3 Days Later,
"Hi Leah, how are you doing?" Suddenly Jerome appeared in Leah's room carrying a bouquet of red roses that looked very beautiful. The red roses that Jerome brought were beautiful, but indeed, Leah prefers Carnations. Could it be that Leah's taste had changed?
"Thank you," said Leah while receiving flowers from Jerome. "How are you?" asked Jerome, his eyes staring at Leah with his warm gaze. Leah shrugged and shook her head, "I still don't remember anything, everything is stuck in 2016," replied her. She felt empty now.
"It's okay Leah, I'll try to help you slowly restore your memories," Jerome said softly. Leah nodded, she secretly studied the character of the man in front of her. Jerome looks very perfectionist and somehow Leah gets a narcissistic impression on Jerome, who is far from Leah's ideal type, well at least the old Leah used to think that way.
"The doctor said your body and head scans were good, you are allowed to go home today," said Jerome with a happy face. Leah smiled stiffly, making Jerome stare at her in surprise. "Why? is there anything wrong?" Jerome asked, surprised by the look on Leah's face that looked so confused.
"I'm confused about where to go..." Leah muttered, her face hanging down. She had imagined that she would return to her parent's house, but her mother and father had died. Even Jessica, Leah's sister, wasn't there for her either.
"I know you must be feeling strange Leah, but we will go back to the Penthouse that we have been living in. Don't worry, I've already prepared a separate room for you, I know you don't want to sleep with me," Jerome said, trying to persuade Leah to come home with him.
"After all we are a married couple Leah, I am fully responsible for your safety," said Jerome who managed to make Leah lookup. Leah sighed, with the memory she now has, it seems that going back to Jerome's place which is also Leah's house is a very good choice. Finally, Leah nodded her head twice in agreement.

Jerome's penthouse is located on the 100th floor of a luxury apartment building right in the center of Manhattan, New York.
A driver opened the car door for Leah, beside him Jerome was waiting impatiently. "This way," Jerome said, showing Leah the way to the private elevator that would take them to the 100th floor.
Leah didn't say anything at all, she was still trying to digest it all. Okay, her current life is completely different from what Leah lived five years ago. No more cramped apartments where the annual rent always drove Leah crazy because she never earned enough to cover her living expenses.
Jerome scanned his eyes at a small box located near the entrance. Soon after the door was widely open. "Come on," Jerome said as he took a step back and invited Leah to enter first.
Leah was completely flabbergasted, she had never been in a luxurious room like this in her life (Leah meant as long as she remembered).
The main room of the Penthouse is dominated by brown on the wood floors and dark blue on some of the sofas and carpets. The glass walls that surround the penthouse, allow Leah to freely see the view of Manhattan which is always crowded and busy below.
Jerome watched Leah's reaction, he couldn't help but smile as he saw Leah's eyes that widened every time he looked at the luxurious corners of their Penthouse. Well, Jerome's Penthouse.
"You're going to sleep in this room, I'm going to use the other room for a while until you're ready to sleep with me again," said Jerome, moving his hand to open a dark blue door in front of him. Soon a very large room lay before Leah's eyes.
"This is our room, well at least two months ago before you got into an accident," Either way, it felt like Jerome was intentionally emphasizing the sentence he had just said.
Leah's eyes explored every corner of the room, a super large bed with a white divan. Two walking closets, each belong to Leah and Jerome. A set of seats that are located near a glass wall with extraordinary views and a super luxurious bathroom equipped with complete electronic facilities.
To be honest, Leah was quite excited to see how luxurious and complete her life had been in recent years. Yet half of her heartfelt empty as if she had absolutely no feelings left for Jerome. Everything was lost along with her five-year memory which hasn't returned at all since the first day she woke up from her coma.
"Get some rest, someone will prepare a meal for you later. If there is anything, just call me, okay? Oh yeah, I forgot, I put a new cellphone for you on the desk drawer, I've already entered my phone number for emergency calls," Jerome said, his hand pointing to a small table next to Leah's bed.
"Did you see my old cellphone?" Leah asked curiously since yesterday she had been trying to find her cellphone, but she never found it. Because surely all traces of calls, messages, and whatever it is will be on her old cellphone.
Jerome shook his head, "Looks like it was lost at the accident site," Jerome replied with a flat face. Leah just nodded her head, maybe so maybe not? But Leah chose not to respond.
"I have to go back to the office, I got a meeting to attend. Don't forget to eat and take your medicine, I'll see you at dinner!" said Jerome before he turned around leaving Leah who was still struggling with her thoughts.
After Jerome left the room, Leah rushed to her walk-in closet. Because if there is something she's hiding maybe she will hide it in the wardrobe.
Leah's Walk-in Closet is filled with rows of luxury goods produced by famous fashion houses. Everything looks so shiny it even looks like new. Leah put on a dress and sniffed it, it smelled completely new. It's weird...
Tired of looking around, Leah decided to go back to bed. She glanced at the dark blue box containing the evidence of her marriage to Jerome. She grabbed the box and opened it slowly. Her eyes were fixed on the ring box in the dark blue velvet material. Maybe it's time to put her wedding ring back on. She had to start accepting the fact that her life had changed and the fact that Jerome was indeed her loving husband.
Just as Leah was about to put the ring on her finger, the ring slipped down and rolled under Leah's bed. "Shit!" Leah cursed, looking under the bed. It's dark, Leah took her new cell phone in the drawer and turned on the flashlight at the ring that had fallen on the floor.
"Got you! "Leah exclaimed, her hand was busy reaching for the ring she had dropped. Leah was quite surprised when her hand accidentally touched a small box that was lying next to her ring.
Leah cleaned her hands, then put on Jerome's wedding ring on her ring finger. She smiled, maybe from now on she would try to open her heart to Jerome. As it should be.
Suddenly Leah remembered the little box she had seen under the bed. Leah curiously reached over and opened the little cream-colored box. Suddenly Leah's eyes widened in surprise when she found a ring that was the same as the one she was wearing right now.
Leah grabbed the ring then stuck it on her ring finger where her wedding ring was attached beautifully. It was the same size as Leah's finger and the two rings were completely twins without any distinction.
Why are there two wedding rings? Who put the ring under the bed, had Leah put it there herself? Leah stared at the two rings with curiosity, suddenly a feeling of anxiety filled her headspace.
Could it be that her marriage was not as happy as she imagined?
