Ben took her hand and brought to his mouth and mouth the whole sausage and some fingers, “mmm.”
“You are such a savage,” Melina scolded, pulling her hand away. “Here, eat this and get the hell out of here.”
“I am not dreaming,” Ben said and sat up, embarrassed.
“My parents are about to sell you so if you wish to escape being a slave for the rest of your life I suggest you hurry up and get the hell out of here,” Melina urged him.
Ben forgot that he was chained to a ball chain and grabbed the food and tried to make a run for it but stumbled.
“I suggest you shift into your wolf form, you are really not good as a human,” suggested.
“I don’t have a wolf,” Ben lied.
“Sure, the black wolf I sometimes see in the woods playing with other wolves is just some wolf coming to visit ours every now and then,” Melina snorted.
“You know and yet you are helping me? Why not report me to your father?” Ben questioned while eating.
“Get out of here before I do,” Melina said.
“What if I get stuck in the shackles?” Ben dangled one of his arms.
“I doubt it,” Melina said and walked to the door, and peeked outside.
Ben looked at her and hesitate, “will I ever see you again?”
“I will leave food for you by the river every day,” Melina said, “now shift and get out of here.”
Ben shifts and Melina sighs in relief, thinking, ‘I really didn’t know if he will be stuck or not.’
Ben brushed his snout against her before running off, towards the back door but in order to get out of the house, he needed to go past the living room.
Melina ran after Ben and noticed him coming to a halt. ‘What are you doing? Just run you fool,’ Melina thought.
Ben was leopard crawling past the living room towards the back door.
“Melina, there you are. Go see if Ben is awake and tell him to come to the living room,” Alpha Patrick said.
“Um, ok,” Melina said, and watch Ben from the corner of her eye making slow progress.
Melina bit her lip nervously and turned back to the room.
‘I am going to be in so much trouble,’ Melina thought as she walked back to the room, wondering what excuse she can give.
Melina walked into the room and picked up the food that Ben didn’t finish and dumbed it in the bin before walking back to the living room.
‘Oh, my word, he is not even out of the bloody house yet,’ Melina thought nervously.
“You forgot someone,” her father chuckled.
“He, he, um, well,” Melina stumbled over her words.
“Still sleeping?” Luna Esther asked the lady that just bought Ben.
“Not exactly,” Melina said and watched Ben shift into his human form at the back door to open it.
Melina gulped at his tight rear end, thinking, ‘behave yourself, he is a slave,’ she scolded herself.
‘What have you done!’ Her father interrupted her thoughts.
Melina watched as Ben shifted into his wolf form and sped off.
‘Sorry, daddy!’ Melina mind linked him and ran to her room.
“I regret we have to cancel the transaction,” Alpha Patrick said.
“Why?” Luna Esther asked, standing up.
“The slave ran away. I will let you know when we caught him,” Alpha Patrick said.
“Ah, too late to cancel, I just transferred the money,” Luna Esther said, waving her phone.
“Then reverse it,” Alpha Patrick spat, irritated.
“You know how much that will cost me? You don’t need to worry yourself with catching the slave, after all, he belongs to me now,” Luna Esther said.
“He is a black wolf,” Alpha Patrick warned her.
“That does not mean anything,” Luna Esther said and walked to the front door, signaling her Omega’s to come along.
“They stay since they were part of the transaction,” Luna Emily objected to her Omega’s leaving with her.
“I am taking them back for the inconvenience of the Slave running away,” Luna Esther said calmly and walked out.
“The celebrations are not over yet,” Luna Emily protested.
“I am sure you all will enjoy your twins’ birthday fine without me,” Luna Esther said and got into her custom build Ford.
‘Shift and find him. I am booking in at a nearby motel, ’Luna Esther mind linked her Omegas and sped off.
“Do you have to look?” Luna Emily scolded her mate, Alpha Patrick as they watched the Omegas strip and shift into their wolf forms.
“Our daughter helped Ben escape,” Alpha Patrick spat and started to take his clothes off.
“What are you doing?” Luna Emily questioned.
‘I am going to find that enchanter and kill him,’ Alpha Patrick mind linked her while shifting into his wolf form.
‘Just because his wolf is black does not make him an enchanter!’ Luna Emily mind linked him and stormed into the house.
‘You knew he had a wolf?’ Alpha Patrick mind linked her running towards the woods.
‘I just saw him,’ Luna Emily mind linked him, lying.
‘Liar!’ Alpha Patrick accused, ‘from now on I will keep an eye on both you and our daughter.’

“You and your sister will have to manage the rest of the events,” Luna Emily told her son, Evan.
“I am going to kill that slave myself,” Evan spat and made his way over to the back door while ridding himself of his clothes to shift into his wolf form.

Ben ran as fast as he could into the woods and after an hour of running, he stopped and panted heavily.
Ben was weak from not eating properly and the mouths full he got from Melina was already burnt up. He looked around and wondered if there were any wild animals around that will be an easy catch.
‘First, I need to rest,’ Ben thought. ‘I just hope I don’t get discovered by another pack as a rogue,’ Ben thought.
