel like an idiot thinking about useless things, so I just went back inside and thought about fixing Fia's luggage and mine.

When I saw that everything was fine, I immediately went out of the room to look at Percy in his room, when I got to the opposite side of his room, I immediately opened it and saw him sleeping soundly in his bed, and also saw his Luggage he will be brought tomorrow, ready at the side of his bed.

I immediately sat next to him, even though he is big and 8 years old, it is still undeniable that he and Reigo look alike. The way he sleeps and the posture he got from his father. I put a blanket on him properly and kissed him on the forehead. When I made sure he was okay, I stood up and when I was about to leave his room, my eyes caught his cell phone which was on his bedside table.

I immediately opened it and his lock screen wallpaper, Fia, opened up to me, I just smiled, and when I swiped his cellphone I was shocked by his home wallpaper because it was a picture of the three of us with Reigo, if I'm not mistaken that was a long time ago because we were in the hospital at the time the picture was taken. I don't know where he got it from, I just turned off his cellphone and put it back on the table, and quietly left his room.

I went back to the room and immediately laid down next to Fia before going to sleep because it was already midnight, I forced myself to sleep because I knew that if I didn't sleep I would have a headache again tomorrow, especially since we are going back to the Philippines. When I closed my eyes, I didn't realize that I was completely engulfed in darkness.
