Fred kept it on the bed then left the room
After a thorough bath Cassy toweled her body then came out of the bathroom
She walked to a closet where Fred’s body lotion and spray was
She applied Fred’s lotion and wore the hoodie and joggers on the bed knowing Fred kept it for her as it wasn’t there when she was going into the bathroom .
After spraying Fred’s body spray she left her hair falling to her back she wore a flip flop she found beside the bed then went downstairs to look for Fred .

It wasn’t hard to locate the kitchen as she have been there before
Entering the kitchen she met Fred covering the dish on a tray
“ Fred “ Cassy called
“ am listening “ Fred answered nonchalantly
“ Fred what happened last night “ Cassy asked feeling uncomfortable
“ are you asking me ? How am I supposed to know “ Fred answered removing the apron he was putting on
“ I went to the club then I was drunk and then I woke up in your bedroom and you have been carrying a long face so you have something to tell me about what happened last night “ Cassy said folding her hands on her chest
“ let’s eat first “ Fred said walking out of the kitchen carrying a tray with the dish inside covered
They walked to the dinning . Fred served Cassy and him self some fried chicken and apple juice
“ you were drunk then you went wild on the dance floor with a man he carried you into his car and made to drive out when I punch him and then I brought you home “ Fred said with a cracked voice
Cassy choked on her food
“ drink “ Fred said handing her a glass of water

“ carried me into his car” Cassy asked scared
“Yes” Fred nodded

Both ate in silence thinking about what was going on on the other’s mind

He heard the door bell
“ I hope she is back “ Fred said running to get the door
Cassy was contemplating to open the door or not when Fred came
Fred opened the door then collected a shopping bag from miss Betty
“Thank you “ fred said going upstairs

“ take wear one of the pant and bra before wearing the joggers and hoodie you are putting on Fred said handing the shopping bag to Cassy then left the room to give her some privacy
“ he should have just gave the bag to me why did he have to mention what was inside “ Cassy said after he left

Cassy quickly took off the cloth she was wearing
There was five pair of pants and five bra
She just took a black pant and a black bra then wore her cloths back
“Looking around, her eyes caught something on Fred reading table
Her phone .
Oh she hasn’t even thought about her phone since she woke up

She took her phone then went downstairs
“Let’s go “ Fred said carrying a basket of food on the floor beside him immediately Cassy walked in
“ no compliment “ Cassy asked getting annoyed of Fred behavior since she woke up
“ you are not just wearing the cloth you even ate with it minutes a go remember ?” Fred said walking out
“ so annoying “ Cassy shouted running after Fred
Cassy got into Fred car after resorting to avoid Fred since he started first

“ the flip flop is okay “ Cassy said rejecting Fred’s offer
“ just wear them you feet will get hurt where we are going but with this boot your feets are well protected remember you are a model and all parts of your body should avoid any injury “ Fred said

“So?” Cassy asked after wearing the boot
“ we can go now “ Fred said switching on the car
“ cassy I want you to promise me something “ Fred said few minutes into the drive

Realizing Cassy’s mood Fred pulled over
“ hey Cassy am sorry if I offended you it wasn’t intentional “ Fred whispered holding her hands
“ what wasn’t intentional the fact that you have been behaving funny since I woke up or the fact that whatever you want is what you want me to do not caring if am comfortable with it or not “ Cassy asked extremely annoyed
“ am sorry it’s just that am jealous I don’t want any other man except me to come close to you but my hands is tied so am angry with my self because all the things trying to tear us apart is from me
First I was scared and now my father Don’t want us together so I don’t know how to face you “ Fred explained with a cracked voice
“ am sorry “ Cassy apologized feeling bad that she misunderstood him

“ am sorry I should just change our location then “ Fred said helping Cassy pull off the boot
“ are we going for a picnic “ Cassy asked remember the basket of food fred carried into the car back home

“Yes I just wanted us to spend some time alone on top of a rock not too far away but since the boot hurt there is a change of plan we will just go to the lake

“ more than okay let’s go !!!”cassy scream echoed as Fred drove off.

“ Fred pulled over at a corner then took out the basket from the car booth.
Both walked hand in hand
They arrived at a lake
Cassy quiver at the cold that welcomed them
“ hey am here with you “ Fred assured her spreading a mat then both sat down staring at each other
“ what ?” Cassy asked uncomfortable with the way fred was staring at her
“ nothing let’s eat “ Fred said clearing the awkward thought that was running through his mind of stealing a kiss from Cassy.
After eating they sat together watching as the day fades out then covered with darkness
Then they set out to go home
Immediately they got home they lied on the couch enjoying each other’s warm before the power of nature finally came that both fell asleep

“ hey Cassy mum missed you “ mrs Justine said looking sad
“ mum am going to school and I will be back before you know it “ Cassy said wondering why her mother was looking sad
“ I know but they are coming to take me any moment from now “ mrs Justine said with a cracked voice
“ mum who are they “ Cassy asked not understanding why her mother was saying something strange
“ they are here already take care my child mum loves you “ mrs Justine said then Cassy heard a gun shot
“ mum ,mum what’s going on mum can you hear me mum pls talk to me “ Cassy kept screaming until fred woke her up
“ what happened” Fred asked wiping her sweats
