Ausha's POV

I gulped trying to calm my heart that was beating out of my chest.

"You . . ." I took a breath.

"D-Did you propose to me today Thyro?" I asked nervously.

His ocean blue eyes still looking at my eyes, his stares at me that make my knees weak, I'm just thankful and I'm holding on to my railing so my knee might collapse from his dizzying stare at me.

"No." I breathed a sigh of relief and at the same time regretted it.

Why is he asking me if it's not?

"But . . . in the future I will propose to you to marry me, and I know you'll gonna accept it, but now . . . I just want to inform you that I'm damn really want to marry you!" he slowly emphasizes every word that comes from his mouth.

His gaze became more serious and dark, I even saw him swallow a few times.

"But . . . but you can't marry me as long as I'm still married to Lance, Thyro." His jaw clenched and he shook his head as if he didn't like what I said.

"Don't worry about that, leave it to me my queen," he responded in a serious voice and he closed the distance between us and hugged me tightly.

I feel reassured, because of what he said. I can feel his pet in my heart this wide awake. He chuckled softly.

"You feel it? Why aren't you wearing your bra? My pet likes it," he whispered to my ears that gave shivers down to my whole body.

I hit him on the shoulder because of what he said. I'm sure my face is red now. He just chuckled and hugged me, I hugged him back. We went in right away because the rain was getting stronger, he was the one who showed up to cook for us that night, I just watched him while preparing our dinner when he finished cooking we immediately ate in the living room.

Fried eggs, hotdogs and instant noodles and he cooked them since he wasn't prepared for this and he didn't stock groceries. We ate in silence, I was the one who hired me to wash the dishes since he was the one who cooked. We're sitting cuddling at the sofa while talking random things.

After a while, the wind and rain got stronger, accompanied by thunder and lightning, so I was stuck.

"Ahhh!" I screamed while covering both eyes and closed my eyes, I have had a phobia since then, I don't want this time to come back to my mind about the things that happened that I had forgotten for a long time.

He hugged from behind. "Shhh, don't be scared, I'm here . . . I won't leave you alone," he whispered to me, he was so close I could feel the warmth of his body and even his breath on my neck.

Somehow my losing heart calmed down, the event I was trying to forget still did not disappear from my memory.

"My Shasha."

"W-What?"

"Tell me, why are you scared at light and storm? Based on you acted earlier, you so scared I wanna know it my queen," he softly said while planting small kisses to my next and jawline.

I took a deep breath and nodded, he's my lover so he needs to know it too about my nightmare past.

FLASHBACK

I was still young at that time, Dad and my two older brothers were not there because there was a research done at his classmate's house, I was broken and only Nanny Charlotte was here in our house.

It was raining heavily, thunder, lightning and was accompanied by a brownout so I panicked, I immediately took the flashlight from my drawer and went out, I was going to look for my Nanny Charlotte where she was, the case stopped me, because of a strange sound that I heard coming from dad's room I slowly walked into Dad's room and saw a man rummaging through Dad's drawer, I knew it was a thief because he was wearing pure black when I shone the flashlight I was holding on him.

"W-Who are you? What are you doing here stealing?!" I yelled at him and he panicked and turned to me.

I was shaking with fear when he faced me, his two eyes were glaring.

"Please, you child!" he shouted while grabbing my hair.

"Nanny hmpp!" He covered my mouth. He pointed the flashlight at my face and grinned mischievously.

"I'm a thief, I can still hook a beautiful girl like you hahaha!" he promised looking at my whole body.

I was 10 years old at that time, I couldn't do anything but cry because he laid me upside down on Dad's bed causing my head to hit the corner of Dad's bed, my head hurt and when I touched it I saw blood.

My head was bleeding when my vision blurred due to hitting my head on Dad's bed and tears flowed down my cheeks blinding me. He climbed on top of me and started kissing my neck, I struggled and screamed for help in case someone heard me.

"Help-ahhh!" I moaned when he punched my stomach.

"One more shout and I'll cut your throat!" he said pointing the knife he was holding at my neck. I was shaking with fear and I cried even more when he destroyed my clothes.

"P-Please have m-mercy on me!" I couldn't stop crying.

"You keep quiet or I'll silence you for the rest of your lif—" he couldn't finish what he was going to say when someone pulled him away from him and threw him upside down on the floor.

"YOU STUPID! STEAL AND YOU WILL STILL FEEL MY DAUGHTER!" Dad shouted and punched the man. Brother Maven and Kaven came in and hugged me.

"Shhh hold on princess, I'm here, he won't let that person touch you again," Brother Maven reassured while stroking my hair.

I couldn't stop crying while looking at Dad beating the man, he was so angry that some veins were coming out of his neck and hands, the guards came in and picked up the man, Dad looked at me, his angry face was Changed to a worried expression, he knelt in front of me and touched my cheek.

"Sorry Princess, Daddy was a little late, are you okay? Are you in any pain?" Dad asked me worriedly.

"T-There's nothing Daddy . . ." But the truth is that my vision is getting a bit blurry and my head hurts a bit.

"Dad, princess's head has blood!" Dad nervously grabbed the back of my head and his eyes widened when he saw that his hand was stained with blood.

"Jesus Christ! Stay awake princess we'll take you to the hospital," Dad said and picked me upor they immediately followed older brother.

"D-Dad . . . I'm sleepy," I weakly murmurs because I couldn't help but close my eyes.

"Shhh, don't sleep princess please!" I don't know what happened next because I lost consciousness but the last thing. I remember is daddy calling my name, I just woke up and I was in a hospital bed with a bandage on my head.

Dad said that my condition is fine and that they have the man in jail.

END OF FLASHBACK

Thyro wiped the tears that fell from my eyes, I saw that his jaw was clinched but I immediately lost my touch on his cheek.

"You don't need to worry about my past Thyro, let's focus in the present hmm . . ." I murmured while caring his cheeks.

He nodded and kissed my forehead. "Wait, I'll get you something to drink."

My memory I have forgotten for a long time but some nights I still dream about it, and when I wake up I cry. I was so scared during those times I really thought I was going to die but luckily Dad and older Brother came right away.

"Here, drink this." Thyro gave me a glass of water and he sat beside me. I could feel his eyes on me while I was drinking so I turned to him.

"Why? You can look like I have dirt on my face?" He shook his head and smiled slightly.

"I'm just proud of you My Shasha, I love you," he said and claimed my lips.

"I love you too."

I admit it, I love him, I love the way he cares for me and I'm happy that I met him, he's an angel saving me from the devil. I looked at him when I heard him playing a sweet song and he stood up and extended his hand in front of me.
