Henry tightly gripped Louisa's right palm which was shaking and sweating incessantly there. They had just arrived at the police building right now, and entered it into Jane's prison cell. Which is where the police and doctors are in the building right now. To take care of Jane's body. Henry tried to get Louisa as fast as possible into the police building, when he realized how many reporters were already waiting in front of the police building now. Louisa lowered her head slightly, and followed Henry's footsteps who pulled her faster. Louisa has not even stopped shedding tears from her eyes ever since. She didn't want to say anything to the reporters who had been calling her name all the way they are. She wouldn't even care about how she really looked right now either. She felt so heartbroken. She lost a friend and family figure to her, Jane Miller.
When Louisa and Henry finally managed to get into the police building, the atmosphere seemed very lively. Many officers walked here and there to take care of many things. Likewise with doctors and hospital members who carry out their duties. Louisa started to feel her legs shaking. "It's okay, Louisa. It doesn't matter. I'm holding you. Don't worry..." Henry kept muttering as he went from holding hands to hugging Louisa's shoulders. Louisa answered with a curt nod of her head.
The two of them continued walking, until at last they arrived right in front of Jane's prison cell. A police officer approached Louisa and Henry, who was silent there, staring blankly at Jane's prison cell, which contained a nightstand covered in a long white cloth and stained with blood. “Miss Tomkins, we found this letter near Miss Miller's body back then. It has your name on it, so this was written by Miss Miller for you just before her death." The policeman explained as he handed a plastic bag containing the letter to Louisa.
Louisa looked and picked it up without speaking. He looked at the letter in the plastic bag. There are bloodstains on the letter. Jane Miller's blood. Louisa's eyes filled with tears again. Henry himself also looked at the letter. Wondering about the contents of the letter, and why Louisa's name was written on the outside. "What was the cause of Jane's death, sir?" Henry asked. When he realized that Louisa wouldn't talk much after this.
The police officer sighed slowly. "We found Miss Miller lying on the floor of her prison cell, with gunshot wounds to various parts of her body. One of them is right on the head. Miss Miller was on her stomach and several items had fallen near her body. We estimate that after being shot, Miss Miller crashed into objects on the bed before falling to the floor. And died instantly. We are also still in the process of checking the identity of the bullet, and the possible suspect. What's more, if you think that Miss Miller has been missing since last night. Her blood already dried on the floor and some of the objects in the prison cell. In addition, the cell door was deliberately left open by the suspect. There is a possibility if the suspect arrives at the end of the night visit.” The policeman explained.
“Night visit? Shouldn't the visit only last until the afternoon? And also are there no CCTV cameras near Jane's prison cell??” Louisa suddenly asked and looked at the policeman.
“We know that the visit will only last until the afternoon. But we really can't control about that already happen in everything. The condition of the building began to be quiet at night and there were only a few officers on guard. And also unfortunately the CCTV cameras can't reach Miss Miller's prison cell. So it is difficult for us to dig up more information at this time.” replied the police officer at last.
“HOW CAN CCTV NOT REACH JANE'S CELL!!! HOW CAN YOU LET THAT KILLER GET IN HERE SO EASY!!! HOW COULD THAT BE HAPPENED??!!!! CAPTURE THE PERSON NOW!!! FIND HIM!!! GIVE JANE JUSTICE!!! JANE!!!!”
Louisa instantly lost control and began to grip the collar of the police uniform tightly. Screaming loudly uncontrollably with tears all over his face. Henry swiftly tried to release Louisa's grip on the police officer, as did the other police officers. And when Louisa's grip released, she immediately fell into Henry's arms. Crying loudly and Henry trying to calm Louisa down. Things got rowdy for a moment, but got under control.
Several health workers helped Louisa to sit up and gave her some water to help her calm down. "Louisa, calm yourself down please... I beg to you, Babe..." Henry mumbled as he gently rubbed Louisa's back.
Louisa rested her head on Henry's shoulder after drinking the given water for a while. Louisa was still sobbing with her eyes staring blankly. "We must immediately take this body to the hospital, for cleaning and burial." Said a health worker who averted Louisa's eyes.
Louisa immediately stood up and stepped closer to the health worker there, with unsteady steps. Followed by Henry who stepped behind Louisa while holding a plastic bag containing the letter that Jane had written for Louisa. “C-can I see her? Just for a moment? Please…” Louisa asked a little pleadingly. One thing that she had never even done before.
The health workers looked at each other, before finally looking back at Louisa. "Of course, Miss Tomkins. You can see her... but after that, we have to rush her to the hospital. And after that, you can help us arrange the funeral for her.” The health worker answered at last.
