True to his words when I woke up for the next time, I was laying on the concrete floor in the basement-like place with absolutely nothing in general but today there was a white screen like a projector and a chair with Augustin settled on it like a king watching me amusingly.
Before I could wake up properly he indicates to come near him, what game today he wishes to play, I thought
Not wasting much time, I did what he said and sat on his lap
"Good morning gail" he greets and glides his hand around my waist to pull me closer, this action made the small dress even smaller now it hardly reached my mid-thigh making me all anxious.
"Did you want to watch a movie?" he cooed in my ear1
There has to be something more besides this, this is not simple as it may sound.
"What movie?" I asked in a small voice1
"You will know immediately once the show starts, my love" his slow voice is already scaring me1
"And I warn you not to close your eyes" sweats composed on my forehead, anticipating what it can be1
The moment it started a loud scream erupted from my mouth, the scene on the screen was gruesome, I can't.
"gail" he calls me seeing me zoned out completely
"What do you see?" he questions
"A blee.ding back" I shuttered as I speak
"Look up, will you like it once you see that person face" how I am supposed to like any of this4
Holding my breath, I turned my eyes towards the screen; to my horror, the person was no one other than ashton
His face holds no emotions, only his eyes grew darker and darker as moments passed those man did every probable thing to torment him, but they didn't even earn a groan from Augustin which only agitated those fellows, the use of hurtful objects like knives, whip, wooden stick grew frantically, tired after inflicting all possible pain they left him alone suspended.
Sobs and shivers grew louder; nothing would aid to stop these.+
"You must have seen those before, why bother to act so naively, Bella" his words hurt more1
"See these beautiful artworks they made on me" he continues and changes the slides on the screen which had pictures of him, I couldn't see them anymore.2
"STOP STOP" I yelled and used all my power to liberate myself from his embrace1
I pulled my hair in frustration and agony "No No Augustin, stop this madness, this fucking hurt, you are so vicious Augustin, stop tormenting me, you did more than enough please, stop this tit for tat game, I am fucking tired" sobbed raked from my body, I fell on my knees, the pain in my heart grew ten-time seeing what Augustin has been through.
He didn't utter a single word at my outburst, he gripped my face in a death grip and made me face towards the screen and continued running slides having gruesome pictures making me shudder continuously.
"Now tell me, who is vicious, don't you ought to have slight suffering for your wrongdoings and I hardly felt anything they did to me, what burned my heart and soul is your fucking BETRAYAL and you will pay for that, this is not vengeance, if this was a fucking revenge game you would be dead long back" he was fuming, his jaw clenched in pure anger and the desire to kill me.
He placed my shuddering body on the floor and shoved a piece of cloth in my mouth and bounded my wrist together on my back "Don't fucking yell at me, this is a lesson for you"+
I was so exhausted with the mental agony I have been through at the moment, those pictures and scenes would reside in my heart and mind for a very long time maybe until my last breath.1
With tear-filled haze vision, I saw him exiting after he was done with me
He came later in the day or next, I couldn't evaluate, I was numb with mental suffering that the gagged mouth and bounded hands didn't even make difference, I didn't flinch or reacted when he came back, he slowly untie my hands and removed the cloth from my mouth, only when he touched my jaw, I felt how sore my mouth when tried to feed me with food.+
Sensing I couldn't even open my mouth without pain, he ordered me to stay still until he came back.
He came back with some food I could swallow, with dreadful silence he feed me the food, cleaned me with a wet cloth, and rubbed my bruised wrist.
"Are you in a lot of pain?" this time his eyes held no amusement but bareness4
I gripped his shoulder tighter in response and let the dampness on his shirt be the judge of his question.
He sighed and laid on the floor and made me lay on his body "Sleep" he says
He loosens few buttons his shirt buttons signifying that he planned to sleep here with me and I couldn't be more content, after meeting Augustin I dislike sleeping unaccompanied, soon I slept into a dreamless slumber hearing Augustin heartbeats.The entire ride I was so anxious that Augustin thought I was scared of that man, he assured me no one will cause me any harm in any form, but the reason is far different than he assumed.
The moment the car stopped, I slowly step down I could see my end near.
His man came running towards Ashton "Boss we had bad news"He halted his sentence in between seeing Augustin looking displeased+
"SPEAK" he commands
"The man behind the shooting is found dead and his face is butchered, it's impossible to identify him" his man spoke in the lowest voice possible; I sigh in relief knowing this.
"I WANT MORE DETAILS, my gail's life was endangered, I would not tolerate this" he warns his man, Augustin had his neck in his hand, that man was clearly struggling for his life
