I couldn't simply understand why a person would hit their self so badly. The entire body was covered in bruises. I had heard a very loud bang on my door while I was asleep and when I got up to open it, I saw her laying on the floor unconscious. I simply did anything a person in my place would. I immediately carried her bridal style and laid her on my bed. I was panicking a little though because of how hot her body was when I laid her on my arm. She was wearing a baggy top and I immediately had to remove it after making sure she had other clothing inside. But first I had to get a towel and dip it in cool water and put it on her forehead. After doing that, I removed her shirt slowly. My eyes couldn't help but stare at the bruises on her body. She was even bleeding. I wondered how she attained all this injury. They did look new and that reminded me of the bruise I saw on her neck yesterday. From all urges you could tell she was performing self-harm but for what reason exactly? I didn't have much time so I immediately put her on a drip and waited for her to wake up and eat before injecting her next medicine Into her. I sat before her nervously staring at the injuries on her body. They looked very big and they had ruined her body. She was beautiful and very light-skinned. Her hair was one thing that looked nice. Her face reminded me of Nailah's. I had never stared at her very well until now. She had the same nose as Nailah and the same mouth. But then, she was prettier and her eyes were grey. That was something that Nailah doesn't possess. And from the looks of it, they aren't alike at all. One bit, Nailah was weak but she was strong. Nailah was all about fashion but this one here was a plane, Jane. She didn't even like anything that had to do with colors. What a plane Jane Indeed.

Back to reality...
"Madam stop now, you are not allowed to go in there. What is wrong with you!" I heard DK scream.

"Are you mad?!. This is my boyfriend's house and you are not going to stop me from going in you Crazy bitch" Nailah. It was Nailah and she was screaming at the top of her voice. I walked out of my room immediately and saw DK pinning Nailah's arm behind her back.

"Haidar!!!!" Nailah screamed. For some reason the scene made me chuckle. But I had to act angry and ran downstairs.

"I said you are not going in there, I'll have to confirm if he knows you first," Dk said. For a lady who was sick, she did have a lot of energy.

"What is going on here? Dk let go of my Girlfriend!" I screamed while yanking Dk off Nailah who immediately hugged me tightly.

"Baby this girl is mad, she hurt my Hand," Nailah said. She Was sobbing.

"Look DK I do not appreciate you embarrassing my guest all the time. It's not what you were hired for, you were hired to guard me and not to make them cry" I yelled at her. She didn't seem bothered by my words.

"Your Highness this lady was trying to hit me. And you can ask her whether I'm lying or not. I told her to wait for me to go get her but she became aggressive. Hence, my actions" Dk said. I knew Nailah could be aggressive but I still decided to scold Dk or else Nailah would kill me if I scolded her for her actions.

"I do not care, don't you ever try this ever again. Or else I'll make sure I make my father fire you. As it is, I'm fed up with you already" I pointed my index finger at her face while I spoke. She rolled her eyes and hissed. She, first of all, looked at Nailah from head to toe before turning around and walking away.

"That bitch better not cross paths with me again" Nailah scoffed. I laughed. She always looked prettier when she was angry.

"When did you arrive?" I hugged her once again. She giggled.

"I came yesterday, I wanted to surprise you that's why I didn't call. But that bitch ended up ruining my day and surprise" She hissed again.

"Your day is not ruined and so is your surprise. I'm so happy to see you" I said and she smiled.

"Did you notice that your bodyguard has grey-colored eyes? How weird!" She said when we were heading upstairs.

"Yeah, I've noticed. It makes her look half-cast right?" I asked and she nodded.

"Yeah, She's pretty. but a bitch" Nailah said. We strolled up to my room and then she immediately landed on my bed. "God! I've not rested ever since I came to Nigeria. I'm so tired!" She exclaimed. I chuckled as I watched her from where I stood. Seeing her made me realize how much I loved and missed her. She realized I was staring at her and she chuckled.

"What is it with the staring?" She asked with a chuckle.

"I've just missed you so much," I said. I knew she loved me saying things like that to her. She smiled then got up and hugged me real tight. "I've missed you too!" She began pecking my cheeks. She pecked my lips and I chuckled. Nailah was never a shy type and I have told her times without number that I didn't like all this kissing and pecking thing before marriage. It didn't feel right to me. I immediately decided to change the topic and began speaking about coming to see her family with mine.

"Haider, I know you do wanna marry me but I'm not ready!" She pouted.

"Why Nailah? When will you be ready? I've been asking you to marry me for years now. You keep telling me you are not ready." I said. I sounded a bit angry but I decided to plaster a smile on my face when I saw that she began looking sad.

"Haider next year when I'm done with my big project, I assure you I will be ready. I just need some time to plan my mother's company. Our net price is going high, Her company is now worth 1 billion dollars in the market. And with how things are going, we might lose that. She's counting on me for help" She tried explaining.

"Next year is a longggg time!. But I'll wait, but if you are not ready by then, I'd have to kidnap you and marry you. Deal?" I said and she laughed.

"No problem," She said. She hugged me tight and this time I hugged her back real tight as well. I love her very much and there was nothing in the world that could change that. I would wait for her and marry her.