"Yeah... I will..." Louisa muttered slowly.
Then slowly, Louisa began to step closer to the nightstand where Jane's body was and was covered with a long white cloth stained with blood there. Henry himself walked along with Louisa. Louisa looked at the nightstand with trembling all over her body. Then Louisa raised her right hand slowly to open the white cloth and reveal Jane's hair and forehead. Louisa's eyelids were blinking in a very fast motion. Her heart was beating very fast. Louisa paused for a moment and caught her breath before pulling back the cloth.
The cloth opened to reveal Jane's pale face with the gunshot wound to her forehead still open, and dried blood all over it. Louisa didn't dare touch Jane's face at all. His palms shook violently. Louisa couldn't control it in the slightest right now. Tears started to well up in Louisa's eyes. As for Henry, he was silent for a moment staring at Jane's body there. A face he will always remember. But that's when Louisa fell unconscious on Henry's arm. Immediately, Henry grab her and calling Louisa's name over and over. But Louisa just unconscious right now.

Dear Miss Louisa,
I know I may no longer be worthy to write down whatever things I want to say, after what I've done to you, and Tomkins House. I betrayed the trust that you alreadu have placed in me for over the past three years by working with you. Likewise, I betrayed my other employment contract with my big boss. I have both betrayed you both. It was a big mistake that I have made in my life. And I'm really sorry, because I can't tell you everything directly. I'm too scared. Very afraid. I feel that maybe when you get this letter, I will be gone. I'm gonna be death. Sooner or later, he will come to me. But that's one of the consequences for the mistakes I've made. It doesn't matter if I have to lose my life, because in the end I'm back to supporting and believing in you. I'm not really in love with Henry, really. I love Henry because he is a great co-worker and can always work with him. Henry is like a big brother to me. Including you, I consider you to be one of my older sisters. A family, which I could never even get from the other people and from my own family. At the time I was just bluffing, because I thought that way all the trouble wouldn't come back to you and Tomkins House. But that seems like a mistake too, since I'm cooperating with someone else. Another big mistake I made. My name is Jane, Jane Miller. And I sincerely hope for your forgiveness, Miss Louisa. That way I can leave in peace. I won't even demand anything in the world. Because it's like it's time for me to go forever. I didn't get to say much about Henry and I's contract. But I do hope that someday you will find out all about it, either from Henry himself or seeing it for yourself. Then I'm sure your relationship with Henry will still be fine. All problems will be solved. But there's something else I want to say, Miss Louisa. Don't trust people who make you lose everything in your past life. There are still many secrets and mysteries in your life, which you should be able to find out sooner or later. Don't be a bit late. I hope after that you will be fine and happy together with Henry.
Best regards and my apologies. Sincerely, Jane Miller.
Louisa folded the letter back and took a deep breath. This was all very hard for him to deal with. It had been almost five hours since Jane was buried this afternoon. Louisa and Henry read the letter written by Jane together. Henry looked at Louisa with reddened eyes. Sadness still surrounds them both. Still haven't the slightest idea of Jane's leaving so quickly like that. Moreover, Jane's death was very sudden and unexpected. Jane was killed.
Louisa put the letter back in the plastic bag. And put it in an empty box, then put it in a drawer on the little table beside his bed. After that Louisa lay down on the bed, followed by Henry who changed his sitting position on the bed to lie down. Henry didn't say much. He himself was confused about what to say to Louisa at this time. He had been trying to calm Louisa down since morning, and even more so when Louisa fell unconscious shortly after seeing Jane's body. Henry felt depressed too.
Henry carried Louisa's body into his arms. Several times Henry kissed Louisa's head gently. They both fell silent together. Louisa herself is still trying to calm her thoughts and feelings right now. Even though there is still pain in her feelings that doesn't need to be explained anymore. Louisa didn't even turn on her cell phone since this morning. She knew that many reporters were waiting for her to come out of the house and provide more information about Jane's death. After all, Jane had been an employee at the Tomkins House company, before finally going to prison. But Louisa didn't want to say anything to the reporters at all. Not a bit either.
“I think… I already know who is the one that killed Jane, Henry…” Louisa suddenly mumbled after taking a slow breath.
Henry looked at Louisa's face which looked calm and confident there. "Who do you think it is?" Henry asked with a straight face. It was undeniable, if he wanted to find the person who had killed Jane. He wants to avenge Jane's death, and get the justice Jane deserves.
Louisa looked back at Henry. "I believe that person is George Tomkins."
