Jerelca's PoV
Our teacher didn't get tired of speaking in English to explain the topic. I didn't listen too much, I wasn't in the mood. I glanced at Class Pres and Class V-p. I noticed that they were also glancing at me. It doesn't look good what I told them before. I just wanted to help Honeylyn and Gray. They all have a point.
"Miss Steffania, are you okay? You might drown in the depths of your thoughts" said ma'am. She noticed.
I smiled hard so as not to be noticed. "I'm fine ma'am. It's the depth of your English. I'm not good at this subject" I replied.
Our English teacher is kind and she's concern about her students. "Okay, I'll tell Gray to teach you," she said with a smile. I just nodded as well. The behavior of the students here is mixed. Some are kind, rude, shy, and have an amazon.
"Excuse me, mom?" Valerie said
. "Yes?" "What if I just teach Lowly Cultured Nerd," she said. Maam smiled and nodded to Valerie. Valerie will teach me. I also want to know her more because Honeylyn's counting on her so maybe it's okay. Ma'am continued to discuss. 21 st Literature is our class now so we are discussing novels, poems, and whatever as long as it's about literature.
I don't hate her but I'm just a little confused by their story. It's English.

"Goodbye class, see you tomorrow," said maam and picked up her belongings then left the classroom.
I glanced at Class Pres and V-p. They didn't seem to be affected yesterday so they'll take care of themselves.
I approached Valerie because she would teach me.
"Valerie-" "Yah, I know. Let's meet later at the library. I'll take Karin and Aizyl with me" she said.
She even cut my speech. Bad influence.
Valerie walked out of the room. I also put away my belongings. I glanced at the door and saw Karl and Ash. What are they doing here?
"My fiancee, sorry" "My Elca, don't do this to me" Dramatic speech with a tearful tune from the two. I just continued what I was doing and didn't bother to pay attention to them. It's better to be alone in life. I glanced at Class Pres but her attention was only on the book, so was Class V-p. I hung my sling bag on my shoulder and went out. I also hit the two who blocked my way.
"Hey! Jerelca !!!!" the two dramas shouted at the same time. I just kept walking until I reached the locker room. I opened the locker and inserted the books.
"You're a snob today, ah," Gray said leaning against the locker. I didn't notice him. I don't seem to be on earth right now.
"Did you fight with your fiancee and future boyfriend?" He asked. "It's not just a misunderstanding. I shouted at them. Tsk. They're stupid. Their vocabulary is just narrow" I replied.
I closed the locker and walked away.
"You know what, fix that misunderstanding. It feels awkward that you are snubbing at your friends." He's just right, they're different when it comes to me. It's hard to adjust to people who aren't your level.
"I'll try" I sparingly answer.
He's following me? Oh goodness sake, I'd rather be alone.
"Don't try, just do it. I'm here to back you up" he pushed the inner me to fix that misunderstanding.
"Okay" was my short answer.
I walked down the building and noticed that the students were already making a fuss outside so I inserted myself in the crowd. Class Pres, V-p, Ash, and Karl opened up to me. They had a tarpaulin.
'Sorry Jerelca Steffania, we are selfish' I'm honestly surprised at what they did. "We are so sorry, My fiancee," Karl said when he saw me.
"Don't call her Fiancee. You're making her embarrassed. Sorry, Elca" Ash said once bowing his head.
Fred and Jam didn't laugh at what the two idiots did. I approached them. "I'm the one who should apologize to you, I'm just really used to the friendship I have in my town. I didn't even think I was in another universe." I said as they jumped. They look like they win a very big prize.
"Don't do that again" Class pres said and they hugged me.
Everyone applauded.
"I'm sorry if I disturb your reunion." Said someone so I shifted my attention to the speaker.
New enemy. I always see her. When I pass by, she often stares at me. Is that whom Honeylyn is referring to? Maybe she's also Rank A. "Who told you to disrupt this? You low-ranked Katania!" Class Pres. "I'm no longer rank B, I've been Rank A since last year"pride was the tone of Katania's answer. It feels like I'm watching the live version of my favorite war show.
"The feeling queen has arrived in aquamarine," said one of the spectators of us. "Shut up! I'm going to be queen because Honeylyn Brigary will be School Pres" she replied to the woman who spoke earlier so she stared at her."Aquamarine High School. School for the needy! I'm not involved, of course. I'm kind."
"Don't feel rich because we're all rich here. That's why you're poor in terms of the brain." Ash also said. He's gay. I became even more reluctant to use the word 'feeling rich'. "Honeylyn won't just give up on that, she's the queen, if there's rank 1 here on Campus, that's her!" Zehgfred said emphatically. She's right, Honeylyn is too smart and cunning to lose. That Katania is evil. She doesn't stand any chance. "Yamete! You're in front of other students. Baka!!" Class Pres shouted what was being said.
(Baka in Japanese means idiot and Baka in Filipino means cow) What's that? Ya-Yummy 'te? I don't understand what the aliens said.
And that baka means cow.
Hala! This one has a brain problem
. I approached Karl to ask. "Karl, what's yummy 'te and why did she say beef? Does she eat beef?" My innocent and whispered question made him laugh. "What's yummy 'te? Yamete yon. It's a Japanese word that means Stop it. And she's not referring to a cow, it means idiot" he calmly replied.
I thought they were crazy. They were just using Japanese terms.
"By the way, I'm still going to the library. I have a 21st-century literature tutorial because ...haha...I'm not good at that subject" I told them all and I left.
I glanced at Katania a little and she stared at me from head to foot. If there is a contest about staring, the rapist will win. Yak!
"Who will teach you?" Ash asked.
"Valerie" I replied that shocked my friends.
"We'll go with her" Gray suggested as Honeylyn stood by. "Thanks but no thanks, no need. I'm fine. Then it looks like Valerie isn't too cursed" I said. They agreed so I said goodbye and left while they still have a war with Katania. Will Valerie be able to face the cunning and misfortune of that woman? Val has comrades so she can, of course, defeat Katania. ... I entered the library and saw Valerie, Karin, and Aizyl got tired of waiting. I made them wait this long...I'm terrified. Shaks! ______
